Холодильник,чайник,приветственный сок,пакетики чая,кофе...всё это очень приятно! Не далеко магазин Konsum и пекарня. Во дворе у каждого свой столик со стульями,лежаки,а подвесное кресло-это моя 💞 очень уютно,тихо,мило!!!!💝💝 Это не зависит от хозяев,это в целом Дубровник- лестницы и подъемы (Мне показалось там нет дороги вниз🫣 вся только вверх) и будте готовы от жилья до моря или старого города и обратно шагать !! Автобусы не регулярные и очень дорогие(также как и питание( Но город безумно красивый💝

Do svih važnih mjesta moglo se bez problema doći pješice. Također bih ga preporučio osobama koje žele jedan dan duže spavati ili provesti dan samo u smještaju.

• Inaaufreise (6/5): - Die Lage und auch die Aussicht waren sehr gut. Ich konnte die Altstadt und die Strände innerhalb von 15 min zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet . Das Bett war ganz bequem. Das Bad war sauber und die Ausstattung ausreichend. Zu den Besitzern hatte ich keinen weiteren Kontakt bzw. nur ein kurzer Kontakt bei Ankunft. Ich bewerte ( Studio 5): Die Ausstattung der kleinen Küchenzeile war zwar für zwei Personen ausreichend, aber die Sauberkeit leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Teller und Tassen mussten vor Benutzung erst abgewaschen werden. Die Ordnung und Sauberkeit vor allen in den Unterschränken wäre Verbesserungsfähig. Die Mülleimer waren ohne Deckel und es gab auch keine Ersatzbeutel. Die Abwaschschwämme waren benutzt und sahen schon sehr " schäbig" und alt aus. Es gab einen Hängeschrank in dem Lebensmittel, ich denke von vorherigen Feriengästen waren, dieser Schrank müsste mal aussortiert werden. Ich war vier Nächte dort und habe nicht, wie sonst bei meinen Reisen gewohnt etwas kleines warmes gekocht, dass finde ich schade. Dennoch denke ich , ist Preis- Leistungsverhältnis angemessen, denn die Preise in Dubrovnik sind sehr hoch. Ich war nur enttäuscht, weil die Bewertungsskala sehr hoch war. Vielleicht hatte ich Pech mit Studio 5.

We were able to have a late checkout with no problem, which we appreciated. Close to bakery and cafe bar. Very small and dated room. Noisy fridge. Tight quarters for two adults with luggage.

• Kai Chuen (9/5): Nice Place Close to the Old Town in Walking Distance - It is located close to the old town with around 20 minutes walk to Pile Gate. The room is nice and clean. Just around 30 steps walk up from the main road. The shower place is a bit small due to a shower curtain added-on. But it is good that not makes water everywhere.
• Tineke (10/5): - The best was the host, Katarina, who is very friendly and helpful. It feels like being at home. The location is very good, about 10 min walk from the old centre, however keep in mind there are a lot of stairs to climb, but the quietness makes perfect good for it. The room was big and very comfortable bed. There is a large common terrace which is great for breakfast. I highly recommend this place to stay. Nothing to think of.

Katarina was very welcoming and checked that we had everything we needed - even getting us some fresh mandarins from the tree at the property! The location was excellent - only 10-15 minute walk into old town and the area felt very safe. We enjoyed having the sun terrace which had chairs and sun loungers. Overall an excellent stay! Thank you.

We liked being able to get away from the masses of people inside the walls. Very peaceful location. Villa Katarina is (like a lot of places in Dubrovnik) on a pedestrian only walkway with stairs. Close to several mini-markets that carry the essentials.

