Guest Reviews
- soto (5/5): - Cost Bed was stiff, tv had a hard time working with the remote, and you could hear anytime someone was walking in the room above us. It was loud
- Terry (8/5): -
- Chas (8/5): - Poor breakfast
- Nathan (1/5): Clean sheets, hot water and pray you dont get mugged. - Did not get killed while staying. Extremely lazy management and upkeep, broken fixtures, doors, toilet seat, remote control, telephone, drawer handles and window locks. All outlets will not hold plugs tight and fall out. No usb chargers anywhere. Location is pretty bad, no food options close and nighttime feels sketchy at best.
- Thomas (5/5): -
- Nicole (6/5): Slept a couple hours there and left. - Breakfast was ok. Very outdated. $100 deposit, front desk said you could pay in cash that would be returned to you in the morning or credit card in 3-5 business days. Thought that was odd and a lot for this hotel.
- Roshon (10/5): -
- Gino (3/5): - Location Entire room was filthy
- Patricia (1/5): Non existent because I didn't get to stay - My reservation was cancelled due to the room being damaged and I am still waiting on a refund for my cancelled reservation. I am very upset I still have not received my money back. I have made several calls to the facility and to booking.com and still nothing.
- Romi (8/5): -
- Susan (8/5): -
- Helen (10/5): - location clean
- Keagan (1/5): there was chicken parm leftover in the fridge - nothing chicken parm
- Christian (7/5): -
- Kayla (7/5): Perfect for a nightly get a way with the kids. - The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the pool/hot tub was operational. My kids really enjoyed being able to swim until 10pm. For the price, the breakfast was good, serving cereal, bagels, bread, waffles, oatmeal, muffins, and fruit. The only thing I would change is to offer fresh water, as there was no water available, just coffee, milk, hot coco, tea, and juice.
- Terri (10/5): -
- OhDeckYeah (6/5): -
- Wendy (5/5): - Location The room was in disrepair , broken lamps, bathroom sink area was in disrepair. TV fuzzy. Too expensive for what is was.
Smelled like people smoked in hotel.
- Hugo (10/5): -
- Kelsey (10/5): -
- Maleah (7/5): - I didn't get the front desk lady's name, but she use to work at towneplace. She is super friendly. I'll definitely be coming back to say hi to her The other guests were very noisy, argumentive. But that isn't the hotels fault
- Greg (7/5): -
- Rebecca (9/5): Economically a good value. - Great location and very nice staff too. Staying on the outside entry is noisy. Rude neighbors with a loud dog & children with a noisy dad.
- Kidwell (7/5): -
- martin (8/5): -
- Archana (7/5): - Location close to highway. Dated property, very meager poor quality breakfast.
Common bathroom downstairs had an awful odor. I threw up as soon i entered. The front desk lady seemed to be only person on the property so had to wait to check in. A person sitting by the front desk (may have been related to front desk staff) was emitting an unhealthy bo.
- Kenneth (8/5): It was OK but disappointed with the breakfast. - Location They took away half the breakfast.
- Mike (1/5): - Nothing Bed bugs, beds are hard as a rock
- Angeline (9/5): -
- Lo (1/5): -
- Miller (10/5): -
- Danyelle (1/5): -
- Brenda (5/5): Was a fare experience. Wouldn't return to this site though. - General continental breakfast. Room was not inside so had to walk on the outside of the building to get to the room . Pool access was inside the main building so being it's the fall season was unavailable to use.
- Stephen (7/5): -
- Wayne (4/5): -
- Kyle (4/5): I would mot stay there again for the price. - The breakfast was ok.
The location is ok with the exception that there was no cell service in the area. The room was not very clean, we had only one set of towels for two people. The door to the room looked like it had been kicked in (room 110) and not fixed very well, the night locked was ripped out of the door jam, the phone was giving a busy signal with the hand set hung up.
