Csilla (10/5): Szuper volt, csak ajánlani tudjuk mindenkinek. - Minden tokeletes volt. A tisztaság, felszereltség, maga a hely, a teraszról a csodálatos tengeri panoráma felejthetetlen élményt nyújtott. Az pedig kulon kiemelendo, hogy ritka az ennyire kedves, segítokész és barátságos személyzet, mint ebben a szállodában. Nem volt ilyen.

Markus (7/5): Ok, aber nicht mehr - Lage sehr gut, Personal war nett, Frühstück ok, Pool sehr Leider fand an jedem Abend ein Unterhaltungsprogramm zwischen 22.00 und Mitternacht statt, das einfach viel zu laut war. Den meisten Gästen hat es gepasst, wir mit einer 3-jährigen Tochter waren vor einer anderen Herausforderung gestellt: vor Mitternacht schlief sie nicht ein und um 6 war sie wie gewohnt wach… Die Lautstärke ließ ein Einschlafen nicht zu. Beim Frühstück könnte die Brotauswahl etwas besser sein. Die Räume und die Ausstattung sind in die Jahre gekommen.

giulia (10/5): Struttura molto buona. - Piscina e pulizia delle stanze. Struttura molto buona. Servizio navetta per le migliori spiaggie di zonz che cmq sono a 10 minuti s piedi. A cercare il pelo nell uovo, la musica nell'ambito delle attivitá di animazione a volume molto alto fino alle 24. Nelle stanze a bordo piscina si sentiva molto anche chiudendo la finestra. Sarebbe sarebbe stato meglio regolare il volume o gli orari in modo diverso. Altra cosa negativa é che la navetta cessava il 7 settembre... 7 giorni prima di altri servizi.

Jürgen (5/5): Das Hotel war regulär, Promenade und Strand sehr schön. - Giulia von der Rezeption ist super nett und hat uns toll betreut. Beim Frühstück wurden unsere Wünsche immer erfüllt. Meine Frau hat eine Laktose-Intoleranz. Da es am ersten Tag kaum Alternativen für sie gab, wurde extra für sie eingekauft. Somit hatte sie ab dem 2. Tag mehr Auswahl. Das war wirklich sehr nett. Ansonsten ist es eher ein Hotel als ein Resort. Das Schwimmbad ist recht klein und das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Vorhang im Zimmer war einfach geknotet worden, um mehr Licht ins Zimmer zu lassen. Das Bad war sehr klein und viel mehr als das Bett wurde täglich nicht gemacht. Im Bad sah es eher so aus, als das nur mal kurz die Dusche mit Wasser ausgespühlt wurde. Der Fußboden war nach 2 Tage dreckig, weil dieser nicht gesäubert wurde.

David (2/5): A huge disappointment - Good localisation. A huge disappointment with this hotel. From the very beginning, the kitchenette that was supposed to be included in our reserved room turned out to be unavailable. After a long journey, our tired children were unable to have a warm meal in the room. To make matters worse, we were informed that the kitchenette is an additional paid service, which was not mentioned in the room description. This feels completely unfair and misleading. Our disappointment didn't end there. We arrived as a family of four, but the hotel only provided three sets of cutlery. Additionally, there was no clothes drying rack in the room, and we had to ask for one at the reception. The air conditioning broke down several times, and I had to repeatedly ask the reception for assistance. The entertainment, which we expected to be more family-oriented, seemed to focus more on adults rather than children, leaving us even more dissatisfied. Overall, our experience at Saracena Resort was highly disappointing, and although the staff tried to be polite, it often felt artificial. We were very let down by the entire stay, especially since we were misled by the positive reviews, which did not reflect the reality.

Maridocwho (10/5): It's like a paradise! - The place is simply amazing! The staff was really friendly and they made our stay very comfortable. Outstanding food for both breakfast and dinner. Room clean and with all the necessary comforts. Not too far from the beach, you can easily walk yourself there and enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. If you don't want to walk there is a swimming pool in the resort. Worth for money! Nothing, the place is beautiful.
Kjell (4/5): Overpriced for what it delivers. - Employees were nice and helpful. Our AC didn’t work (32*c outside) so we had to move rooms, which was a long process in which the team stated the issue had been fixed while it wasn’t. The shower is incredibly small, not suitable for this time. A larger person simply wouldn’t fit. The hotel is an Italian style resort, so don’t expect full board. However there is kids entertainment which starts at 21 and ends at 00:00, very loud music so keep that in mind whole choosing.

Mariella (10/5): Vacanze 2017 - Ho appena trascorso una settimana in questa struttura e devo dire che l'ho trovata veramente ottima . La direzione e tutto il personale sono veramente gentili e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta dei clienti. Sono rimasta colpita dall'organizzazione e dai servizi offerta senza dover spendere una cifra esorbitante. Cibo abbondante e vario io personalmente ho gustato tutti i piatti di pesce trovandolo sempre fresco. La pulizia delle camere sempre puntuale e il cambio delle lenzuola due volte a settimana. Il mare incantevole e le spiagge altrettanto. Mi dispiace leggere recensioni negative perchè credo che nè il personale nè la struttura lo meritino. Un bravo anche al barman Davide che veramente riesce a soddisfare le richieste di noi clienti difficili....ci ritornerò sicuramente l'anno prossimo
