- Deborah (10/5): - This is not a "lodge" but a fancy motel. It is right off Hwy 20, across from the Family Dollar so easy to locate. Very cute interior for both the beds and bath. Lots of towels, comfy bed, and chairs for outside! Be sure to book directly through the ofgicr rather thsn online for the cheaper rate. I paid about $40 more by booking online. When the hotel property is a mom and pop business, always better to deal with them directly. Big chains, probably better online booking.
- Yvette (10/5): - Tiny little town, comfy accommodation, nice and clean. Family Dollar right across. We stayed 4 nights to do 2 days in Yellowstone and 2 days in grand teton (both park still a bit far at 1.5 hr away), but accommodation great!

This prevented us from having to move rooms in tje middle of the stay. I would recommend replacing the TV table with a dresser. I prefer to unpack but living out of a suitcase was fine.

- Michelle (10/5): Great place and location for heading to Yellowstone! - Such a cute and clean place! We had a great stay here--the lady at the desk was super friendly, the beds were comfy, and the parking is right outside your door. It's super convenient to find and stay on your way to Yellowstone. Would stay here again for sure. Shower in our room could use some adjustment (water was coming out both spout and showerhead), and breakfast selection was a bit limited--did like the fresh fruit, though. Still, these are not things that would keep me from staying again.

- Cindy (10/5): - I must say, I was a bit hesitant when I pulled up to this place, but it ended up being my favorite stay out of 4 hotels! So cute inside! Not far from West Yellowstone either! We found the Craters of the Moon National Monument and went there, which we never would have discovered had we stayed in Wyoming the entire trip. I would recommend this lodge to anyone wanting to be off the beaten path.

- Misha (8/5): I would recommend the facility. - The room is spacious and well equipped with air condition, internet, refrigerator and microwave. It is a comfortable 1 night stay for 2 exhausted travelers. It can accommodates 4 occupants easily. Nothing really. The location is far from attractions but we chose this as a convenient stop traveling from Jackson Hole to Bozeman.

- Richard David (10/5): the best place. - The place looks small on the side of the road, but you'll be surprised. It's quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Donna welcomed us with great attention and service. The place is close to three very good restaurants and a family-friendly restaurant. It took 48 minutes to get to the entrance of Yellowstone National Park. It was the best part.

- Jackie and Jonathan (10/5): Worked well for our family, cute and affordable! - We stayed one night but it was perfect for our family of 7! Stayed in the family studio suite which had two twin size bunk beds with a small couch in that room, bigger bed with full size couch in room with microwave, full size refrigerator, a small table with 3 chairs, TV and then a bigger bed with TV in the room (bedroom) you first enter when entering the unit. Everything was clean and dark/blackout curtains were nice. Small eco friendly bottles of lotion, shampoo and bar of soap. We arrived late but not a problem, check in was easy on our own. Location is right off the road, behind our unit was grass area and some trains. Decor was adorable cabin/wilderness like dark green, wood and bears. Light breakfast with granola bars, oatmeal, grab and go type things. Camping chairs in room to use. Price was reasonable and this place was just what we were looking for on our stop before Yellowstone/Grand Teton.

It was close to what we wanted to see and we got a nice nights sleep. Our dog go to stay with us for an extra 30 dollars. overall it was an Average to good experience.

However, it was clean, and had choices of several places to eat, it’s just not in a rural setting, it’s right on main drag. Bed was fine, bathroom was fine.

The price was reasonable, and the staff were friendly. The simple breakfast in the morning was also useful and enjoyable. Parking right in front of the room was very convenient. However, since each room’s entrance is directly exposed to the outdoors, bugs can easily appear. It might be a good idea to provide some bug spray for guests.

There is now couch or lounge chair, but we didn’t need that as we were just staying one night passing through. Walked to the Mexican restaurant down the street for some great food! Staff was accommodating and friendly. The shower was wonderful!

Family dollar right across the street for any miscellaneous items we needed. If we travel through this area every again, we will definitely be staying here again. 😊
- R6610DVdonnab (10/5): GREAT TIME!! - We had the best time at the Fishing Bear Lodge. It is under new management and they did a superb job. The landscaping is excellent; the rooms are decorated so cute, the beds comfortable and the rooms were very, very clean. The staff was great. Fishing Bear supplies lawn chairs in each room so you can just sit outside and watch the world go by. It was one of our favorite stays on our vacation. Will stay there again.

The complimentary breakfast was such a nice surprise . The receptionist , Betty, was the sweetest , most accommodating person. She made our stay very enjoyable . Dave’s Jubilee grocery store was close by and helped us to make our lunches for our trips to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons . This must is perfect for anyone wanting to visit both parks . - Verified traveler (10/5): - It was a very nice place to stay overall. We were there for our family vacation to Yellowstone, and it was a good experience. The rooms were a little small, but it was very nice overall. They only have a small selection of muffins and fruit for breakfast, but there are a few restaurants in the area. There is a mini fridge in the room, and the grocery store is right around the corner and easily walkable.

People literally get up at 5am and get back at 1am making sure they slammed every single door in their room and have loud conversations while others try going to sleep. It wasn’t horrible for me cause I’m up anyway but for those that don’t like to hear your neighbors this place isn’t it. Other than that this place was awesome!
