• Katie (9/5): Had everything we needed for a family weekend in Chch - The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. Lovely shower. The staff we helpful and looked after our bag before we could check in as our rental car was tiny. Coffee shop across the road was great too.

The staff were pleasant (didn't really talk much) need to interact more to make you feel Welcome. The sheets on the bed didn't feel crispy clean (maybe had been used before) Our room wasn't made up daily, nor vacuumed.

• B (6/5): Good price but here’s why - Facilities included Kitchen but very few utensils, plates, bowls, etc for actually cooking a meal. Great shower. Soft spongy bed. Housekeeping seemed to be very hit and miss. First day no bed was made, dirty towels and rubbish were taken away but no clean towels were brought back. Second day was excellent bed was made towels refreshed rubbish removed. Third day no bed made again and clean towels and tea towels were just thrown on the bed. Property is on an extremely busy and noisy road traffic going past at all hours of the day and night. Very hard to get to sleep.

• Renelyn & Jamie (6/5): Not so good stay, because of the Air conditioning, but the cleanliness, location is perfect for me. - The location close to city centre This is my 3rd time staying, unfortunately this time I was on the first floor, the wifi was too slow my whole stay I wasn’t able to connect the wifi, and I found out the the room I booked the Air conditioning is only in the living room and not inside the room, so not comfortable for me to sleep, it was hot inside the room.

I went to office multiple times through out our stay, there was no one around after the first day and the bell was never answered when rung Room was not cleaned properly by staff every day.
