- Mark (7/5): Overall Great stay! - Beautiful views and big rooms. Location isn’t the best, do need a taxi to get to the marina. Not much happening at the hotel off season, very limited food and drink options. Some rooms are limited sea view even when sea view. Also spa allows children, which I have to say is the first time I’ve ever experienced this? It did put me off from booking treatments hearing screaming.

Otelin kalitesi ve konumu zaten tartışılmaz Dondurma yemezseniz bir sorun yok. Her şeyin fiyatı makul seviyedeyken, pek de bir özelliği olmayan hatta kötü sayılabilecek 4 top dondurmaya 1200 lira vermek can sıkıcıydı.

- kk280sl (10/5): Book and enjoy this place is worth your money. - Very comfortable hotel at a nice location, rooms are spacious, the view was excellent and the breakfast perfect. Some people complained it is too far away from everything. Not for us, a nice walk to the Marina and you have everything there. Worth the money and we will for sure come back next year. Not sure how this place is in the hot season but for us end of September it was the perfect place for a very low price. There was really nothing not to be liked.

Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell. Unsere Suite/Präsidentenzimmer war sehr groß, komfortabel, sauber und bot genug Platz für alles. Großes Badezimmer mit viel Raum und sehr sauber. Frühstück war absolute Spitzenklasse – sehr lecker, große Auswahl, abwechslungsreich mit täglich neuen warmen Speisen, alles hygienisch. Anlage groß, modern und sehr sauber. Meer war traumhaft, sauber und perfekt zum Baden. Kellner haben sehr aufmerksam und gut serviert. Kinderbereich/Salon war hervorragend. Preis-Leistung top, wir würden sicher wiederkommen Fitnessstudio sehr gut Es gibt keine Shows oder Unterhaltung. Wenig junge Leute, überwiegend Familien und ältere Gäste. Keine Partystimmung – eher ruhig. weit weg von Bodrum Zentrum

- Natalie (1/5): All the above issues reflect serious and repeated failures in service quality, communication, and food safety. It’s clea - The building itself and room cleaning. 1) Room Service Still Inconsistent – Even after raising these points, I still could not receive a basic ice bucket without repeated escalations 2) Unsanitary conditions Dog poop on the way to the beach as there are residences with dogs and they are not always cleaning the poop Cats during breakfast which are jumping on the chairs and getting feeded. (My mother has a huge allergy) On the last day toilet paper around the pool Tissues spread on the second floor and not cleaned for hours 3) Breakfast Service Below Standard All days in a row, breakfast service quality was unacceptable. The staff didn’t manage to clean the table or use disenfection while preparing. Despite informing F&B Manager and General manager that the situation would be fixed, nothing changed. 4) Selective Food Availability On one day, I saw other guests being served salmon that was not available on the buffet. When I asked, I was told by Mr. Serhat that it was “not sustainable” and “guests do not want it” — and that these were “Accor rules.” I was told I could have it only if I requested it, yet there was no sign or communication about this policy. When salmon was eventually served to me, it seamed like it was sliced while still partially frozen, tasted stale, and was poorly presented. Besides that the choice was very poor and just few items were presented. 5) Poor Food Preparation Standards I daily had discussions because of the freshly squeezed orange juice which tasted sour and like water. When asking for getting a freshly squeezed one , I had a huge discussion while the F&B manager ensured I get it for 3 days …afterwards they invented stories why they are not going to do it. It was said that “Fresh” juice was being squeezed by hand for two consecutive days because the juice machine was “broken.” Furthermore, they informed me that it’s no real orange season right now, as oranges are sweet in winter.

Kimseyi zan altında bırakmak istemeyerek otel içi denetim prosedürlerini gözden geçirmeleri gerektiğini düşünüyorum!!

- Gokce (10/5): clean facility, excellent service and hospitality, epic view - me and my mum we had wonderful holiday here. sea and beach infront of the hotel is amazing. the service people are so kind, and have excellent manner. the breakfast was super delicous! during our stay, so often , managers and service people asked us if everything alright and if we have any extra wishes. that was so kind! especilally my mum was treated super well during her breakfast, she was super happy about that, thank you very much for kindness and excellent service (especially to Mr Burak, Miss Meryem , Mr Baran 🥰) I also definitely recommend rooftop restaurant, Monachello. We were there so many times and we fallen love with the sunset 💛 there is also super nice hostess there and she always finds the most beautiful table. She did her best to give us best table with best view! by the way, i read in some comments about overpricing, but as a local person, I can inform you that Bodrum is the most expensive city in Turkey. and this hotel has a great view, excellent service and perfect hospitality. So, I can tell you that prices are definitely reasonable when you compare with other hotels in Bodrum. please be aware of that , you dont only pay for food at the Monachello restaurant, but you also pay for excellent service and epic sunset view! lastly thank you very much Swiss Hotel for great stay!💚

