- Verified traveler (8/5): Good stay if you have other reason than pampering - Pluses: the very center, nice avenue next with dancing fountains probably some 100 meters to walk, beautiful church infront, nice loby and restaurant surrounding. Building is probably from soviet era, but inside the room very clean. Minuses: not very friendly receptionist. We were told we must be present at the breakfast room from 8am to 9am (and explained it was because of covid reason to have less clients at the same time because later hours were booked). However, it was not our case and we were trying to explain why - we had a hospital appointment next morning at 8am. In the end it was half- agreed that we will come later ( also we were ready to get earlier- from 7am, but we were told that the breakfast opens later- 8am). After last trips I used to have experiences that if similar situation appears, restaurant brings room-meal for client.We went for lunch, ordered fish +rice and warm vegs, but vegs were cold, and " buble gum" - alike as if they were taken from freezer mins before serving or just shortly cooked. Another minus is the smell of chlorine everywhere- they have pool. Also they take 6euros per client for pool. Such approach towards client is pure loss for them in Druskininkai resort because there are many spa hotels around with better spa services to walk few steps. And they provide " client packs" for stay, including pool for free. So as we arrived late enough, also got to chlorine smell, we definitely found no reason to run for it also to pay extras.
- Lea (2/5): - Jos hotellin esittelyssä luvataan englannin kielen taitoinen asiakaspalvelu, ei voi olla niin, että yksikään ei puhu kuin Venäjää ja Liettuaa. Etenkään viikonloppuna,jolloin on vuoden isoin koiranäyttely ja asiakkaita ympäri Eurooppaa ja Pohjoismaita.
- Pavel (6/5): do not expect much. - 2 good things about this place are location and service in the restaurant (food is average, people are good). Rooms are decent size but require refurbishment, elevator is very small and still one from Soviet Era. I would give it 2* not 3*. Recommend to choose other options in wonderful druskininkai.
- Virginjus (8/5): Atitinka kainą - Kambarys buvo labai mažas, vonia ir tualetas taip pat, pusryčiai negausūs, bet skanūs. Personalas malonus.

- Alex (8/5): three star hotel at good price - An old hotel no ac.no safes in room breakfast very good .... reception people very friendly and professional ...area is excellent. And of course price is very reasonable
- Laimis (10/5): Short stay - The staff was very polite, food in the restaurant made a good impression and of course what it the most important for me - breakfast, it was plenty to choose from. Overall Hotel building is quite old, but inside has everything what could be needed. Also a great location, close to the lake, walking area.

- John (6/5): Days of the Past - Although the first floor of the hotel has been modernized, the remainder of the hotel tells of its Soviet past. The balconies are a little scary as there are cracks in the cement. When we arrived, the young woman at the desk never smiled nor welcomed us. Breakfast was very nice.
- Scott (10/5): Great Value - It's a very nice hotel, with a great restaurant that serves an awesome breakfast, included in the price of your stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The beds could be better. Over all though it's a great value!
- Katja (6/5): Vaatimaton mutta siisti kolmen tähden hotelli - Muuten ok hotelli edulliseen hintaan nähden mutta huoneessa ei ilmastointia. Helteellä huone oli tukala ja parveke oli avoin naapurihuoneiden parvekkeisiin, joten parvekkeen oveakaan ei voinut jättää yöksi auki, varsinkin kun koirat mukana. Suihku vanhanaikainen mutta toimiva. Aamupala hieman suppea mutta kyllä sieltä massunsa täyteen sai. Ravintolan ruoka oli hyvää ja edullista. Hotellihuoneen ovi aukesi avaimella, jonka pois saaminen ovesta oli työlästä. Avain pyöri lukossa ympäri ja tuntui, ettei sitä saa millään pois ovesta.