A lovely terrace in the sun to have happy hour and Katarina graciously gifted us some local wine, beer and oranges right off her trees in the yard. Beautiful garden. We had an easy walk down to Old Town.
• Layra Aparecida (9/5): Excelente estadia em Dubrovnik - O apartamento era bem localizado há 25 minutos andando da Old Town e 30 minutos de uma das praias mais famosas. Tudo estava bem limpo e o staff foi bem atencioso. O apartamento era bem iluminado e tem uma pequena terrasse na frente. A água quente acaba depois de alguns minutos de banho, então não tome banhos longos. O que é normal pra uma cidade que fica bem quente durante o verão.

Only 10min walk to the Old Town and a coffee shop, bakery and corner shop within a 5min walk. Aircon was handy. Lovely patio area for evening relaxing. Firm but comfy bed.

• Antonella (8/5): Posto tranquillo - Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti, la camera era pulita e profumata, c'erano a disposizione tisane, caffè solubile e caramelle e nel frigo un succo all'arancia. Il letto comodo, i cuscini troppo morbidi ma ok, il bagno piccolino e funzionale. Aria condizionata ben funzionante, un bell' armadio con il ferro da stiro. Il terrazzino fuori è molto bello, con tavolini e sdraio. Un posto tranquillo! A pochi metri c'è un supermarket e scendere alla città vecchia è piacevole con una bella passeggiata. Consiglio di mettere prodotti per la toilette (c'era solo un sapone per le mani), una tenda davanti la porta per maggiore privacy e magari dei materassini morbidi da utilizzare per il mare. Purtroppo ci sono tante zanzare qualche prodotto sarebbe stato d'aiuto.

La chambre était un peu petite pour deux personnes.

• Huji (10/5): - For people who take airport shuttle, I want to provide a community service here by describing how to walk the one mile distance to the apartment from the drop-off point at Ploce Gate. Because, Google map doesn’t help you how to cover vertical distances. You can take a taxi from the Ploce gate, but it is quite expensive for 20 Euro for a small distance. Besides, cars could not go into the street where the apartment is located. The street is a long stair with apartments on both sides, so whether you walk or take a taxi (Uber), be prepared to carry your bags and climb a stair that is about 150 -200 yards long. There are flat sections to stop and catch your breath though. Now, put away the Google map and follow this direction instead. After getting off the shuttle at the Ploce Gate, walk west on the left most sidewalk along the old town walls (it looks quite obvious, because no other viable sidewalks there). After about 150 yards, you will reach another entrance to the old town. Follow the people coming out of the old town, turn right, pass thru the short hallway and take the stairs to an upper level road. When you get out of the stairs, you will find yourself at the sidewalk of a road. Stay on the sidewalk and walk towards northwest for about 1 km until You get to a roundabout where 2 roads merges and splits again. Keep walking for another 50 yards and cross the street on the marked pedestrian crossing by the traffic light,then take another pedestrian crossing to right.stair it
• Samantha (8/5): Il faisait très chaud, magnifique panorama, une histoire riche...et de très bons cocktails! - Un week-end très sympa en amoureux! Les propriétaires, très accueillants, ont su répondre à nos questions quand aux transports locaux pour nous emmener à l'aéroport. Ils nous ont aussi montré différents endroits à visiter, notamment où commencer pour faire les remparts! Et les deux bières dans le frigo à notre arrivée étaient une très bonnes idées! Merci encore! Très bien localisé avec une petite vue sur la mer. Nous avons pu presque tout pu faire à pieds! Tout était parfait hormis le fait que les plaques de cuissons avaient du mal à fonctionner. Pour faire des pâtes, nous nous sommes contenter d'une eau tiède. L'eau ne pouvait pas bouillir. C'était quand même une petite galère à trouver de la nourriture dites croate, car les restaurants ne proposaient uniquement des burgers ou des pizzas.

• Aurelien (10/5): Fabuleux, on recommande ! - Chambre spacieuse avec salle de bain privative. Super bien agencé et jolie vue sur la mer , on adore. La terrasse partagée est fabuleuse pour prendre le petit déjeuner et les repas. La propriétaire est au petit soin (cadeaux d’accueil et petits conseils sur la ville). L’emplacement dans les hauteurs de la ville est super pratique pour rejoindre la vielle à pied et le reste en bus. Petit problème de propreté (couverts, papier toilette) mais sans grande conséquence.