- Lucie (9/5): Beautiful hotel, not centrally located but fine if you have a car / are happy to take taxis. - The Swisshotel is beautiful - stunning view across the Aegean to Kos, the breakfast is great and very plentiful and staff very helpful and fixed any issues we had quickly (eg: air con and hot water). The spa is a lovely addition too, though feels a bit dated in places, my foam hammam was an incredible experience - definitely one to try. Our family suite was fantastic with masses of space, comfy beds and a beautiful sea view including gorgeous sunsets. There is a small shop a few minutes walk from hotel where you buy fruit, snacks etc. The location of the hotel is definitely not central, you need to take a taxi to the nearby marina in Turgutreis which has lots of options for dinner, taxis come quickly and is less than 5 mins away so not a big issue. We visited end of May which felt a bit off season with only one restaurant open (and very expensive). Whilst nobody can control the weather it was very windy for the first 2 or 3 days we stayed at the end of May which meant we couldn't sit outside or use the outside pool / beach - worth checking normal weather patterns if you plan to travel out of peak summer which I assume would be more consistent weather wise.

- Baris (4/5): - Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Erwartungen nicht erfüllt Wir hatten uns auf einen entspannten Aufenthalt gefreut, doch leider sind unsere Erwartungen in nahezu allen Punkten schon am ersten Tag enttäuscht. Das Hotel verfügt zwar über einen schönen Strandabschnitt, jedoch ist dieser noch nicht vollständig hergerichtet und wirkt nach wie vor wie eine Baustelle – inklusive Schmutz und unvollständiger Einrichtung. Auch von den drei Restaurants ist nur eines geöffnet, das Café ist gänzlich geschlossen. Laut Leistungsbeschreibung sollte ab dem 15. Mai alles geöffnet sein – an der Rezeption hieß es hingegen, dies werde sich wohl bis Juni verzögern. Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechen nicht dem Standard, den man von einem Accor Hotel erwartet. Als wir auf ein Upgrade als kleine Wiedergutmachung hofften, wurde uns lediglich eine Fußmassage angeboten – das haben wir dankend abgelehnt. Obwohl man uns sagte, das Hotel sei ausgebucht, sind Restaurant und Strand leergefegt. Auch der allgemeine Zustand der Anlage und der Service ließen zu wünschen übrig. Dass das Wasser im Badezimmer stark gechlort ist, ist für uns ein absolutes No-Go. Es fließte gelbes Wasser. Wir hätten uns von einem Accorhotel deutlich mehr erwartet – schade und ärgerlich. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

- Rachele (7/5): I enjoyed my 2 nights stay and thought the hotel was an enjoyable stay however the restaurant prices were slightly expen - The staff were very pleasant and polite, they even delivered a birthday cake to my room upon arrival which was very thoughtful. The room was clean, spacious and really comfortable. The beach was clean. I found the prices in the restaurant to be a little expensive.

The quality that you get doesn’t match the price paid. Completely overpriced, zero attention to detail, the staff doesn’t know how to treat clients in a 5 star hotel. The breakfast is poor, in the first hour runs out of pastry that they never replace (got cinnamon rolls only once, but they like to leave the empty tray there the whole morning to show). The beach support is inexistent (even something as simple as providing towels is done without any attention to the guests). The restaurant has a nice view but we did a reservation many days in advance and when we got there they didn’t have our reservation (the restaurant was empty but they made as wait for a table. You might think that they had other reservations but at least two tables next to us were empty the whole duration of our dinner).

- Sulaiman (1/5): Bad experience - Nothing -location (everything is too far 30 mins at least) -Facilities (as an example: swimming pool is not clean) -Services -Staff don’t understand English and were not very polite even when we put “don’t disturb mode” they still knock our doors and entered our room. -The room has a bad smell and the electricity keeps on and off during our stay I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and honestly I wouldn’t even visit Bodrum again
- Elina (6/5): - This was a nice property but our room was a little run down. For example, our sink faucet was faulty and the sink would not drain properly. The shower also had damaged parts that could have been fixed. Many parts of the room required repair. Additionally, I had to write a note for housekeeping to refill my body wash, as they did not do it on their own. Overall, it was a nice hotel/resort and the staff are very helpful. I would also like to add that the room service food and restaurant food in the property is amazing, but for the price the property needs to repair the rooms.

The location of the hotel is 30 minutes away from Bodrum center, but it is great if you look for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Beds are fine but can be more comfortable.

- Onur (10/5): - This was my third time staying here and it was just as consistent as my previous visits. All the staff is so welcoming as soon as I came in to check in they upgraded me to a beautiful sea room on the second floor. I believe I was room 2022! The beach area at the pool area was always kept up and highly maintained and everybody was so nice! The restaurant upstairs was delicious. The service was consistent, and the rooms were absolutely impeccably clean. I also booked a few massages at the spa and as expected, they were wonderful. I cannot wait to return next year because it was just so amazing. The Starbucks on the property and that little café was such a charming touch because if you didn’t want a full breakfast, you could just head there and have some coffee and pastries. The food at the beach bar was so so so good we tried different things on the menu and one was just as good as the other. I never had to call front desk for any issues or anything. They were on top of everything at all times. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful and I can’t wait to see you guys again- Onur Kutlu July 17-20th
