• Benjamin (2/5): Honteux - C’est une arnaque ! Réserver et payé en ligne. Le concierge m’a demandé de repayer en cash me disant que je serai remboursé d’internet. J’attends toujours. Personnel qui a un business en France et qui ne parle même pas la langue où très peu. Chambre limite insalubre et qui sentait les produits nettoyants. Surtout ne pas y séjourner.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Zero amenities - It was a place to lay my head. No towels in the bathroom, the covers on the power outlets were broken, wiring visible (but functional), the lights over the bed were removed, the hotel smelled of cigarettes, and no elevator to the 4eme floor. During checkin at 23h, the manager came upstairs with me to let me in the room, potentially a dangerous feeling for female travelers. I was able to sleep, so it’s better than walking the streets, but I won’t be returning.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Disappointed - The hotel was not clean at all. There were old mattresses and garbage in the hallway. There was a smell of stale air cigarette smoke in my room. There was a pile of cigarette ashes on the light switch by the bed.

• Dong (2/5): - This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The neighborhood is crazy dangerous, u will be robbed easily in seconds. The room is so stink and dirty, bed sheets and pillows are straight from homeless center with stains and weird smell. No towel, toilet is not working. Ewww, after I checked in and saw the room, I returned the key walked out the door and run for my life. I had to booked another hotel in better neighborhood. Seriously this is not a hotel not even a motel. It’s hell.

J'ai dû changer d'hôtel : la chambre n'était même pas faite à mon arrivée, on m'a donné des serviettes à la réception et j'ai dû monter les 5 étages sans ascenseur avec. En entrant dans la chambre J'ai constaté que des affaires qui ne m'appartenaient pas s'y trouvaient. Et je ne parle même pas de la personne à la réception qui vous tutoie et vous appelle "chef"

• Ekaterina (2/5): Грязная ночлежка с тараканами и мошенниками - Самая отвратительная и грязная ночлежка Монмартра. Держат мошенники,схема такая: вы бронируете на сайте без оплаты,вам даже не предоставляют такую возможность,как оплата на сайте,на месте вам говорят,что банк отклонил платеж ,и ваш номер продан другому клиенту. Вопрос: почему отель пытался списать деньги с моей карты,если у меня оплата на месте и я не отменяю бронь,а время заселения,оговоренное заранее еще не наступило? Но у этих мошенников все рассчитано: цены на остальное жилье к тому времени несоизмеримо выше и вы вынуждены согласиться на номер,который "остался,но немного дороже". Мы за свой де номер в итоге заплатили 340€ вместо 160€. А в номере грязь и тараканы. Отвратительно, не советую ни за что останавливаться в этой ночлежке.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The bathroom is extremely small and the shower head is aimed at an awkward angle that doesn't suit anyone. So you have to hold the shower head to wash properly, or you'll flood the floor. There is just enough room to fit your suitcase between the bed and the wall on two of the three open sides and the front desk was trying to make me leave my key to my room at the front desk when leaving the hotel for the day to walk around. They lock the doors at 12:30 every night so you have to be in before then.

Nao há elevador, como a maioria dos prédios antigos de Paris, mas isso não foi um problema. Pessoal da recepção é atencioso e se esforça p ajudar, mesmo nao falando inglês ou falando com dificuldade. Tivemos um pequeno problema no quarto, que foi prontamente resolvido. Recomendo

• LAURENCE (2/5): NUL. Devrait être fermé ! - Nul !! L'hôtel a annulé notre chambre sans nous prévenir bien sûr. On l'a appris en arrivant sur place. De plus, le réceptionniste était exécrable, pédant et n'en avait rien à faire qu'on se retrouve sans rien. Honteux !! Je déconseille cet hôtel à 100%

O atenuante é a localização (Montmartre), bairro boêmio da cidade, com muitas opções de alimentação.

Woke up at 5am and went to the front desk only to find it tapped on it. Took it and rushed out of the "hotel" to never come back.

• CHRISTIANE (4/5): Reclamação - Nós alugamos o hotel azul de montmartre, porém na chegada descobrimos de última hora que que haviam nos transferido para outro hotel. Foi horrível pois estávamos com malas pesadas e tivemos que gastar com transporte e já era tarde da noite. Foi muita desconsideração deles de não terem nos avisado da mudança do hotel. Além disso nos não ficamos hospedados no mesmo bairro, que era melhor localizado. Estamos muito chateados com este fato.

L'état de la chambre est dans un sale état.On ose pas poser ses affaires sur les meubles qui sont dégradés et pas lavés.On dirait des meubles de récupérations.Sans parler de la moisissure qui recouvre les murs.L'isolation phonique n'est pas bonne.On entend les personnes parler.Aussi jusqu'à minuit,on entend les portes claquer dans tout l'immeuble. Impossible de dormir avec un matelas pourri qui donne mal au dos.Pensez à changer vos literies,elles sont déformées.Vous avez aussi les aérations bruyantes qui soufflent toute la nuit. Heureusement que j'y suis resté 1 nuit.Ca gacherait des vacances.

