• Lisley Kelly (10/5): Adorei - A hazyview cabanas é uma excelente opção pra quem não quer ficar em lodges mais caros. Estávamos em 5 pessoas e foi excelente para nosso grupo. O espaço inteiro do resort é lindo, organizado e oferece muitas opções de atividades. Como estávamos de carro, a locomoção até o Kruger foi muito fácil, as estradas são bem sinalizadas, em boas condições. O atendimento da recepção é excelente. Por lá mesmo conseguimos reservar um safari guiado, que custou 1000 rands por pessoa. Eles dão todo o suporte necessário. O restaurante é lindo, na beira do rio, e oferece boas opções de comida com excelente custo benefício (uma média de R$70 por refeição). Não é caro e se come bem. O café da manhã também é pago à parte no restaurante. Vale a pena cada centavo gasto nessa hospedagem. A cabana que nos hospedamos é enorme e oferece tudo para uma estadia confortável. Eu não tinha noção, só pelas fotos, do quanto o chalé é grande e confortável. Valeu cada centavo. Eles foram também muito solícitos ao guardar nossas malas mesmo após o checkout. Recomendo de verdade. Poderia ter mais opções de café da manhã e a quantidade poderia ser maior. Foi o único ponto negativo.

• Marijke (7/5): - Het park is mooi onderhouden. Ligt mooi aan de rivier. Massage bij de Bliss spa is een aanrader. Heerlijk gemasseerd in een prachtige omgeving, compliment daarvoor. Het privé zwembad was te warm, zodat we iemand moesten laten komen om de temperatuur lager te zetten. Het zwembad met glijbaan kun je alleen gebruiken als je een bandje voor je pols haalt bij de receptie. Het zou fijner zijn als dit gelijk verteld wordt. Het bandje is wel gratis. We moesten steeds heel lang op ons eten wachten, zowel in de ochtend als avond (wel 1x gratis pizza gehad ter compensatie). Het was niet druk op het park, dus ik denk dat de keuken moet leren wat efficiënter te werken. Ook jammer dat het ontbijt geen buffet is, wellicht een tip aan Bergman Group om dit te organiseren (ik denk dat jullie dan meer klanten trekken).

• Nikki (9/5): Ruim huis en heerlijke omgeving! - Ontzettend ruim huis met een prachtig aangelegde tuin erom heen. Restaurant op het complex met lekker eten een heerlijk uitzicht op de rivier. Veel mooie vogels in de tuin en de kinderen vinden de glijbaan bij het zwembad top! Het enige dat ik jammer vind is dat je extra moet betalen voor een armbandje om van de glijbaan af te mogen. Is 'gedoe' en zou bij de prijs in moeten zitten.

My 5 year old had lots of fun I didn’t appreciate that I was specifically allocated to the room that didn’t house WiFi. There was a subtle profiling associated with that though cannot be proven. Throughout the stay, we struggled staying connected, in this day and age that’s revenue lost.

• Fabienne (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and met our expectations. The complex was quiet, and we felt very comfortable and save. We were rarely in the apartment, as we visited Kruger National Park every day. But we had dinner at the restaurant every evening and usually had breakfast there as well: highly recommended. The food was delicious and the service was friendly.

The unit is too small you can barely move around, basically you are just there to sleep. Everything is so small, you have to squeeze yourself to get in the shower. Absolutely loved the location and our cabin with a beautiful river view — falling asleep to the sound of water rumbling over the rocks and waking up to birds singing was pure bliss. 🌿 The restaurant was lovely, and the facilities for the kids were amazing — there’s plenty to keep them happy and busy. Everything was neat and well maintained, making it a truly relaxing getaway. Would definitely come back again for the peaceful setting and great family-friendly atmosphere! 💚 The only downside was the spa — they didn’t respond to calls or messages, so unfortunately I missed out on a spa day with my daughter. That was a bit disappointing, but everything else about our stay was wonderful.

• Nkenene (9/5): Had an amazing time , will miss the place. - The property had all the facilities needed for a holiday. Restaurant , Spa , game rooms & pools. The hospitality was on a hundred. The rooms were so clean and neatly kept. There is a mall which is about 10 minutes away from the resort and the Phabeni gate , Kruger National Park is also nearby , if you looking for a game drive. There are also other attractions and activities that you can enjoy. The WI-FI connection is so weak and therefore can’t connect to YouTube or Netflix. The network is bad.

We wished the property we booked (R5) had a surrounding gate, there was noise and walk-throughs from the neighbors which impacted the kids sleep and our comfort. There was also an electricity disturbance and our microwave died, which thankfully got replaced after reporting it.

• Bosae (9/5): Beautiful resort with a lot of amenities, however resturant needs to improve in its service. - The amenities accomodated my kids, the speed race slide was a hit with the kids. The room was beautifully decorated with surplus of towels. I had the best hot stone massage ever in my life. Id definately travel there just to get it again. The splash pool was very hot and not cool for us to take a dip in it. The resturant service can do with an improvement. food took about an hour to be perapred, even being attended to took longer. We waited at the door for minutes before someone could attend to us. even then the menus took longet to be brought to the table. The food was delicious and that I could not fault.
