• Simón José (6/5): Bien, pero.. - El lugar es bonito y la gente amable. El mar rico y la habitación bien sin embargo se descompuso el aire acondicionado. La estufa no sirve. Una persiana no sirve. Se ve depreciada la propiedad. Le falta mucho mantenimiento.
• Erik (6/5): - Main pool was closed and drained of water. Restaurant and bar not open for during dining hours on a Friday night. Room needed some attention. Facility needs maintenance and upgrades. Beach is nice, staff is helpfull and friendly.

• Susana (4/5): Not happy - We didn't get breakfast included, the restaurant was closed for the days we were there. The outdoor pool was not open. One of the rooms AC unit when we woke up was dripping water. And the AC in the living room didn't work.

• Mariana (2/5): Don’t ruin your vacation - Has stay at this place in the past, but this weekend was terrible, tv didn’t work, wifi didn’t work, restaurant and big pool out of service and to top it all the shower was licking water through the electrical panel
• Jose Antonio (4/5): Ok for one night, no more than that. - The stay was fine for one night, but the price is quite high. I chose this hotel because of the impressive photo of an infinity pool, but upon arrival, I found the pool out of service—and it looks like it has been that way for years. The location is excellent, but the hotel itself is dated, lacks proper amenities, and has a very basic restaurant.

• Francisco (6/5): - Hotel was clean but it definitely needs to be renovated. It lacks of basic amenities like food, snacks or beverage. Internet only worked around the lobby area and we didn't have a control room in our room. Also the main pool was not available due to maintenence, but it seems that the pool has been out for several years. Other than that the property was clean and the limited staff was friendly.

• Trevor (6/5): - The staff and the location are the only reason I gave it three stars. Location is great, nice beach. But the hotel itself is falling apart. Doors falling off kitchen cabinets. Paint peeling, stucco falling off the walls. Pool has been under repair for a while now. Only small pool open. Not worth the price.

• Erica (6/5): - We booked the Junior suite and what we did not like is the main door won’t lock. My kids did not feel safe on the junior suite so I spoke with receptionist and they were very kind and I got switch to a master room and my kids felt safe sleeping in there. The pool was dirty my kids couldn’t swim there. The beach is warm and relaxing. The staff was very good and kind.

• Tatiana (2/5): Worst hotel of my life - By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Rub down, old, so many tiles missing from pool, children cut the foot inside the pool. Bed linens dirty, big black beattle on bed when went to bed. Cockroach in shower that my husband had to kill. No fridge to keep drinks cold. A/C in living room but not in bedroom making it so hard to sleep at 98F because the bedroom could not be cooled for a lack of A/C. Toilet chain broke because it was so old. Listen to the reviews and go elsewere. I wouldnt stay here again even if it was for free.

• BRENDA (2/5): Horrible experience!!! - I wouldn’t recommend this place. The OWNER needs to put a lot attention to everything. This “hotel” is outdated. The swimming pools are breaking apart tiles are separating and it’s dangerous. Rooms need a lot of remodel. Everything looks old and in a very ugly condition. whites are old. We had 2 rooms and on both of them we had AC problems. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Employees are nice and courteous. They did what they could to help us but OWNER desperately needs to attend this matter. We are very disappointed because back when they opened this hotel was nice. We had visited this place for many years but this one was our last time here.

• Julie (8/5): - I was concerned about staying at this property after reading other reviews. But after spending two nights at this property, my concerns were washed away. This hotel is the best place that I have stayed in San Felipe. The rooms were clean and spacious. It’s on a very quit beach. We enjoyed a quiet evening picking up sea shells with only four other people on the beach. Quiet at night for sleeping. I will be staying here again for my annual trip to San Felipe.

• James (8/5): Ok, but could use some love. - Nice little "hotel" with unused potential. We only stayed the night but go the jist. Receptionist was not very friendly. Room was nice and good sized but definetly needs a remodel. Stuff was old and outdated. Overall it was about on par for the price.

Half the place is shut down, pool outside is empty (closed) sad to see this place deteriorate, at one point this place looked like it was a great hotel the concept looked dope. Husband and kids came back with bug bites. 😩

They barked somethimes at nights, 2, 3 am none stopped throughout the nights. This property is at the point === I think remodeling. pool, spa, tennis court, club, none if it works. It could be alright, if we could still took our dogs on the beach. But, the street dogs stopped us to bring out pets to the beach. We brought our dogs to the beach the first day, Street dogs would came to us in a minute or two, barking at us, and trying to get closer to us. Made us very very worry the safety of our pets, so, they didn't had the chanced to enjoy the beach at all on the remanding our stayed Kind of sad. I don't think I'd book this place again. Oh the first night, I informed the hotel that we'd arrived after 11pm. We were been told there'd security guard on site 24/7. We got there 3am, the place was totally dark on the streets. Buildings were lighted Took me about 10 minutes to find the receipt area. In between these 10 minutes, there were no one appeared on the property. After I contacted you, and another 30 minutes or so, for the total of about an hour, a n older gentleman showed up, you could tell he was barely awake. The following day, we found out the night I saw were around me in site were street dogs. I considered myself very lucky, they could just hurt me, and there is nothing I could do.

• Ricardo (2/5): - Everyone and everything was very nice when I checked in to the hotel but the next morning when I wen to do my check out the morning shift was on some different level completely opposite of what I experienced when I checked in and for that I was very disillusioned

Property advertised out door indoor pool no water in our door pool, television no reception. Phone for maintance man said connection bad sorry. Internet terrible went to the private beach placed very small vinyl cooler on table. Table collapsed. Went to move chair arms felll off. Al wooden and un need if much repairs. There is air conditioning in living room but no chance of cooling bedroom.No restaurant or any snack available. If you need ice you must drive a kilometre to oxxo store. 24 hour security with gate was not manned once while there three time in and out chain on the ground and station un manned. Again without a doubt a miss. Staff unhelpful and very poor condescending attitude. The joke got me was the wrist band. Needed for what the beach and who was checking? Avoid at all cost.
