• Ernie (8/5): It’s good to know that we can seek out a room with a recliner at MyPlace locations - Finding MyPlace locations that have recliners in the room is a godsend for my wife who sleeps in a recliner when she can. The room did not have a walk-in shower, which my wife needed .

While the walk-in shower was the best I've ever experienced, the shower curtain was too short, causing the entire bathroom floor to get soaked. Also, the bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in.

The “manager” Julia was extremely rude and discourteous and yelled at me on the telephone when trying to clear up an error on dates . The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were given a room on the first floor near the outside exit, which was perfect for my service dog. There was adequate green space for him to potty, and great sidewalks at the main street for walking. There were a variety of eating places nearby, within easy driving distance. Water pressure was great with ample hot water. The room was very quiet and we had a great night's sleep. The only problem was the TV reception, but I can't blame the hotel for this...I think it was a problem with the cable company. I simply used my laptop to watch a few programs. WiFi worked great. The next time I head to Seattle, I will definitely stay here again. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

We appreciated the stovetop, full refrigerator, and table, which became a refuge for us. 24 hour goid coffee was appreciated. But i was shocked that there were no dishes in the kitchenette, and we had to acquire them. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Always feel safe and secure at this hotel, the staff was absolutely amazing this visit. Very professional and friendly. The facility is clean and the dog area is well maintained and well lit. This is always my go to place to stop for the night on my way to Nevada.

When I asked for another room I was told it wasn’t allowed because I booked through Booking.com and that I was paying more for the room than I would have if I had just walked in. Additionally, the rooms are kitchenette but completely empty. You have to purchase everything down to the silverware.

• Eero (6/5): Restless sleep - We really like My Place hotels. They provide all the things we need during a vacation. Our room was above the lobby entrance and we heard the doors open and close all day and all night.

It really was not a restful experience and we would not likely stay here again. Small sugar ants were present in the room near the refrigerator. Not at all like we expected and made our trip across the country a bit unsettling. Not what we expected at all and probably the worst stay at a hotel all week.

Didn’t realize “breakfast” had to be preordered the day before. Even at that it is frozen, delivered the night before and not available in the morning. Utensils, plates cups or anything related to a “kitchen” had to be rented! REALLY???!!! Mother Hubbard - the cupboards were absolutely bare.

First hotel that I didnt feel like I needed to wear my shoes because of the carpets. Could not have been a nicer place! We will be looking for My Place hotels from now on.
