• Simone (5/5): Classico hotel pieno di indiani, pakistani, neri, arabi, islamici in generale. - Letto molto confortevole, doccia molto funzionale. L'arredamento é vecchio e consumato, il sofa e le poltrone sporche di uno sporco antico, la mobilia ha un cattivo odore di vintage, la moquette puzza di fumo e l'aria è pesante.

• Ben (9/5): - You get alot for your money. They have bowling alleys, snooker and pool tables and a small gym. It was a shame the pool was closed due to renovation but you didn't get them waking you up from building. No pool which is only temporary. The fact it was also a smoking hotel. So the lobby did smell of cigarettes

She really helpful and friendly and thank you so much for housekeeping team. 20/02/2026 On February 19th, my family checked into the hotel. They told me that the receptionist was rude and had a bad attitude, and the staff at the door were standing around chatting instead of paying attention to customers needing to drop off their luggage.

• MR (1/5): Two friends can never be comfirtable in this hotel without multikeys facility . - COUNTER STAFF VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN WE ASK SOMETHING . THEY GIVE ONLY ONE ROOM KEY CARD WHICH IS VERY VERY UNETHICAL FOR TWO MEMBERS ROOM . NO ONE CAN SLEEP OR REST WITHOUT TWO KEYS. They give only one room key card. that makes worst experience in this hotel . For single man it,s comfirtable but not for comfirtable for two roommates.

So if you are a non smoker i dont recomend you to stay there. I requested for non smoking however i waslittle irritated with the smell coming to room indirectly!!!.
