Passable for night stop over. - An excellent location right in city centre, a 5 minute walk to lake Biel, ample parking space for free parking. Very nice & Polite staff. Rooms are too small, no air conditioning, depressive color scheme of room, reception & corridors. Sub standard Breakfast. Doesn't match at all with Swiss Beauty & luxury of Rolex City BIEL.

- Karin (7/5): - Sehr schneller, unkomplizierter Check-in. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Betten sehr bequem. Ich hatte ein Zimmer gegen die Strasse. Am Morgen war es entsprechend nicht mehr ruhig. Die Dusche könnte mit einem neuen Duschkopf stark verbessert werden.

- Angela (8/5): Top Lage, schöne Zimmer, super Frühstück!! - Lage, Zimmer und Frühstück waren top! Das Personal an der Reception. Beim Check-out kam von der Dame an der Reception kein Guten Morgen, kein hat alles für Sie gepasst. Das ist sehr schaade für das ganze Hotel, weil sonst ist das Hotel super. Und Kleider machen Leute, die Dame trug eine Freizeitwolljacke.

Warum werden in fast allen Hotels die Handtücher, die man mehrfach benutzt, vom Personal zusammengelegt und neu angeordnet? Ich möchte nicht die Handtücher mit meinem Partner tauschen.

Amélioration que j'ai aimé Petit couac...j étais dans ma sdb lorsqu un monsieur arrive dans ma chambre avec sa valise...oups...nous avions les 2 la même chambre...Monsieur s est rendu à la réception pour modifier...ensuite je suis sortie et à mon retour le carte n ouvrait plus ma chambre..la dame avait tout annulé ...heureusement il y avait encore qqun à la réception...

Zimmer sind sauber und ich hatte einen relativ großen Balkon mit seitlichem Seeblick. Die Lage ist nahe zum Hafen. Das Einzelzimmer war sehr klein aber okay. Das Personal hat einen ignoriert bis man sie direkt ansprach. Einzig die Dame vom Housekeeping hat freundlich gegrüßt.

Das zweite Zimmer war okay, leider aber lieblos eingerichtet.. zb.Ein Stuhl für zwei Personen... Auf dem Balkon ein Tisch, aber keine Stühle.. ..Keine Minibar... ..Im Bad keine möglichkeit um Utensilien abzulegen. zb. (Kein kleiner Tisch oder Bank)..

- Hawre (2/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Nicht besonders ausserdem ist die Lage in der Nähe von Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Es war so gleich wie ein Wohnmobil. Duschkabine ist auch so gross wie in ein Wohnmobil. Kannst du nicht einfach duschen und dich bewegen. Die Matratze ist sehr hart. Kissen ist nur ein ganz dünnes und abgenützt.

- Kurt (9/5): Sehr fairer Preis für das, was man bekommt (für Schweizer Verhältnisse) - Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Preis-Leistung (Uebernachtung Sonntag auf Montag), dass es einen Parkplatz gibt und die Lage 5 Minuten vom See entfernt. Auch in die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Frühstück war auch gute Auswahl. Alles in Allem sehr fairer Preis für das, was man bekommt. nichts zu beanstanden

Although your on the main road you don't hear anything with the windows closed, and there was a fan in the room.It's easy to walk into the middle of the city. Breakfast was exceptional for the price we were very pleasantly surprised. The reception is a bit run down looking, and the carpet badly needs replacing (but as they are renovating all the rooms they will probably be doing this also in the near future) The shower curtain was to long and the rail wasn't attached properly.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern unterwegs und hatten zwei kleine Zimmer. Für eine Nacht war das in Ordnung, für einen längeren Aufenthalt jedoch eher knapp. Das Bett war mit ca. 120 cm recht schmal und es gab nur ein Kissen, was für zwei Personen etwas unpraktisch war. Für mehrere Nächte hätten wir uns definitiv ein zweites Kissen und etwas mehr Platz gewünscht.
