• Martin (7/5): OK but as for the public transport pass - The accommodation was better than what the rating on booking.com suggested Breakfast for 5 euro was a nice supplement They should have given me the Südtirol Guest Pass for public transport (included in the price of the stay). Because they failed to inform me about its existence, I paid €22 extra for transport. When I asked them for a written confirmation that they hadn't informed me, they did not reply. This is regrettable, so I have reported the situation to the South Tyrol public transport authority.

• Robert (8/5): Gute Lage und nettes Personal - trotz veralteter Einrichtung - Auf Nachfrage wurde mir im Voraus ein Südtirol Guest Pass per Mail zugeschickt. Habe dafür meine Mailadresse und meinen Ausweis geschickt. Sehr gute Lage und große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffett (kostet 5€ extra). Nettes Personal. Die Ausstattung, wie schon von Anderen angemerkt, ist veraltet. Die Tischdecke beim Buffett hat Rotweinflecken. Das Zimmer stinkt nach Chlor. Das Bett war mir (191cm) zu klein. Da es ein Doppellbett für mich alleine war, konnte ich mich wenigstens zur Seite wälzen.

• Marian (4/5): Für eine Nacht und ich habe keine Ansprüche dann lassen wir es noch durchgehen. - Freundliches Personal und gute Lage Dringend renovieren. Es ist alles 30 bis 40 Jahre alt. Bad bis zum Zimmer und das Stiegenhaus! Die Einfahrt und der Parkplatz ist nicht gastfreundlich. Das ist der erste Eindruck.

Nächtigung für eine Nacht möglich Völlig überteuert!!! 195 € inkl mässigem Frühstück in einem völlig schäbigen abgewohnten Zimmer das seit gut 50 Jahren nicht renoviert sein muss. Fehlende Steckdosen, disfunktionale Licht Schalter, keine Nachttischlampen aufgerissene Stellen im Linoleum Boden etc. Wäre um die Hälfte des Preises vielleicht irgendwo gerechtfertigt wenn man aus Geldnot so bucht. Da wir sonst für eine Nacht kein Quartier bekommen hätten haben wir dieses nehmen müssen.

Также, очень симпатичный и отзывчивый хозяин отеля. Отель очень старый... То есть, очень старая мебель и просто ужасный матрас. Из-за этого я очень плохо спала и совсем не отдохнула после длительной пешей прогулки в горах🙁
• Martina (1/5): Es war absolut schlecht...... - nichts Dass Sie eine solche schreckliche Unterkunft auf Ihrem Portal anbieten ist für mich absolut unverständlich. In diesem dunklen Gemäuer, dass wahrscheinlich das erste und letzte Mal vor 60 Jahren hergerichtet war hat mich veranlasst nach 1 Nacht (leider kam ich zu spät an, um die Unterkunft nach am gleichen Tag zu verlassen) am folgenden Tag ohne Frühstück zu verlassen. Das erste Zimmer, das mit angeboten wurde glich eher einem Verließ..... Um die Toilette herum stand das Wasser auf dem alten Fliesenboden, Steckdosen am Bett suchte ich vergeblich.... Am Abend saßen ein paar merkwürdige Gestalten im angeblichen "Restaurant" etc., etc..... Und das ganze für 2 Nächte für 221 EUR ist ein absolutes Unding. Wir gesagt, am nächsten Tag bin ich fast geflohen. und habe mir für die 2. Nacht etwas anderes gesucht. Von Ihrer Seite her würde ich es es sehr begrüssen, wenn Sie mir hier entgegenkommen könnten, denn ich bin ja schon bei Ihnen seit längerem Kunde und bin in der Regel mit den Unterkünften sehr zufrieden. Leider habe ich keine Fotos gemacht. Ich kann Ihnen nur raten, diese Unterkunft für diesen völlig übrehöhten Preise aus Ihrem Angebot zu nehmen..... Jede Jugendherberge ist wesentliche besser und komfortabler, sauberer, moderner etc..........

• Olga (8/5): Night in lovely natiral surroundings. - It is a convenient place for a car traveller: close to Cortina d’Ampezzo, lakes Misurina, Dobbiaco and Braies. Easy parking. This is the second time that I stayed at this place, just because of its convenient location. My present stay (one night) was okay, but the first time, about 4-5 years ago, was much, much better!!! I remembered friendly gentleman, the owner, good supper, and very affordable price! But this time the price was about two times higher that it used to be… the room was cold… wi-fi very poor… And another thing: I tried to book a room at this place as early, as February-March. In the process of booking, I made a mistake: booked a night in July, instead of August. I noticed the mistake immediately and contacted the hotel asking to change the dáte. In vain! The money were taken, to change the dáte impossible: they said that everything was already booked for August… And I looked again at them in the end of July, revising my plans - and the hotel was not booked fully! So, in fact I paid twice for my night in Dobbiaco…

Dove è finita la precisione altoatesina ?? Mi è stata proposta una stanza in un’altra struttura che per motivi ovvi ho dovuto accettare e sono finito in uno scantinato . Nessuna spiegazione se non erano in overbooking . Mi chiedo come cazzo fai ad essere in overbooking quando hai 4 camere in croce . Sono ancora molto incazzato. In molto anni con Booking .com non mi era mai capitato . Ora valuto seriamente di non usare più il vostro servizio

• Jacopo (4/5): Struttura fatiscente e overprezzata, colazione con prodotti preconfezionati e succhi diluiti. Prezzo eccessivo. - Posizione Spazio esterno La camera è molto retrò, con diverse situazioni di rammendo fatte negli anni. Il lavandino è nascosto dietro la porta di ingresso, non dando la possibilità di poter aprire la porta completamente senza colpirlo. La colazione è sotto il passabile purtroppo, succhi diluiti e dolci preconfezionati, il tutto al costo di 7€. In generale son tutti aspetti potenzialmente tollerabili se il prezzo del soggiorno fosse almeno della metà, a più di 200€ per due a notte è oltre il furto.

• Raphael (4/5): Preis/Leistung sehr schlecht. - Das es direkt neben dem Bahnhof ist. Die Zimmer sind uralt. Man liegt auf metallgitter Betten. Die Zimmer sind staubig und schimmlig. Das Frühstuck ist sehr minimal. Leider kein Gemüse und Obst.
