• Denise (2/5): Poor service - It was easily accessible. The room was clean and comfortable. My husband took a shower first and told me to be very careful when getting out because the bottom of the tub was higher than the bathroom floor. There also was no hand rail or any indication of this. I would consider that a safety hazard. There was a group of 8-10 people playing cards and drinking beer in the breakfast area when we checked in. Unfortunately we could hear them in our room. We went to eat breakfast at 7am only to find the breakfast area full of children and adults in town for some sporting event and there was no hot food. We had coffee and were finally able to get a biscuit and gravy. Rather poor planning for someone to not be watching that with as many people as were staying there. Would probably not recommend this particular hotel.

• Brenda (6/5): Was not as good or comfortable, as in the past. - Covenient location. I was given a room outside the elevator and was noisy. When I went for breakfast on a couple of the days, there was barely any food. I don't feel that someone was doing their job in keeping up as several customers came down for breakfast and turned around and left. If this is something that is offered, it should be available. There seemed to be some sketchy people this time that were there that I don't think were staying. I'm sure you may helpp people out but was not comfortable for me. I don't feel that the staff was very friendly.

• Shane (5/5): Was out of the place quicker than the wind blowing outside - Location of the place and the affordability of the room were main factors for booking this hotel. There really wasn't anything else that I can say since there was a power outage. The attitude of the staff behind the counter had a very poor attitude with me and several other guests that had booked rooms. Obviously we knew we wouldn't able to stay but she was very rude when asked if we would be compensated for not being able to check in. Unprofessional to say the least

From the moment I arrived until the time I prepared to leave, I felt completely comfortable—just like at home, not in a hotel. The staff were very kind, supportive, and always ready to help. Everything was flexible, even when I needed to extend my stay in an emergency. I also appreciated their patience when I forgot my room card a few times—they always helped me with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wisconsin, especially for training or business meetings. It is truly one of the best in the area

• Scott (4/5): Not the most pleasant stay but it got the job done. - The location was perfect. Close to a lot of restaurants and the ballpark. The breakfast worker was the only polite staff member. There seemed to be a family of older folks who must have either lived there or just worked there? They were camped out in the lobby and kitchen area our entire stay so we were unable to comfortably use those spaces. There was also a drunk guy passed out in the pool area our entire time in there. Check in was very slow. The laundry facilities didn’t work even though we called a head and were told they did. It was sooo loud in the pool area. It was the world’s slowest elevator. The workers spent more time smoking out front than making us feel welcome. There were motorcycles parked on the sidewalks making it difficult to get to our car safely with children.

Most nights were loud with people hanging out in the hallways playing music and yelling. Hallway smelled of Marijuana the first few nights. Next time wouldn't get the ground floor. A few other guests even approached us questioning how long we were going to be there for and what our plans were while we were there like going out wise. Was just odd

• Courtney (4/5): Bad first impression - I liked the location and the pool. The rooms were clean, they were kept up with nicely. Arrived late at night, I had requested a later check in during the day through my booking application. Whe I sent the request it changed my to null null. When I said I had a reservation, by name Brian said no,then just kept looking at his computer. I showed him my phone he never checked it. Never asked me what I needed, he rudely asked if I wanted rooms. Well I just told him I had a reservation so of course I wanted rooms. Then once he got my phone number he found my reservation. He never apologized and told me to inform my travel agent. Who's me I do this all on my own, that they messed up. The afternoon staff was helpful with disruptive customers and were super nice. Thats the only reason I will return.

• justink4062019 (2/5): Abhorrent customer service - Zero customer service skills and zero resolution. Your fee's and when they are charged is unclear. Threatening to call the police on someone over the phone for questioning these fees is unacceptable. You lied to your customer relations department and no one is offering a resolution. I'll be sure to never stay at best western again and ill be sure my friends and family do the same. Kellie do better, your ability to handle customer related issues is poor at best. You blew this way out of proportion and your quick jump to calling the police leads me to believe you have done this to other customers before. That is irresponsible and dangerous, not to mention the waste of community resources and tax payer dollars.
• benwU551OY (4/5): I expect better. - First, and most egregious, our room (226) smelled awful. Clearly someone had smoked heavily in the bathroom, and it permeated the walls. Small details that make a difference were just off everywhere; poor wall texturing and painting with many mistakes not corrected, an extension cord hanging to plug in the tv, the light shade was old and cracked, the bathroom mirror was hung too short to see the top of my face without bending down. Outside our room, the ceiling panels in the hallway were stained, the button to close the elevator door didn't work, they have a very tiny eating area for breakfast with an attendant who only stops by very occasionally. Then the people at the counter were completely unhelpful when I asked for recommendations. Don't even bother. While it was affordable, I will not return.
• Hannah (6/5): Cheap, what you’d expect. Nothing fancy - Clean, simple, what you’d expect from an affordable hotel. The breakfast was fine, again, what you’d expect for free breakfast. Asked for more pillows and was told they didn’t have more than one extra. I found it hard to believe. The beds were not very comfortable- glad we were only there one night. Also the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty.

• Coogan (5/5): - Location to friends and restaurants . VERY, VERY dated rooms. Alot of loose furniture and a noisy AC unit. Alot of people (6 or more) smoking just outside main entrance, including management, not very appealing walking in and out of building. Apparently you must request room service, which is now the national norm for Best Western. Checking in and out was easy.

• Scott (7/5): Good location and great customer service, but somewhat dated. - The location was perfect for where we were meeting friends. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. There was a nice selection of breakfast options. The rooms and common areas were kept clean and neat. Some of the areas of our room seemed to have been repaired and/or painted over, but not done well. Our room was right next to the elevator and overlooked the expressway, so it was somewhat noisier than we would have liked.

The room and hotel need some TLC, very outdated. breakfast was good but no coffee, the coffee machine is out of order, only have hot water.
