- Emily (3/5): Wouldn’t recommend 😞 - The young guy on reception was really nice Very run down, unclean, tatty. Nothing like the photos. Felt like a crack den in one of the rooms. No duvets/quilts provided just throws which were not clean. Shared bathroom upstairs the shower curtain was orange with mould and the bath stained black. Very noisey location and was kept awake most of the night by someone who was living there shouting in Turkish all night

- Dave (7/5): For the price I paid compared to other options, I was more than satisfied. - Staff were really welcoming and there was friendly staff at reception even when I returned home from my work event at 12.30am. The room had tea and coffee, a kettle and a fridge and the shower was good and bathroom nicely presented The shower door did not close - and in all fairness I did not seek assistance - I just turned the shower head away from the door and still had a lovely shower without flooding the bathroom. The tea and coffee was all good but here was not any spoons to stir in the milk or sugar; small detail to check next time perhaps.

- KING (1/5): Not Value for Money – Extremely Disappointing Stay - Good location. The room that I stayed in did not match the description or photos shown on Booking.com. It was extremely small and poorly maintained. 1) The double bed completely occupied three sides of the room, leaving no space between the bed and 3 sides of the walls. When my partner needed to get out of bed, I had to get up and move away to let her pass. 2) There was only a narrow area of about 1.2m x 2m along one side of the room, just enough to enter from the door. 3) The room had no table or chair, making it inconvenient even to place personal items. 4) The bathroom walls showed mould, and the corners of the shower tray were covered in dirt. 5) The shampoo holder was rusty. 6) The room radiator was also rusty. 7) Lime scale build up and cover the interior of kettle. Overall, the room was far below expectations and certainly not worth the price charged. I would not recommend this hotel unless the rooms are properly renovated and accurately represented online.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff were very helpful when I asked for more towels and explained where everything was. Stayed in a double en-suite room which was very small making it difficult for both me and my partner to get ready in together. The room was hot but it was a warm night there was a fan in the room but the window couldn’t be fully opened due to restrictors on the window. One of the tiles on the bathroom floor was broken.

It will be a good idea to do some thorough remodeling. Being that it's in a great location, is already a plus for them. A little remodeling will be great. Shared bathrooms.

Tiny room, incredibly hot even though it wasn't all that hot outside, had to ask for sheets on the bed, horrible (dirty looking) blanket as only cover for the bed. It's relatively cheap but not cheap enough for what it is!

It was such a disappointment to say the least after seeing pictures and reading bs regarding anything else to do with the whole stay .felt uncomfortable and constantly felt things on my skin found numerous bites and was extremely itchy for a few days after my departure from such a dive .really opened my eyes to the full magnitude of how run down the area has become. To actually find something that I liked is very upsetting for the only thing I liked and actually made me feel human again was the leaving part.