- Ed (8/5): -
- Verna (9/5): -
- Lillian (4/5): -
- Danielle (8/5): - Nice staff and comfortable stay I had to switch rooms cause the room I originally had smelled like urine and swimming pool was under maintenance we couldn’t use but other than that enjoyed the stay
- Mary (1/5): - I can send you a picture of the entrance to room 109 that has a security light above it where birds were roosting so the entrance to the room was covered with bird shit!
- Loic (8/5): -
- Patricia (8/5): -
- James (7/5): Will probably stay at your location again. - The breakfast was adequate and tasted good. The waffles were very good. The location is very good. Just off the Interstate works very good as well very easy access to Danville. The apparent lack of workers. Maintenance appeared to be slow due to not enough people. Daily cleaning of the room to include making the beds, changing of the towels, etc. The swimming pool was not open very often.
- Loic (8/5): -
- Ashton (1/5): - The pool was down and the only reason we reserved this hotel was for the pool. I ended up canceling and not staying. The front desk lady has a maybe 2 year old rubbing around outside and climbing all over the desk. Very unprofessional.
- Camebra (5/5): -
- Ashley (1/5): Baymont are usually nice hotels to stay at. This has been one of the worst Baymont hotels I have seen. - Very nice staff The facility was not clean
- Rony Rams (6/5): -
- Ratajczyk (7/5): Very good stay - Very good price. Nice staff. The room and bed were comfortable. The desk was functional for my office. No restaurants nearby. All restaurants are 15 minutes away.
- Becky (5/5): Would probably not stay again - Staff was friendly It was a little dated and a little dirty.
- Tina Lindsey (Mimi) (9/5): - It was nice The staff could be more friendly, fresh towels and trash could be picked up, breakfast could have better choices.
- Cynthia (10/5): We had a great stay. - It was clean and the staff was very friendly Nothing
- Deanna (1/5): I did not stay at the hotel. I want a refund - Nothing I did not stay When I arrived to check in there was no staff to be found

- Hollgarth (10/5): -
- Hubert (7/5): Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt - Lage und Größe der Zimmer. Pool Boden Teppich im Gang
- Karla (5/5): - Breakfast selections were good. No bath towels were available during our stay.
- James (3/5): -
- Edward (4/5): - The hot tub was disgusting we use a hot tub cleaner on it and the amount of dead skin and who know what else came out of not only the pipes but the filter, our room was good just the hot tube was bad and thats why we rented the room
- Angela (5/5): - Property is very dated and could use a makeover! The price was good but I’ll pay more to stay somewhere else if we ever go back to that area. Breakfast was below average.
- Michael (2/5): - Hot tub non-working; room not cleaned; treadmill non-working; overall very poor service
- Annaliese (10/5): - Twas clean with a good location. The only issue is the time zone changes in the parking lot so I was never sure what time it was. Lol.
- Jeremy (2/5): - Bathroom light didnt work, pull out bed had no sheets or bedding. Gave us the wrong room number, really surprised who was already in the room they sent us to.
- Remigijus (10/5): - labai skanus pusryciai nepatiko kad greitai prabego 3 naktys:}
- Celia (4/5): - We had a hard time finding our room. It was on the first floor with an outside door. When we found the room the door was wide open and the bathroom light was on. I requested a different room and couldn’t get one - they said all rooms were taken. We went back to our room - checked it over and found that the bathroom sink was full of dirty water and could not drain. It didn’t look like the bathroom had even been cleaned. I once again went to registration to let them know. A maintenance man was sent to our room and spent about 30 minutes getting the sink to drain. He realized we had no wastebaskets, so he put several in our room. All of these problems and we’re still charged $179.00 for the room. Never again!!
- Ropp (1/5): -
- Keoshia (2/5): - This has been the worst hotel stay ever!! The sheets were dirty and stained even the mattress was stained. We were placed in another room and that room wasn’t good either. When you first walk in it smell like the carpet in the room was damaged from mildew smell the room smell bad. If the hotels around wasn’t all booked , we would’ve definitely went somewhere else.
