Guest Reviews
- Parong (8/5): It was better than expected for a Best Western - Free parking, beds, clean room, The toilet clogged up. Was able to borrow plunger. Was difficult to unclog. Then it clogged again
- Anna (8/5): -
- Ehsan (8/5): -
- Beth (3/5): Wouldn’t stay again - The staff was nice The elevators smelled like sweat, the comforters didn’t look clean.
We actually left and decided to drive home.
- Nasir (10/5): -
- Tiana (8/5): Grateful and thankful - Everything was very clean, staff was great The breakfast even though on warmers was pretty cold and I got there around 8:30 so it shouldn’t have been out there long.
- Kenneth (10/5): -
- Elliott (8/5): - Staff was friendly and helpful. They did try to put me in a standard king room, I had paid for a deluxe king room. So I did go back and for a little with the front desk. She said you booked a standard. I informed her no I booked a deluxe and paid for a deluxe. So I had to pull up my email and show her. Then she said your right you paid and booked a deluxe. Also I was out right by a door that was a entry/exit so there was a lot of noise of people coming and going
- Ricky (8/5): I like the best westerns hotel, specially up in the Williams California location that’s close to the - I thought it was OK there was plenty of choices. The French toast was a little dry and hard maybe overcooked I didn’t have that my wife did
- Miguel (10/5): -
- jennifer (10/5): - So clean and decorated nicely, the staff was very kind Location is nothing to write home about but perfect place to stay for northridge hospital, business travelers or stopover.
- Jana (8/5): -

- Eric (7/5): Very Good Staff - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and generally good quality. The location was a bit far from where I needed to go but probably close by LA standards.
An interesting touch is that it is connected to a local bowling alley where over fifty bowlers per year bowl perfect games. Everything was fine. I thought that the rate was a bit high but that's the marker.
- Dereje (9/5): Overall it’s great but toilet sit is too low and has too long song - Cleaned and convenient Breakfast stays fare time

THE TUB. I PAID $250+
- Katja Neuenschwander (8/5): -
- Sara Korina (10/5): - Room was clean and hotel was close to our family that we were visiting.
- Tibor (9/5): -
- Laraelena (10/5): Best place yet - The employees hospitality makes you not want to leave. The manager is very sweet and respectful. As well as the two ladies in the cafeteria like Miss Ping.
- Rebecca (10/5): - Really impressed with the whole operation. The staff was great and it fit our primary need that it be close to LA Jewish Healthcare.
- Amira (5/5): -
- Daniel (9/5): -
- Jonathan (7/5): -
- Stacy (10/5): - Clean, friendly staff
- FLORES (9/5): Good for short term stay not a retreat. - Rooms comfortable ,clean and working AC The Pool , there was no lounge/pool chairs to be able to laid and sun bathe and it give that vive of an outdated hotel.
- Rosario (10/5): - Everything was excellent!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Overnight Stay - A quick overnight visit. The Inn had excellent accommodations (gym, pool, hot tub, coffee, water & great breakfast options). Next door to bowling alley, taquero, mini mart, liquor store. People in the parking area are festive and enjoyed a little partying between or after games. Well lit and safe grounds with security guard.
- Margarita (10/5): - The front desk clerks were very inviting and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was plentiful
- Marvin (8/5): -
- Edward (10/5): - Staff excellent
- rabah (8/5): -
- Lawrence (7/5): - Noisy wall unit air conditioner woke me up several times during the night.
- Amber (10/5): - Good for the price! Good location
- James (10/5): August 2025 - I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast room staff was terrific. great service with a smile.
The bed pillows are ridiculously small. Please swap them out for standard size.
- Kris (10/5): - Staff is great, it’s clean and well video monitored. Good value for proximity to LA
- Ana (10/5): -
- JUAN (10/5): - Cleanliness was just amazing! Vast parking and easy access were also great.
- Houman (8/5): - Check in staff she did not explain anything just asked for card and deposit
- Aaron (10/5): Great stay, minor tech quirks - Overall, had a fantastic experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Service was smooth and everything felt thoughtfully set up. My only two complaints: I couldn't cast movies from my phone to the TV (a small but noticeable miss), and the A/C fan stayed running loudly even after hitting the set temperature due to the auto-fan setting. Not dealbreakers, but worth noting. Would absolutely stay again.
- Joe (10/5): Stayed here for many years. - Convenient, always well cared for. Breakfast with Ping. Lovely lady Price high
- Gustavo (10/5): - Excellent
- Mary (9/5): Superb -

