• Matthew (10/5): - For the price of the room i think it was an excellent place to stay. The breakfast buffet was awesome, the staff and security was super friendly. The room itself had cold AC hot water and clean linens. You can pick it apart if you are that type but being from the US for what i paid i was extremely satisfied with the establishmnet. The area around the hotel might not be great for walking at night for some people, i would say it seems safe to me but im 6,1 man. I dont think a yone would bother you but after 8 pm theres really no reason to walk around the neighborhood. You can get a cab or grab into the city for relativly cheap.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The satff was so nice and helpfull being my first tike in the country the gm of the place took me out to lunch they stopped and took the time to help out showing me cool things to check out ended up chatting for 3 hrs or so and my laundry still smells amazing from there laundry service there pool was refreshing and aparntly they are looking in to more green sustaniable systems for there place was amazing to hear such a effort like that is a money saver and great for all

• Garry (8/5): Had issue but fixed to our satisfaction. - Hotel about 15-20 mins. from airport via slow roads that wind around the airport, although close on a map. Had issue being picked up as the shuttle did not come but hotel resolved the issue as they understood what happened, apologized and were fair. For the price, the value is great. If wanting perfection go elsewhere. This seems to be an Indonesian chain who try are service oriented. Bedding is superior, rooms are ample size. Staff are trained well and friendly. A map was supplied for the trains and clear directions, also. We will stay again without hesitation.

• Bruce (10/5): 5 Star hotel at much lower price! - It is a very nice hotel. It could not have been much nicer. It’s pretty, the service is OUTSTANDING, and it’s clean. The room service is great and the food is excellent. The food is the best deal, while the drinks which are all non-alcoholic are very pricey but good as well. If you want to save, buy some bottle or can drinks and put them in your fridge in your room. You’ll save quite a bit. The room was clean and pretty and super comfy. The bathroom was pretty and had plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet is super good, with about 3-4 different breakfast cuisines each day. If you want a Western breakfast, it’s there. If you want Chinese or sushi or Indonesian, it’s there as well. Juices, milk, coffee, lattes, doughnuts, muffins, and more. It’s fantastic!

• Mohd Jasman (6/5): Not recommended for out going tourist cos all the - Poor front office. Very slow in managing my rooms. I booked 2 smoking rooms but not available when the day I checked in. And I only got my rooms late. I have to wait 2hrs to checked in at 4pm. And there is a penalty of 1 million Rp if I smoke in the non smoking room. The free shuttle service came late 2 hrs later.. not as promised and not on schedule. I have to call the hotel for confirmation where is the free shuttle service rendered.
• Lukas Martin (6/5): Fairly convenient to stay near CGK Airport - You get what you pay. Fairly convenient to stay near CGK Airport, however transfer still take approx. 45 minutes to Hotel. Unfortunately I had to wait about 60 min until the shuttle arrived - had to contact the Hotel twice to make sure they are arriving as agreed. Transfer was free of charge and the Hotel offered me an upgrade of room due to the delay of pick-up. Breakfast was rather on the low end - surprisingly they wanted to charge for tea but not for coffee which seemed a bit strange. Rooms are fairly big and clean, only the towels were a bit smelly. A very positive experience was that after my minor complaints, the Hotel manager approached me and noted all the feedback - therefore I am sure those small issues will improve going forward as it is a fairly new Hotel (or newly renovated and managed)

• Jonas (8/5): Safety Issue - I stayed in Allium Tangerang on 03/10/17 - 03/12/17. During that stay, only one elevator works properly (there were 2, but one out of order). According to the front desk it's been for sometimes with that condition. Unfortunately the didn't anticipate two wedding parties took place at the same time on 03/11/17. I stayed in room 312, third floor). Due to the overflowing crowd at the elevator, I have to wait for about 25 minutes just to return to my room after breakfast. I was about to take the stairway instead of elevator, however surprisingly the security officer told me that the stairway cannot be accessed because the door is broken (??) and therefore it is not accessible. As far as I know, emergency exit should be accessible in awareness of sudden incident (fire, etc). Allium Tangerang should pay attention to this small but pivotal matter.
• nadiya (8/5): Wonderful property for a wonderful price... - I was there a very short period of time but there was great service, the airport shuttle was a nice to have, but this property is not as close to the airport as I initially thought from the search. It was still a good 20 minutes away. That aside,the room was great and there was hot tea and pastries waiting for me when I went to the airport at 5am. Great customer service,great value and a great facility.

Buffet was good. It would be nice to include baked beans, pasta, and hot choco in the menu. Overall, my stay was excellent.