Great view of Dubrovnik from the apartment. - We arrived at 11pm and were greeted by our host waiting outside for us which we greatly appreciated as the apartment is hard to find in the dark for the first time. • Leyla87 (5/5): Regular - L'habitació la vam reservar per 2 adults i 1 nen de 2 anys i vam tenir que dormir tots 3 en un sol llit de tamany mitjà, a més les cortines i finestres no tapaven la llum del sol i ens feia despertar ben d'hora. El pitjor va ser que anavem amb un cotxet de nadó i tot eren escales... tant per accedir a la vivenda com a l'habitació. Pensava que era un allotjament hoteler i és una vivenda particular on també hi viuen els propietaris, no era el que esperava ja que buscava un allotjament més profesional.

• Valentina (4/5): - Inače se u ovom dijelu raspišem, ali ovaj put nemam puno više reći od toga da je lokacija bila solidna… Soba je bila puna mravi, koji su čak bili i na krevetu… Ono što apsolutno ne mogu podržati je da je soba zapravo dio kuće u kojoj žive i domaćini što bi bilo okej da ta soba nije direktno povezana običnim vratima (sa ultra lošom zvučnom izolacijom) sa njihovim dijelom gdje stanuju. Svaki razgovor (bio glasan ili tih) koji se odvijao kod njih smo jasno mogli čuti u sobi. Nema nikakve zvučne izolacije što znači da uopće nema mira (iako nama u uputama pise da je vrijeme mira od 8h do 22h)! Za cijenu koju sam platila za to kratko vrijeme očekivala sam bar mir kad već imamo mrave i nepotpun pribor za jelo… definitivno ne bih opet rezervirala ovaj smještaj!

• Noemí Salerno (9/5): - Para empezar, la anfitriona es una mujer adorable, siempre atenta, hasta nos dejó toallas para la playa. Todo estaba súper limpio, había terraza con sillas y mesa e incluso un lugar para tender. En la habitación teníamos una mesa para comer, nevera, armario, hervidor, platos y cubiertos, y algo de té. El baño es pequeño pero con lo imprescindible. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas. La ubicación está bien, cerca del centro ( 20 min aprox del casco antiguo cuesta abajo) y al lado de una bakery y supermercado. Hay que tener en cuenta que el lugar está ubicado subiendo unas escaleras. La mampara de la ducha no cierra bien.

• nuray (6/5): - L'emplacement, la petite table sur la terrasse juste en face de la chambre et un lit confortable sont les atouts de cet hébergement ! Il y avait peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. On avait pas de cafetière, juste une bouilloire deux tasses, deux verres. Le lit et l'armoire (dont une grande partie est condamnée) prenaient trop de place dans la pièce. Je trouvais que le rapport qualité-prix n'était pas équilibré.
• Tiarne (10/5): Beautiful view, atmosphere & people - The staff were so incredibly welcoming and friendly, the view from our room was stunning & also located in a quieter part of the town which we loved - close walk to the grocery store and about a 15 minute walk to the old town. Location was really great between two area in Dubrovnik, so you could go on few beaches nearby. There was, also nice terrace designed for relaxing and enjoying. • Natasha (10/5): - Really enjoyed my stay here for a bit of a working vacation. The couple that runs Villa Katarina are lovely. The double room was clean with plenty of space, I made good use of the little fridge and kettle and dining table that had a nice view, as well as the terrace, and the aircon came in handy with the hot days! It's conveniently located to a bakery and many little corner stores, and only a 15 minute walk to Old Town. Beware that just like most of Dubrovnik there are a few steps to get up to the location.
• i (10/5): ドブロブニクが更に好きになりました - 2歳児連れの宿泊でした。オーナーさんがとても親切にしてくださり、快適に過ごすことができました。調理家具が揃ってるのでスーパーで食材を買って広々した庭で朝食や夕食を楽しみました。追加料金なしで、部屋をグレードアップしてくださいました。ドブロブニクは大好きな街で訪問は2回目でしたが更に好きな場所になりました。ありがとうございます。

