• Verified traveler (6/5): - Location, not easy to find due to google maps leading to a different resort. Needs better directions. Bed sheets have stains , not clean. Toilet & bathroom clean.
• HUI TENG (6/5): - The highlight of this hotel is the garden. Great for bird watching in the morning. In the evening, sit outdoor enjoying some drinks and chit-chat with your traveling group. Some rooms are very small. Especially the bathrooms. About 3.5ft x 4ft. One of the bathrooms has no window and the ventilator was not working. I leave the rest to your imagination. Room rate below RM200 would be reasonable. Bathrooms with glass partition are bigger in size. Best to call the hotel to check on the type of rooms available before booking online. Perhaps book direct. It was very quiet at night. We slept very well. Bring your own bedroom slippers. The floor can be very cold. Rubber slippers are provided in the bathroom. Furnishing is dated but good enough. I don't mind staying here again with reasonable rate. There are also two bungalows with multiple rooms for rent.

• george (8/5): Nice secluded home stay with ultra thin walls - This place is great getaway from the urban hustle. But be warned that the pathway up is a narrow steep single lane road. If you’re driving a big car or an inexperienced driver, I would advise you to think twice. I’m driving a normal sedan and there is just enough room for one car. Any mistake and this might be your last holiday. The room we got was the cheapest and it wasn’t what we expected. Small and dark with basic amenities. The walls were so thin we could hear the conversations from the next room. This made us too self conscious that we had to whisper the whole time we were there. The king bed we had was really bad condition and the springs were all poking out. The garden and views are really nice and refreshing. With small balconies for you to sit around to enjoy the breeze. This is the main draw of the place and not to be missed. If you’re coming for a comfortable room then look someplace else. If a nice view and garden is what appeals to you then please consider this place.

Room. - No mini refrigerator - Smelly - Too small even for 3 person ( My room is triple bed - 1 queen size and 1 single) - No fan/ aircond ( maybe because the location is at the hill top of cameron highland ) but i need it. Need to open the room door so that the cold winds enter the room. 2. Hotel. - No restaurant / cafe / mini bar and other facilities like mini gym, pool, game room etc. Need to get the food from the nearest town ( Brinchang Town) and face the heavy traffic jam to get back to hotel. This hotel only for sleep and check out in the tomorrow morning.
• Seng Cher (4/5): Horrible Experience - Horrible. No aircon fan. Bed is awful and dirty. And is open area and security went to sleep at night. Barriers of languages when communicating And the owner dont refund even when we ask Hotel.com cust service officer to assist in refunding.. such a place with no tidy up and cleanliness cant be stay. Sorry i do not have any photo but if u believe just dont stay if not will have an unforgettable moment

• Mohd Anas Malik (10/5): Great Place to Unwind - Pleasant Stay. Perfect place for unwind. Best location for family gathering. They even provide bbq pit. It is even greater if they provide breakfast and guests could enjoy it while admiring the view.
• Nur Faradibah (8/5): Cottage with the most breathtaking view. - Our family totally enjoy our stay. The view was breathtakingly beautiful. The kids love the space around the property which allows them to roam and explore the nature. We have to conduct a history lesson to the kids about the cottage. And that entice them and they understand why this cottage is not like the usual hotel stay that we had. The cottage only provide lodging and basic room facilities thus we have to go down to the town for food and other necessities. However they do provide BBQ utensils. Will definite come back for a short getaway.

• Khoo (10/5): Great stay with breathetaking view! - we were the only room taken during our stay at one of the week days there. The front desk staff was very helpful even recommend where we could have our dinner nearby. We simply enjoy our stay a lot. My friend and I did an hour of yoga practice in front of the great mountain view and we took lots of great photos surrounded by all those greens!! Its kinda cold up there especially during rainy days, please bring jacket to keep yourself warm :) Overall a pleasant stay, will definitely come back!

• Lee (4/5): Sunlight Suite - improve the cleanliness of bed - The bedsheet was rather dirty. Lots of dust along the wall. Surely not worth the price. We were given a room with no windows and the tissue paper and hair under the pillow. After feedback to the receptionist, only they changed to another room where we can see the greenery views. The point was - why we were not given the better room. Overall, only 2 families were checked in. All others room were empty.
• Zack (8/5): Nice place to stay for 1 night. - The place is well situated, on top of a hill where one value privacy would like the place as it is calm and relaxed. The only downside is there is no food except for instant noodles for sale at the hotel, those who plan to stay here do buy your food before reaching the place as the nearest eatery is quite a distance. Overall definitely would recommend this place to my touring buddies.
• nurul ashikin (4/5): Misleading. - We have survey Jim Thompson Cottage @ Sunlight suite and based on a few good reviews we decided to book this through Expedia. However, upon check in we been told that sunlight suite/cottage or moonlight suite/cottage are eligible for those that make group booking because pax need to book the whole cottage in order to enjoy cottage experience .For me this is totally misleading , they need to improve their advertisement in all website since they never mention about this in any hotel website .For your information they have 1. Moonlight suite ( the biggest ) 2.Sunlight suite ( smaller than moonlight ) 3.Starlight suite ( few small rooms in a row opposite moonlight cottage and the worst some of room opposite car park area and this never been advertise in any website or their official website ! ) Luckily they have nice place with beautiful view which we enjoy it so much .
