- abdullah (2/5): - Stay away. Very average 1 star . No elevator. Old & very basic. Save money stay somewhere else.
- Edward (2/5): - The front desk was usually empty. The "lobby" was a very small water toy store with a small couch for the desk staff to sleep on when/if they were there. The shower did not drain properly. No tv/phone/window/elevator. Door to bathroom was filthy.

- Daniel (10/5): - Hatte ein Zimmer ohne Fenster im Inneren des Hotels. Dadurch war auch kein Straßenlärm zu hören, obwohl die Straße gefühlt 24/7 stark befahren ist. Die Gastgeberin ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Für den Preis hat es mir sehr gut gefallen. Wie in allen Hotels in Thailand aber sehr dünne Wände und man würde alles vom Nachbarn hören. Ich hatte jedenfalls gute Nachbarn, die sich ruhig verhalten haben.

- Mark (6/5): - The place is ok, after all it was inexpensive and in Patong, 2nd road. I've lived in Phuket and know what's what and where. Most disappointed in the staff. They don't answer the phone when Expedia called and when I did several times. The woman at the hotel definitely didn't speak English and claimed not to speak Thai. I booked the hotel and another in Phuket Town for later in my visit several months ago and accidently booked them in the wrong month. I stayed in February and the accidental booking was in March. I finally spoke with the manager on the phone and she didn't commit to a refund and I never received one or heard back from her. The other hotel in Phuket refunded the mistake happily and quickly. Disappointing, but my mistake both with the wrong booking and booking this hotel. It happens but in hospitality the staff is everything and here it was very little.

- BARRY (8/5): - BT Inn is a good place if you are looking for a cheap place to crash in Phuket. It is five minutes to the beach and 15 to Bangla. Mei makes it all work.

- Kristy (10/5): Great stay for backpackers! - Lovely stay for travelers on a budget. In a good part of town, close to the beach, restaurants and the hustle of Phuket. Very nice hotel staff and helped us book accommodations for a good price. Shower drainage could be improved, however might have just been our room.

- RJMP (4/5): Noisy and old - Booked for 8 nights, only stayed one night because of very noisy surroundings; heavy traffic and music. Small hotel and 4 floors without elevator. My room was on floor 4 and was clean. There was a bad sewage smell in the room. Staff was helpful.

- Erin (10/5): Fantastic service - Mei is a treasure. I would stay here again just because of her. The hotel was affordable and comfortable, maybe a ten minute walk to the beach. We rented a scooter from a shop nearby. Everything was very convenient and Mei always had tips and recommendations of where to go and what to try.

Overall good, a shame only that the location is Patong, wich to me is another good argument against tourism, alongside, Kuta Beach, Aya Napa, Benidorm, Ibiza, etc. If you like places like the names above please seek therapy or have a go at Patongs walkingstreet Bangla road.
- JohnandRosaTDM (10/5): Excellent hôtel pour ce prix ! - À ce prix ce qu'on demande à un hôtel c'est d'être propre et confortable, et bien cet hôtel réunis tout ça ! Nous n'avions rien à reproché à ce lieu, on a passé un séjour formidable et j'insiste vraiment sur la propreté des chambres qui est excellente ! En plein Patong, 5 à 10 minutes à pied la page, un Combini juste en face et location de scooter dans le bâtiment juste à côté, tout est à proximité. Et bien sur sans oublier la réceptionniste qui est adorable, qui nous a aidé et répondu à toute les question que l'on avait à propos de l'île ! Vraiment très content nous le recommandons à 100%
- Andres (10/5): Excellent Hotel, Would totally recommend! - We stayed a couple nights at this hotel and we were just mesmerized. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and always ready to assist. This has been one of the hotels we have stayed at during our trip throughout Thailand. Also the price is very good. The hotel is close to basically everything you want and need. The beach is steps away! Party town, food, and everything else can easily be accused by foot. I recommend you stay here, we would again.

Propriétaire exceptionnellement attentionné(conseils, prêt d'équipement pour la plage, etc.)et jovial. Très belle chambre propre et silencieuse (sans fenêtre). Juste en face d'un dépanneur (7 Eleven), à côté de la plage (5 min à pied), à proximité du "hot spot" pour sortir prendre une bière (10 min à pied). Excellent rapport qualité prix!
- Erik (10/5): Good hotel with great staff - Wonderfull staff, very nice and helpfull. They made sure that our experience was the best it could be. Good price for very good service and nice rooms. Our room had a bit of a strange smell but it had almost no negative effect to our experience of the stay.