• Sina (6/5): 40 minute drive from airport without traffic. - The shuttle service only runs every two hours. You must schedule it in advance. I did that. They did not arrive on time. They arrived 35 minutes late. The driver did not call me nor did he answer my call. He stood far off from the meeting point. They always have an excuse. Honesty is the best policy with me. I was not born yesterday. They staff doesn't care. Pros: Awesome breakfast! Cool building. Cons: Awful customer service

The whole Service team had been well trained to treat and provide the gueats with respect and deliver the very best service. If I go to Jakarta again, I will stay in this Hotel as I had a most pleasant time there.
• Andrew (8/5): Weekend Break In Jakarta - Stayed at the Allium for 3 days, while in Jakarta. Chose the hotel because it was located near the airport and offered freee shuttle service to/from the airport, as stated. However, they did not mention that the service is only from the morning until 2pm. Thus, I had to take a taxi to catch my night flight out. Since there are no regular taxis nearby, a taxi has to be ordered, which I did via the front desk. The taxi was 35 min late for the pick up and 30- 40 min drive to the airport. Advise that you order your taxi well in advance to account for such late pickups and traffic issues to the airport. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and pleasant to stay at. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The included buffet breakfast was not bad. There are many small warungs nearby to try out for eating, as well as a convenience store around the corner. Major malls were 30-40 min away by taxi...again, you will need to order one....at a cost of 50,000 IDR, or about $4 USD.

• Jeff (10/5): Comfortable Rooms. Great Service. - I was only able to stay at Allium for one night, but had a great stay. If you're looking for a nice hotel fairly close to the airport with wifi, A/C, and amazing service, this is your spot! Would recommend.
• kelsi (6/5): Very affordable, great food - We stayed in this hotel when we first landed in Jakarta. It was nice they accommodated you and picked you up from the airport no charge. The hotel was nice and the staff was nice. It was a little farther from the airport than expected, and it wasnt around anything to do. Our floor when we were walking to our hotel room reeked of cigarette smoke, so for my boyfriend and I being non smokers, it was very awful. Our bed had a little stain on the sheets and the room smelled of cigarette smell as well. The next morning they served us an amazing complimentary breakfast. Almost like a little buffet of many options, indonesian food and also cereal breads and fruit and juices. It was delicious, I got myself 2 plates and the coffee was awesome! Overall my experience was great. It was nice to have the free shuttle to and from airport, free breakfast and nice staff. If you are looking just for a quick overnight this is great. If you are looking for a good place to stay around a lot this is not your place.

• David (8/5): Breakfast buffet wonderful, front desk person rude - The hotel is fine, but a bit of a drive to be called airport in my opinion. When we got checked in a to the room, it was very hot and we could not figure out the thermostat to turn on the AC. The front desk guy was rude and told us some rooms are warm, but would not tell us how to make the AC work. Finally my wife figured it out and a hour or so later it was working. Everything else was fine, other than the restaurant was over priced for dinner I thought. But the included breakfast was wonderful! I was the best we had in three weeks in Indonesia!
• Hector (4/5): Poor service, unhelpful staff and dirty pool - Not a nice experience since we arrived. 1st as both lifts were super busy with hundreds of kids waiting to use them, the bell boy took us to the stairwell where we climbed 6 floors to find out the door was locked. He was silly enough for not telling us and we had to get down all the way again. It was 1.30am and still without getting to the room. At the end we were taken by the staff lifts. Could not you have done this from the beginning? Breakfast disappointed. Small choice and they did not bother to fill the dishes that were getting empty. Ordered fried eggs from the chef but he rather preferred to keep serving Indonesians and not us foreigners. A big disrespect! Once again having to complaint to a waiter to get this done for us. The pool, oh well! A dirty pond. In fact there are 2 pools, being the small one the dirtiest one. Step inside and walk in such slippery floor but careful don't sit inside as the swim wear will turn green! The algae growing in the floor tiles is that. ONLY 1 sun chair! This was hilarious. A pool with just 1 sun chair and 1 table. The rest few dirty uncomfortable stand up chairs. Upon check out we ordered Uber taxi, and need to contact the driver. We asked receptionist to dial the number for us as she could speak with him Indonesian, but she refused! Is this a serious hotel? Never again. You have not a clue what means customer service. We only chose this hotel for convenience near airport while and making time between intercontinental flights.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel in Tangerang, not Jakarta - The hotel is good 30 min drive from the airport in Tangerang district. Hotel as such is OK but room is below expectation. No carpet in room. The bathroom is big but simple amenities like shower curtain, soap racks, etc. were not present making it uncomfortable to use.
• Robin (8/5): Best Value for Money - Truly this is the best value for money I have ever had at a hotel. A new hotel where everything worked. I would recommend that they have alcohol available for International travelers.
