- JatoJa (9/5): - To prawdziwie poetyckie miejsce. Widok z okna zapiera dech. I koniecznie spróbujcie ciast i wyrobów Pani Anny. Pycha!
- Eric (9/5): Mais quelle vue! Et quelle gentillesse. Merci Ana!
- Ilja (9/5): - Alles Top. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit einer super Aussicht. Sehr schönes Frühstück, serviert von der Besitzerin. Eine ältere, sehr nette und freundliche Dame. Parken (fast) direkt am Haus möglich. Habe nichts finden können. Alles top.
- Paolo_digio (9/5): - La gentilezza della signora Anna
- Devries (7/5): - The hosts were amazing and the view was fantastic. Breakfast was fantastic as well. The guests next-door were noisy and I found it tricky to drive to, and then walking to town was a bit of a distance with lots of stairs in the dark.
- Maria (10/5): -
- Catherine (9/5): - Bra serviceinriktad dam som skötte bed and breakfast.

- Antonio (10/5): Delizioso - Location ottima, panorama meraviglioso e molto silenzioso. L’host molto accogliente e disponibile .
- jack (8/5): Great home town feel... not easy to find, not easy to access the town - The View. Was excellent ..The women who owns the home was wonderful and sweet To get to town it's a hike
- Guy (8/5): Juste pour 1 nuit -
- Maartje (9/5): - Lovely host - the view from the balcony was amazing and we had the best croissant! It was of walking distance to Ravello - but in a quiet and old part of town. Perfect!

- Juergen (10/5): Perfekt - Die Aussicht! Und die Betreiber sind unglaublich net!
- Rossana (10/5): -
- Arvin (10/5): Exceptional - Clean room with nice view
- António (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location AC stops every 2 minutes.
- Xenia (10/5): We loved it! - We loved this place! The view was breathtaking and we could walk to Ravello on foot (if you don't mind the steps uphill!) and enjoy the little garden. The host was a lovely lady who was very kind and helpful. The road is a little narrow to drive, but it's totally worth it!
- Nives (10/5): Wonderful accomodation in Ravello - Lovely view and wonderful service
- Isabel (10/5): A mesmerizing stay in the lemon tree paradise 🍋 - This property is a little gem hidden away in the mountain, providing great privacy and a quiet night’s sleep. The host Anna is super friendly and attentive, tending to your every need. (Along with her family of 5+ cats and one dog!) The cherry on top of the cake is the stunning view of Amalfi, seen from both the bedroom window and the breakfast balcony. I find it difficult to write anything negative about this property. The accessibility isn’t the easiest (like any part of Italy) but with google maps and a moped/car, it is quite easy.
- Savo (9/5): Superb - All good Little bit hard to take luggage to the room
- Arjun (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carlos (1/5): Avoid - Views I genuinely don’t understand the overly positive reviews of this place — it’s baffling. The location is remote, unattractive, and especially inconvenient if you’re arriving by car. The room was clean and of reasonable size, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The furniture is old and worn, and the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable.
However, the worst part by far was the owner’s attitude — rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive. I had booked a double room for one person (photo attached), but he put me in a room with three beds (one queen and one twin) and insisted that, because I was alone, I had to sleep in the small bed. If I wanted to use the larger bed, I’d have to pay more. To drive the point home, he explicitly told me he wouldn’t even bother putting sheets on the queen bed. When I expressed concern, he simply told me I could leave if I didn’t like it.
I chose not to argue, as he seemed unpleasant and confrontational. I’m a tall person, and the small bed was directly under the air conditioner — I ended up catching a cold.
In short, this place was a disappointment on every level. Poor location, outdated facilities, and an owner who clearly has no interest in hospitality. Definitely not recommended.
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional - I loved my stay here. It’s a beautiful room with the r most incredible view. The host is very accommodating and breakfast every morning on the patio was so nice.
- Mandy (10/5): The majestic Amalfi Coast and the real Italian experience La Dolce Vita - Valerio and Anna incredible hosts . Kind generous and caring . The incredible view over looking the terrace gardens, down to the ocean, with the majestic mountains across the valley. The walks full of lemons, cherry, fig trees, garden plots of all the vegetables you can imagine , the intense fragrance of the night air. Lavender, rosemary, lemons . The crystal clear night skies, stars and the moon . The lights of the villas and homes twinkling and glowing down the mountain side.
I absolutely loved this place and the area.
Breakfast with Anna’s own honey from her hives, and her homemade preserves, fresh pastries, delicious fruit and yoghurt, coffee tea . Valerio smiling ,helpful service. Also he speaks excellent English.
Ravello was beautiful not too busy with tourists like the intensely overcrowded Amalfi Coast. Try staying up here and enjoy the area . Go upto Scala there still using donkeys and there’s a lot of the old world Italy existing there . Don’t try to catch the bus to Ravello after 10am and the rest of the day. It’s just not worth the hassle. There’s more than enough to do around this area.
