Well soundproofed and so seeping no problem. Room on the small side OK for 1 person . Staff friendly and knowledgeable about local area. Ensuite small. As above

- Amy (10/5): This is a fantastic hotel, beautiful, historical, but modern and in a terrific location - I did not have high expectations for a Best Western accommodation, given their reputation here in the U>S. as a budget hotel/motel. I booked this hotel for its perfect location across the street from the train station, since we were only in Rouen for one night in-between other vacation destinations. But this Best Western is fantastic - it is in a historical building and has preserved all the decorative and historical touches along with modernizing it for today's travelers. Also within easy walking distance of the older city-center for shopping and exploring. Nothing to complain about at all

Lift was a little small for 2 people with luggage but that's understandable as the hotel was built in the 1920s or 1930s.

Espace et confort. - C'est la deuxième fois que je venais et j'ai pu prendre une chambre sur place, surclassé, du coup j'ai eu une chambre supérieure avec baignoire. La dernière fois, il y avait eu un problème d'une alarme qui ne s'arrêtait pas, du coup, alarme débranchée dans le couloir et donc pour la sécurité, j'ai eu un appel comme quoi un veilleur passe pour surveiller car l'alarme a été éteinte. J'ai été prévenue avec par la sonnerie du phone à l'ancienne. Je suppose que j'ai été surclassée pour cette raison. Et, donc j'étais assez contente d'avoir un vrai espace pour moi seule. Baignoire, salle de bain, fauteuil pour s'asseoir. Bouilloire et sachets de thé, dommage du thé noir. Petit déjeuner à 10 euros pour les petites faim. Juste la vue pas top par rapport à l'autre chambre au 4ème. Mais bon, on peut prendre son train rapidement.

- Carole (10/5): Un passage très furtif. - L’accueil, le confort de la chambre, la disponibilité du personnel. L’échange très sympathique avec Manon. Rien à dire Je suis satisfaite.

Bien insonorisé (pas de bruits de la rue ni des chambres voisines). L'installation du chauffage/clim. a une soufflerie très bruyante. Malgré un thermostat à 22° un courant d'air arrive depuis la grille située sur le dessus et vient directement vers l'un des lits, c'est assez désagréable. La poubelle de la chambre n'avait pas été vidée. Cet oubli n'est pas bien grave, mais ce n'est pas très agréable.

Ras Pt déj complet trop cher mais il existe une formule simple bistrot à 10 € en compensation.. L hôtel n a plus d accord particulier avec le parking gare Effia, donc tarif plein 😒

Le personnel au top, à l écoute, très sympathique bravo J ai pu déposer mes bagages avant l heure d enregistrement ce qui m a permis de circuler sur Rouen tranquillement. Petit déjeuner varié et repas du soir pris au restaurant de l hôtel un régal. J ai eu la chance d être surclassé au niveau de la chambre. Tout était parfait

I liked the tea and coffee making facilities in the room fact that the en suite bathroom had a proper window which could be opened for ventilation.
