• Tracy (7/5): Family friendly, no frills, reasonably price motel. - The staff are great. Very friendly. This is an older motel but served it’s purpose for us. We are down to earth family people and this is the vibe of this motel. The only negative was the mattresses. I suspect they are about ready to be replaced. Way too soft for us.

• Lisa (10/5): Great service! - They were WONDERFUL! We said one night then were planning on going to a different hotel that cancelled on us last minute. We were able to get a room here and they were so wonderful to us and helped us out in a pinch. Clean rooms, nice little fridge/microwave, and friendly staff! Beds were not the most comfortable.

• Amber (10/5): We had a wonderful girls trip bc of the kindness we received from the hotel staff - The hospitality at this place is above and beyond. Everyone’s was so kind. Gladys and Darlene were the best. We will be back! Pool and hot tub were amazing! I accidentally booked smoking rooms- not the motels fault!!

• THEODORE (10/5): Our stay was quiet and very enjoyable. We did miss that restaurant beside of the motel was closed. - Comfortable stay. Mid March was perfect timing. Not much traffic. Not alot of noise at all. Door lock was different. Not terrible just different than what we're used too.

• Shelley (10/5): Can't wait to go back - The staff is amazing. The rooms are very clean and well kept, and bug free. The heated pool and hot tub were clean and maintained (and open 24/7!). They were great about giving towels and toiletries, and the hot water is amazing. They have free donuts, popcorn and cookies available 24/7. Rocking chairs on the front porch and dollar store in easy reach. I honestly don't know. I can't wait to go back!

Heated pool/ hot tub was very relaxing nice +.. was a 🚬 room, also a + for us.. will most definitely stay here again when we're not in cabin..

It would have been nice to have a breakfast. However, we were aware that there was no breakfast at this property when we booked the room.

• Clark (10/5): A great place to stay in Pigeon Forge - Front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable about things in the local area. Maid service was great with our rooms cleaned and straightened the four days we stayed there. Everything was fine

• Miguel (8/5): Good hotel with decent value. - For the price, it was in a great location, had great staff and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were just what I needed. The pool spa needed to be cleaned more often. I liked that it was open 24hrs, but maybe close it for 1 hour for cleaning.

• Amber (8/5): I would absolutely stay there again. Staff was extremely welcoming . Prices were great and location was great. - Location. Staff was wonderful. Extremely clean. The curtains need to be changed to ones that don’t let all the bright light in all night. They did say they were getting all new ones. The frig didn’t work well. When I mentioned it they didn’t know and said they were going to get right on it.

• Jesse (10/5): The stay was wonderful! - The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean no carpet on floor and walk in shower. Chocolate chip cookies, popcorn, and Krispy Kream doughnuts in the lobby. Next time we will book a handicap room because of low toilet because we are in our late 70’s and I fell last year and broke my hip.

We don't always have a heavy meal for breakfast at home Could not have had a better experience. Ŵe have stayed here for several years and then work and illness stopped our visits. We finally got back this fall and other than the rain, we enjoyed this trip.

• Danni (7/5): convinient, cheap and would come back again if the pool/hot tub were working correctly - i loved the snacks in the office and the location of the property when i made the reservation, traveling with kids a pool and hot tub were a must. i called to make sure they were working before booking the room. when we got there the hot tub and pool were cold, and they were supposed to be hot.

• Hamrick (10/5): Only place we choose to stay when we visit Pigeon Forge. - Everything. Starting with the staff, to the room, to checkout process. My husband loves the snacks they provide, Only place we stay when we are in Pigeon Forge. Bedding could be more comfortable but other than that everything was great. No complaints.