I didn’t have transport and I am 69 and managed the steps, yes there are quite a few !! to reach Ravello but you take it slowly stop and listen and look at the life around you. Always someone in the gardens? Sweeping the pathway . Again the view and the walk along the path experiencing the real Italian life is priceless . I highly recommend the beautiful and poetic Il Rifugio Del Poeta . The father of Valerio and husband and of Anna was a famous local Poet.
If you have a car you can reach it easily, yes narrow road but is fine . We are in Amalfi . A small amount of steps maybe 20 to reach the house.
Reach out to Valerio if you are using public transport he was kind enough to pick me up drop me off. Very generous man. Nothing
- Hannah (1/5): Disappointed - A very inaccessible home
Too many stairs. Impossible to get to it. Very remote. No eating places nearby. It was my fault I didn't research properly but when i realised my mistake, I cancelled my stay and requested a partial refund. Host even refused that!
Please be aware!
- Jade (10/5): :) - glorious view.
host picked me.up from the bus stop and allowed me to check in very early and even provided me with snacks and coffee on the day of check in. I had to leave quite earlier and he packed me a bag of snacks because I missed breakfast that day!
it was relaxing and I enjoyed the family orientated stay!
- Vladimir (9/5): Superb - Super private spot above all Minori. Walking isn't best idea if you are looking at this spot. Need car or scooter. We weren't lucky and didn't get terrace room. Not a big deal, there is everywhere a terrace😀
- Tanya (10/5): Charming bnb and town - Valerio and his mother were very friendly and welcoming! I felt right at home. Breakfast was excellent (pastries, coffee, tea, homemade jams, yogurt, fruit, juice) with an amazing view from the terrace. So peaceful!
The garden and adorable dog and cats were so sweet. The walk to town has a decent amount of stairs but it’s beautiful.
Ravello is a nice town, not too busy, everyone is formerly and helpful. The square had children playing and people hanging around, very charming and safe feeling.
- Jeff (10/5): - The host, Anna was so amazing and kind. The view was to die for!! Would highly recommend for beauty and solitude
- Francesca (10/5): Exceptional - Unexpectedly had a balcony which was a lovely surprise, and the views from it were amazing. Breakfast provided and was able to choose when we wanted to go for it, if you're an animal person they had cats and a dog which was a nice personal touch to meet them each morning! Host was very helpful and provided us with everything we needed. You could hear the people in the room next door as it is a joining room, didn't bother us much however just one to note as we didn't realise at first and arrived quite late so we might have been noisier than the other guests would have liked!
- Haluk (10/5): Exceptional - The view is amazing. Breakfast was nice. The roads to the B&B is very norrow, hard to drive.
- Salvatore (10/5): - Personale molto disponibile e accogliente, sembra di stare in famiglia
- Gabriela (10/5): It was great and felt like home. - It is a beautiful place, where you can overlook the Amalfi coast. The family managing the BeB is amazing and they were very kind helping us with instructions to get everywhere in the town. It is relatively close to the biggest Ravello landmarks, but be aware you will have lots of stairs on your way, or rent a car.
- Dimitris (10/5): Everything was excellent - Perfect hospitality and view! The access to get there is was a bit hard to walk
- Amalfitano (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amalfitano (10/5): Valerio and his mum Anna were so hospitable it felt like a home away from home. Valerio was very responsive and helpful - The views were spectacular and so was the hospitality. Anna looked after me so nicely and has lived in Ravello her whole life so it was a very local experience. The food was amazing with lots of homemade goodies. All the unit was very clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable.
- Julie (8/5): A touch of rustic - The views were amazing.
The balcony is nice. The location meant that we had to get through single track narrow road that was worrying. A small car is needed as otherwise impossible to reach.
So many steps so a big case isn't advisable.
The bed was very rickety, recommend attention from owner.
- Marion (8/5): Perfect spot! - The view, the tranquillity, the delightful host, and the area was breathtaking. Continental breakfast on their little terrace was so nice! The picture was exactly as it is!
Anna the host was lovely and brought lemonade on our arrival. With Google translate we managed to converse quite happily! Unless you are fit, the steps not only up to the accommodation but also up to the town centre are quite daunting. There are 100s! My husband works out and was able to carry our cases, but in the heat, it was a serious task!! How the taxi managed to get there was impressive!
- Teresa (9/5): Superb -
- Ariane (10/5): The place is a bit difficult to find but communication was perfect with the host. The room was super clean and big with -
- Rolandas (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice hosts, nice breakfast, amazing view
- Fernando (8/5): - Room was nice. It has a nice terrace, however, the separation with the next room is not that great and you can hear the room neighbour’s noise.
- Robert (10/5): Would definitely recommend. - We had a patio with an amazing view. Host was super nice and accommodating! Could hear the guests in the next room snoring and coughing throughout the night.
- Eglė (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karen (10/5): Incredible view - Incredible view from our lovely balcony. This place has a very welcoming feel to it with a lovely hostess with limited English. Communication was fine and I loved her cute little dog. Room very comfy and delicious cakes for breakfast
- Orlando (10/5): - Posto fantastico
- Ann (7/5): Good - In case you are keen on experience authentic old style Italian living, exceptional views and lots of stairs, this is Your place. The landlord is an old sweet lady, who knows a bit of English. The breakfast is offered in her house and is the typical Italian. Lovely experience for anyone with an open mind. The concert hall can be seen from the terass up on the hill.