• Michaela (10/5): - Villa Katarina is a lovely location situated between the Old City and Lapad. It was perfect for my partner and me, as we wanted to explore both sides of Dubrovnik without needing to use the bus. There are many stairs, but it’s Dubrovnik, so you expect nothing less, and it’s great for working on those calves! The hosts were wonderful and offered helpful recommendations. They were always around if we needed anything, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage on the last day, as our flight was only in the evening. This gave us the chance to do a bit of last-minute exploring before heading to the airport. N/A

• Cristina (5/5): No frills but clean, safe accommodations in good location - The location was good, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was difficult to communicate with the property owner. a man let me in that didn’t speak English and I didn’t meet anyone else until I had an issue, the owner did not respond to my text messages, only when I went in person did I meet her and even then she needed help from a neighbor to understand my issue (there were ants one night). The king bed took up most of the room, not much room for anything else. Bathroom tiny and overall not updated, and shower small.

• EFSTATHIOS (7/5): Συμπαθητικό - Ευρύχωρο, καλά εξοπλισμένο και σχετικά καινούργια κατασκευή. Κουραστική η διαδρομή έως την παλαιά πόλη, λόγω της ανηφόρας και το παράθυρο δεν είχε πατζούρι και έτσι μπορούσαν να δούνε οι περαστικοί το βράδυ μέσα.

• Briana (8/5): Lovely small room with balcony, walking distance to old town - Lovely, clean little room, a 10ish minute walk to the old town. Great little balcony, lovely garden. A perfect place to relax after a busy day of exploring! The walk from the old town was fine for me, but a little dark and isolated at night. You have to walk from the street with your luggage, no way to get directly to the address by car. This would be a tough stay for anyone with mobility issues.

• James (8/5): Room with a view - Reasonably comfortable room with a nice water view and a tiny kitchenette. It's set in a pretty garden with a large patio. If you book, double check the address on arrival as there are two Villa Katarinas in Dubrovnik. We went to the wrong one first, unfortunately. When I tried to call the owner, I was repeatedly hung up on (her children, she said). The property is a bit hard to find as it's on an alley/sidewalk quite a few steps up from the street level. The proprietor was quite pleasant once we finally found the place. It's a fairly easy downhill walk into the old town of Dubrovnik (uphill on the way back, of course). There is a mini-market and several restaurants within a couple of blocks without walking back down into the old city. I don't recommend this place if you are driving a car. Our Uber experiences in Dubrovnik were uniformly good.

• Nivas (10/5): - We had an amazing experience staying at villa Katarina in Dubrovnik! Katarina was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The space was clean, well equipped, and perfectly located. I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. It made our trip even more special, and we’re so grateful for the warm hospitality.

• CHI KWAN LOUIS (10/5): Very friendly hosts, comfortable good location. - Very welcoming, helpful hosts. We enjoyed the Villa very much. Quiet, quite good view, clean, good shower with warm water supply, good wifi. A small supermarket and a bakery nearby. Good location: Old town is within walking distance, like 15-20 minutes.(We walked slowly) The drawback is: no electricity socket by the bed. Overall, l highly recommend this apartment.

• Shailesh (8/5): Conveniently located, decently priced property. - Nice location, clean rooms and bathrooms, terrace sit out. Elderly owner is a nice lady, and tries to do her best in helping out. Dubrovnik old town is a 20 minute walk. Only one apartment has what they claim is a kitchen. It is just a cook top and a basin in a tiny corner. I would not recommend to spend more for this apartment if you do not need a kitchen. Slightly difficult to carry baggage from the road up to the apartment as there are about 15-20 steps to be climbed.