- Ronald (2/5): - Room was very clean Tv in room not working had to walk outside to get to pool not enough towels in room or at pool
- Bryant (7/5): I will be back very soon - The staff was very nice and helpful. It was very clean. It was very peaceful The jet spa didn’t work that well
- Jerry (4/5): - Very outdated and unappealing
- Dayshanah (10/5): -
- Brett (4/5): - Had leftover food in refrigerator from previous stay. Room stunk!
- Latanya (4/5): - It was quiet lil area
- Madison (2/5): - Awful
- Daniel (8/5): - The room I had was very nice & clean. The breakfast was satisfying and the eating area was clean also. The only thing I would say is that the TV is a little small. Maybe go a size or two larger otherwise very nice stay.
- CORVAUGHN (10/5): - It was great I had a fun time
- gary (4/5): - Doppers haven they sell across the street
- Smith (9/5): - Eggs we cold Tv remote wouldn’t work in the morning. Someone upstairs was running back and forth for over a hour
- Michelle (8/5): Should give a notice a head of time - Wish I would of had a heads up that the pool and the hot tub was not in working order
- Mike (8/5): - Overall this hotel was ok even though it is a bit dated with room doors opening from the parking lot area rather than an indoor hallway for better security and privacy. Also the pool and hot tub were closed and we were told it has been closed for over 2 months awaiting parts and finished repairs. Such things should be noted for those of us who choose a hotel over others who do not have such amenities
- Jeffrey (6/5): - Breakfast is worthless. Bed decent. Thin walls.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Below Average Stay/ Not Impressed - The room wasn't very clean especially the bathroom area. After the room reset, there wasn't any towels, I had to ask twice before the maid brought the wrong ones.
It seemed everyone was more worried about smoking pot vs taking car of customers.
- Christina (6/5): Very basic hotel - The stay was ok. Then building is very dated and needs updated. They had pool and spa under maintenance for a very long time with no intentions of fixing but leave it in the website as a amenity. There breakfast is horrible. For this kind of hotel i coild of just stayed at a hotel 6 no diffrence really and would of paid alot less.
- Hubert (10/5): - All went great, just had to cut my trip short and leave earlier than expected.
- Todd (6/5): average - Room smelled like smoke. needs chair other than rolling office chair which had a wheel off. Bath door knob was very loose. a couple of towels looked unwashed. Room was just worn. Plus water was hot and plenty of it.
- Ruth (10/5): - Staff was exceptionally friendly. Rooms clean.
- Kathy (6/5): - I will never book another another stay at a Baymont by Wyndam property.
- CORVAUGHN (10/5): - It was Great!
- Tambra (10/5): - Great room, clean comfortable. This is 3rd hotel that the pool has been closed thatcl we've stayed in lately. If the pool or hot tub is closed please post prior to check in. Otherwise nice place.
- Brad (4/5): - I booked this room because it was half the price of other options in the area. I was just in town for 1 night to sleep. The hotel was nice for half the price of the Holiday inn next door. I only give this hotel a low rating based on how it compares to nicer hotels.
- Randy (10/5): - I loved it
- Angela (4/5): - The bathrooms were disgusting..
Plumbing was horrible in bathroom...could not use pool or hot tub due to state closing it due to noot beingcleaned properly hardley any blankets on rhe . Bed..one thin one and sheet . This was not as nice as advertised..i was vwry disappointed will not be coming back
- April (4/5): Not impressed with the area - Danville seemed like a sketchy town
- Nicole (9/5): Superb -
- Susan (6/5): - The woman at check in was nice and efficient. The first room we were assigned smelled strongly like smoke and there was a trail of cigarette butts outside the room.
We asked and the woman gave us another room that smelled much better. The telephone was blinking when we entered. The woman figured out how to cancel the telephone alarm for us. The outlet by the sink didn’t hold a chord properly so no charging happened so that needs to be replaced.
The elevator to the second floor was out of service. The indoor pool and spa had been closed by the health department in March and has not reopened.
The breakfast buffet was fine but there were no options if you need gluten free or dairy free items.
We would not stay there again.
- Jesse (7/5): Good -