- Valentino (9/5): Superb -
- Noreen (10/5): Inexpensive, especially considering the stunning view and gracious host. - Unbelievable view from an over-sized terrace. Ana, the host and owner, is the nicest woman. Her breakfast could sate football teams, and she couldn’t be kinder.
- Shulamit (7/5): Good - The view from the house is amazing and the hosts are very welcome The approach and arrival to the house was very difficult and challenging without signage we reached a dead end rod and rural dirt path. No Access with a regular car. It's highly recommend to arrive only to arrive only in daylight long before dark. They're relatively many stairs up to the House itself.to find the house we had to ask the owner to come and accompany us - it should be noted that he was very nice and kind
- Yves (7/5): Once there (after a very difficult road, the place was excellent). - The host is very very nice. Breakfast was excellent. The road to reach the BB is VERY BAD and dangerous.
- Maciej (10/5): Exceptional - Charming place with the best view from the window! Lovely host, clean room. We mixed up our arrival dates but they managed to find a room for us despite our mistake. :)
- Jennifer (10/5): An amazing place and host. Lots of steps up to central Ravello, but this kept us fit! - An amazing host - within a few minutes of arriving we were given a plate of fresh figs and grapes. The homemade cake at breakfast was great. The host spoke limited English, but we managed to communicate very well. I was given homegrown chilli and lemons to take home - we had a great laugh when I ate a very hot chilli! The balcony/terrace from the room was amazing. I will certainly visit again. No issues.
- Kinga (1/5): Bad - Horrible scary place awful drive to the place it was so terrible there that we ran away and rented another hotel
- Georgia (9/5): Superb -
- Nicholas (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (7/5): Good - this host was amazing, she didn’t speak any English so we used Google translate a lot but she was very kind! she made us an amazing breakfast even though we couldn’t stay long in the morning and we even asked her if she had a washer machine and offered to do our laundry for us! She had a lot of cats and a dog which were all very friendly and cute as well. even though we read the reviews about how walking there was difficult, we didn’t realize how difficult it truly was. All stairs down and back up, in the heat of summer was very challenging. No ac as well so very hot in the room.
- Kimberley (10/5): Traditional b&b - We absolutely loved our stay here, we only stayed for one night but the b&b was lovely, very traditional & the hosts couldn’t have been nicer.
The hotel itself was initially a bit tricky to find but once there it is easy to get around & only about 15 walk between either Ravello or Minori so was perfect place to explore. Also, the balcony & view were amazing
- Max (8/5): Nice peaceful lodging - A nice peaceful area, a bit remote but that's not necessarily a problem. Great view towards Minori. Some fine home-cooked cake for breakfast. Lack of air conditioning was a minor issue, but it didn't get crazy hot in early July.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This place is quaint. The owner is a little old lady that baked us fresh coffee cake every morning for breakfast. She is very friendly but speaks no English, so her son helped us at check in. The view is wonderful.
The main downside is that the place is almost impossible to find, even with a GPS. There is a very narrow road leading to it, so you need a very small car.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The location is superb, the bed is extremely comfy, breakfast is amazing and the host goes above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay. She often dropped us off into the square so we didn’t have to walk up the steep hill. 5/5 for this location!
- Nicole (10/5): Perfection! - I cannot say enough about this B&B. My husband and I traveled around Italy for our honeymoon and this was our favorite place to stay! From the moment we checked in we felt right at home. Marie and her son greeted up with fresh lemonade on their beautiful terrace that overlooked the mountains and the sea. But the magic began when we entered our own room. It was beyond clean and charming. To make it even better we had a private terrace that overlooked the most beautiful view and Marie made us a homemade tiramisu to celebrate our honeymoon. It was a great location for visiting Ravello but having some privacy in a quiet area. Sunrise views in the mountains and then at night the music from the Minori below and Ravello above carries to the terrace - so romantic! We loved everything about our stay and cannot recommend it enough!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Soggiorno tutto sommato accettabile.
- Renga&Anu (10/5): - Though we enjoyed our stay thanks to an amazing host Anna, the B&B is a bit isolated. It is a quite a bit of a hike to any restaurants or the town center. Also the taxis will not come in all the way since the road near the property is narrow. Even if you get dropped closest to the property there is another 90 steps you have to climb. Definitely not recommended for people who can not move around easily. The view from the property is breathtakingly beautiful. Anna provides ample breakfast including fresh figs from her trees! Yummy! She does not speak any English but I used an app to translate from English to Italian and had no problem communicating. Anna’s sweet nature made our stay enjoyable :)) She is a sweetheart!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Really far out - It's so far out...it's a trek to go up there with the car...it's also hard to reach by foot once you got there
Todella pettymys expedian informatioon paikasta.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Hostess was such a lovely person! She baked a cake just for us and helped with maps. Amazing view over the valley. Breakfast could be proved by adding something with no sugar. Otherwise perfect!