- Nasser (6/5): - Ok
- Joshua (10/5): - Covered all the bases. Reasonable room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed.
- Veronica (6/5): - Bathroom was dusty
- Jeffrey (10/5): Exceptional - good breakfast
- Jeri (10/5): Great place to stay in the San Fernando Valley - The Deluxe King Room was large and comfortable. Exceptional staff, both at the front desk and in the breakfast room, helped to make this an enjoyable stay amidst the bustle of the Valley.
- Dodger (10/5): - I arrived during a busy time and Yolanda took the time with each guest to quickly but efficiently check them in. I was able to have a conversation with her about our stay and she felt genuinely excited to have us stay there. It was relaxing and stress free! Great place!
- Bella (10/5): Exceptional -
- Greeff (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the hotel is was very beautiful and omg the breakfast was yummy!!
- George (10/5): - My room was large and petty clean
- Rick (7/5): Clean hotel near Burbank airport. Strange that it is literally attached to a bowling alley. - The property was fine and the staff was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is attached to a bowling alley. So the parking lot was full at night. Two out of the four nights, i was awaken to very loud guests. Not the fault of tge hotel or staff, but disappointing as I was looking for quiet. The noise of inebriated guests two out of four nights.
- Chelsea (8/5): - I liked the breakfast quite a bit. I imagine it would be boring after several days but for my one night stay it was great. I asked for a quiet room but it was not so much. A lot of traffic on the adjoining street. Probably a bit high priced for the area, noise but OK for one night.
- NORMA (8/5): - Nothing fancy but a safe, secure, easy to get to place to stay.
- Aryn (10/5): In town for training, great staff! - My whole day was wonderful and at a perfect price point. The room itself was very comfortable, but personally, I found the bed to be a bit on the too soft side. Other than that, I had no complaints. It was agreat stay.
- Deya (6/5): - I found two tiny roaches in the bathroom.
- Marsha (10/5): It was relaxing... - Everything.... Nothing
- Jackson (10/5): It was a nice relaxing weekend no complaints quiet a nice place to stay I will be coming back - It was nice and quiet very comfortable Nothing everything was great
- Debbie (7/5): Awful mattresses. - Location. The mattress was totally worn out. Need new mattresses.
- Desiree (10/5): - Very friendly staff, hotel room was spacious and clean, and parking was always available.
- Debbie (7/5): Good - Breakfast was good. Clean area and the attendant was a very sweet woman. Who was very accommodating and even volunteered to assist. Desk staff was accommodating. Did not appreciate the mattress, or the noise in the hotel late at night. It was very noisy after 10 pm no one walked around to check and see if this was an issue. Young children and adults running through the hallways. The bed was very uncomfortable. We have been here three times. We keep giving it a chance, yet the beds need new mattresses. The construction workers that had blue shirts on were laying on the couches and lounge as if it was there home. The front staff should have had more control over the front desk area. Those men took up entire waiting couch areas, so no one else could sit.
- Tim (8/5): Very good -
- Giorgi (9/5): Superb -
- May (2/5): - I chose this hotel so I can use the Jacuzzi.. No one told me that it was not working even during the check in.. no one apologize after I told the front desk about it..
- Ernie (10/5): - Nice place. Friendly staff
- lorriep817 (10/5): Wonderful! - Stayed during the LA fires as a respite hotel lost power in early morning hours staff were fantastic! They kept everyone informed and hotel manager actually went across the road to a business that was open to get coffee for guests! Room was very clean and quiet. Great parking for our full size truck!
- Kathleen (10/5): - Very friendly staff.. front desk and dinner
- Kathleen (10/5): - Frienfly staff
- Debbie (9/5): Superb -
- Gerald (7/5): Very pleasant with minor problems - bed very comfortable - Breakfast good and facility very clean - vending machine for soda nit working - wasn't using the swimming pool because of winter weather but appears to need resurfacing and no hot tub jacuzzi available Read above comments
- Raymond (10/5): Safe and comfortable- a warm professional staff. - The BW property is Clean, safe, and professional.
Front desk was fantastic - Welcoming, professional, and a positive warm greetings,
The morning breakfast was Good, professional warm greetings. None
- Madeline (10/5): Exceptional -
- Justin (8/5): Very good -
- Gabriel (8/5): Staff was super friendly hotel was clean - Staff was very friendly The area it was in was not the greatest but we had no issues at all
- Erving (10/5): - Real surprise, a note worthy jewel. Very impressive management. Breakfast will blow your mind, extra care throughout the hotel. This is the place to stay, won't disappoint
- seth (8/5): - I wanted to get a nicer hotel over a Best Western, I knew that it wouldn't be the highlight hotel of Los Angeles, however my search became a huge burden/time waster when i discovered most 'nicer hotels' had this huge parking fee from $35 to $100.00 per night, that mixed in with most not giving a free breakfast and some not having any pool at all. I seach for a hotel that had all three: pool, free breakfast and free parking.....very few found within 100 miles of Los Angeles.
The Good
The bed was comfortable for my needs, it was a plush (soft), the bed is on the top of my list of top important things a hotel is to have for my needs.
The staff was mostly nice (save one associate, whom was ho-hum).
The breakfast was a little better than expected...nothing ground breaking, however you won't go hungry or get sick.
The bad
Although the pool was heated well ( I reached my hand in), it was well past dirty and an no point (while I stayed) ever cleaned. I didn't use the pool due to how really dirty it was. At no point did I see anyone use it either, while I stayed.
The Rest
The area is as expected, it's loud noisy and lower class, you get by, but be aware the conditions are not for all.
The gym is almost poor: it has three cardio machines, one bench a slection of dumbbells and one-in-all weight machine; it's a small gym that could use more weights, a tv is included along with towels, H2o and a connected bathroom.
- Rios (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