La chambre était vraiment petite avec les toilettes dans la salle de bain style hospital de plus la porte fermer mal du coup l eau coule dans la chambre. Dernier point négatif il n y avait pas de volets donc nous avons était réveiller par la lumière du jour.

A recepciós nem beszélt se angolul, se németül. A környék jó, mert metróval 15-20 perc a belváros. De a szálláshelyet nem ajánlom senkinek!

• Sébastien (4/5): mon pire hôtel que j'ai connu - la chambre ne ressemble pas vraiment à la photo. La salle de bain est minuscule et donne directement sur la fenêtre. La douche est tellement minuscule qu'on inonde une partie de la chambre en prenant sa douche. Aucun gel douche à disposition.
• Françoise (4/5): Hotel nicht empfehlenswert - Paris und das Montmartre Quartier kennen wir sehr gut. Dieses Quartier ist für uns immer wieder eine neue Entdeckung. Das Hotel Azur jedoch eine Katastrophe. Ist dreckig, stinkt überall nach Zigaretten, das Bett hart, Zimmer und Badezimmer zu klein und ungemütlich. Auch nach dem täglichen Rundgang der Raumpflege, nicht sauber. Rezeptionnisten sind keinesfalls professionnel, schlecht organisiert und sind nicht interessiert ob uns der Aufenthalt im Hotel gefallen hat oder nicht. Gehe da nicht mehr hin.

Hotel sin ascensor, osea que subimos 4 pisos con valijas grandes más bolsos y mochilas. Habitación chica, baño más chico todavía y sucio. Acolchado todo roto, cero comodidad. Habitación fea en general. La experiencia en París fue, en parte, terrible por el hotel. Más allá que la contratación de un hotel "modesto" suponía justamente la falta de lujo y comodidad no fue para nada lo esperado.
• Aymen (2/5): Horrible , personnel incompétent - Horrible , on nous a demandé de changer de chambre par force après avoir passé une nuit , on nous a sorti nos affaires et mis sans surveillance à la réception .A éviter
• Ricardo (4/5): No recomendado. - No hay servicio de recepción 24 horas. El portero se molesta cuando tocas para que te deje entrar después de las 12. El cuarto es muy chico y el baño más. Supongo que es lo que obtienes por el precio, pero de igual manera no es lo más recomendable para una estancia cómoda.

• ELISABETH (6/5): - Beaucoup de bruit la nuit. Le rideau de douche est à changé. Dessus de lit plein de trou de mégots de cigarettes. Sinon accueil très bien ainsi que l' emplacement.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible experience - The worst hotel ever! Information are misleading. We get there and checked in a room without a bathroom. It was said that rooms have private bathroom, but we were sharing the bathroom on the 3rd floor! Toilets on second floor and sink on the ground floor! Moreover, we had a room opposite to a reception and the emergency door was covered by a curtain only. It was see through, lights and shadow were seen. So we could have seen people passing and talking loudly at reception. And lastly, there was no window in the room! A fake window only. Fisappointed with the stay and the staff did not speak english at all!! Horrible experience!

On 2. day someone walked in to our room while we where sleeping (about 11 o"clock) Since that we did not feel safe in there. We we locking our luggage every time we where leaving room and we kept passports with us. The facility was very poor,not even single peg,and only one chair!
• Angel (8/5): Great adventure - The hotel I had reservations with, cancel my reservation to rent my room for 5 times what I should paid. Hotel com step up and got me a reservation in a hotel that only God know about there existence lol, but the representative told me it was a good choice. Long story short, it was the best thing it happen to me. It's an old hotel but the rooms are renovated, there's no elevator but the stag is super friendly! Clean rooms, good A/C, clean bathroom, comfortable small bed with tv cable and free WiFi. After a long scary experience trying to find another hotel for the same price , I find out I got more that what I barges for. I ended in a beautiful neighborhood, great food and places near by and the real deal at night. Bohemian Paris! I was minutes away from Paris-Gare de Lyon , 5 minutes from jardin de lecole, la Bastille it's 15 min away . There's all kind of restaurants around and it's a safe neighborhood. I took the subway everyday everywhere, it was amazing

• take off expedi (4/5): Nightmare - It was 114 for 2 nights, I am not sure if it was incredibly low cost for the location, maybe I am just cheap. But it seemed like a homeless residence turn hotel . The single bed was sooo single I fell off one night. There was no one cleaning up the room, no heating and as it was raining, water was coming down a wall. Zero customer service. Quite awful
