• Egidijus (7/5): Good location, but some small improvements needed to be the best. - Good location, close to the central, metro and the Barceloneta. Spacious apartment, all needed suppliers were provided. Beds were squeaking, internal doors were left old and also were a bit noisy. Found plenty of black hair in the bed, sofa or on the floor. Remodeling was ongoing in the building. Dust in the stairwell.

• Emre (9/5): A perfectly located, professionally managed home-away-from-home that exceeded our expectations with - The apartment was exceptionally well-equipped and professionally managed. The central location made it easy to explore, and the check-in was seamless even when we arrived at 1:00 AM. Communication via WhatsApp was incredibly efficient; when we reported a leaking sink, someone arrived within 15 minutes and fixed it while we were out for the day. As a large family, having two bathrooms was a lifesaver. We were also impressed by the host’s generosity with supplies; they provided plenty of coffee pods, tea bags, dishwasher tablets, brand-new sponges, and even Tide pods for the washing machine. Coming in late to a full 1.5L bottle of water was a very thoughtful touch. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with plates and mugs, and having a functioning dishwasher and a compact washing machine made our 4-night stay much easier. The apartment’s layout is a bit internal; one bedroom had no windows at all, while the others looked into the interior building space rather than outside. The living room does look out toward the street, though the view isn't particularly noteworthy. Additionally, the stairs in the building are quite steep. There is a small elevator, but it only fits two people at a time, so you have to plan accordingly when moving luggage or a larger group. Though, none of these were deal breakers for us.

Ze zijn een nieuwe lift aan het maken en de werkzaamheden duren tot eind juli. Je krijgt hier bericht over na reservering en de mogelijkheid om te annuleren of 10% korting

• Simona Angela (10/5): Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, in un ambiente luminoso e con uno staff sempre disponibile. - L’appartamento, situato al quinto piano, è molto accogliente e luminoso. È dotato di tutto il necessario e ogni servizio è perfettamente funzionante (ferro da stiro, aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, ecc.). Ci siamo trovate davvero molto bene, soprattutto per la posizione comodissima, a due passi dalla metro. Un ringraziamento speciale al personale, sempre accogliente e disponibile: alle 20:00, quando l’ascensore ha smesso di funzionare, siamo state subito aiutate. Con noi c’era una persona con difficoltà a fare le scale e la situazione ci preoccupava molto, ma la struttura ha contattato immediatamente la manutenzione e il problema è stato risolto in meno di un’ora. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, consigliato! Unico piccolo aspetto da considerare: l’ascensore arriva fino al 4° piano, quindi per raggiungere l’appartamento al 5° piano bisogna fare tre rampe di scale. Può essere meno comodo per chi ha difficoltà motorie o bagagli pesanti.

Necesitaría la renovación del baño principal ya que el mueble y la puerta se ven deterioradas, y la bañera oxidada en algunas zonas que han sido tapadas. En la cocina también hay algunos muebles deteriorados.

• Stefano (10/5): Bellissimo Appartamento - Appartamento molto bello ed elegante, con 3 camere da letto due bagni salone e cucina, ottima posizione vicinissimo alla metro e all'Arc de Triomf, molto semplice l'accesso grazie alla tastiera con codice che viene fornita 24 ore prima di arrivare. Abbiamo anche potuto lasciare i bagagli negli armadietti al palazzo vicino all'appartamento gratuitamente prima del check-in. Tutto perfetto
• Marzena (8/5): Świetna lokalizacja, czuć klimat Barcelony. - Najlepszym atutem apartamentu jest lokalizacja, do większości atrakcji dotarliśmy na piechotę. W tej samej kamienicy sporo lokali ze śniadaniami. Dzielnica oddaje urok Barcelony, czuć charakterystykę miasta. Apartament idealny na krótki wypad. Wygodne łóżka, kuchnia wyposażona w to co trzeba, ładnie urządzony ale wymaga odświeżenia. Na klatce unosi się nieprzyjemny zapach, na szczęście w mieszkaniu świeżo i pachnąco. Nie estetyczny kamień w okół brodzika i ogólnie stan łazienki mocno obniża standard mieszkania.

• Danijela (8/5): Porodični boravak - Dobra lokacija za oblizak pešice, dobra povezanost sa metrom i autobusima, blizina dva veća marketa. Prostran apartman, opremljenost apartmana sa neophodnim kuhinjskim stvarima, opremljenost dodatnim brojem peškira, posteljine, daska za peglanje, pegla, fen, ves masina, sudomasina... Zaista opremljen za ugodan boravak. Kreveti su izuzetno udobni, jastuci takodje. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno, odgovorilo je na sve moje zahteve u veoma kratkom roku i uvazila moju molbu. Balkon odličan za chill varijantu. Stan je jako lep dizajniran. Trenutno se izvode radovi na izgradnji novog lifta, koji ce biti pored starog, i verujem da će to rešiti sadašnji problem malog lifta. Da zaključim, očekivanju su ispunjena. Spremačice su nas bukom probudile jednog jutra veoma rano, prilikom lagerovanja posteljine u ogromnim dzakovima koji su se ostavljalli u hodniku ispred apartmana u kojem smo bili smesteni. Nije nam smetalo sto je bilo tesno da se udje u smestaj, ali budjenje tako rano jeste. Spavaća soba gleda ka unutrašnjosti zgrade ( zidovi, bojleri..) Krevet na sprat treba da ima dodatnu zaštitu jer deca lako mogu da padnu.

• mary sue (8/5): Enjoyed our stay! - The unit was larger than we expected. They provided dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. Which was greatly appreciated. It was in a nice neighborhood with grocers nearby. We enjoyed our stay. The bunk beds were not great for our adult - 20ish year old children. Wish I would have researched a bit more about this room. My fault not theirs.

• Muriel (10/5): Un superbe appartement pour découvrir Barcelone ! - Nous avons loué le grand appartement 5 chambres, idéal pour 10 personnes, qui est superbe, très spacieux et très confortable, parfaitement équipé, la literie est de très bonne qualité, l'organisation de notre arrivée a été parfaite, l'appartement est idéalement situé dans l'Eixample, une adresse parfaite pour découvrir Barcelone, un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Je recommande vraiment ! Rien du tout, tout était parfait !

• Theresa (10/5): We did a lot of walking and saw a lot of Barcelona, while enjoying food, drinks, shopping and some unexpected fun surpri - We were able to walk to or from many of the highlights, including Cathedral, Montjuic, Park Guell & Sagrada Familia, and to the train station to catch a tour to Monserrat. Many shops and restaurants near by. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room. Good water pressure and no issues with not having enough hot water, although we took quick showers or turned off and on to to make sure we didn’t run out. Easy access with code for key pads. Kitchen supplies and plenty of toilet paper. Nothing

• Nicos (7/5): Maybe if i was given a room on another floor - Location was convenient We were given the 5th floor even though we booked a room for 2 adults and two kids ( one of which was a toddler - high chair and all) . Problem was that the elevator ends at the 4th floor which meant i had to carry everything a set of stairs up ( push chair on a daily basis multiple times.) Note that the 80s elevator can fit max two people with no luggage. Internally the apartment was nice 8/10.

• jhoenette (10/5): Beautiful place - It was an amazing place… you will enjoy the apartment. Only thing was they forgot to refill the shampoo and body soap. Close to Arc de Triomf but there is a 5-7 minutes walk from the storage place and Metro. If it is scourging hot in the summer, it is definitely a long walk especially with luggages in tow. If this is okay with you, then you will love their fantastic apartment.
