• Nicole (8/5): - Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut. Es hat zwar eine ziemlich begrenzte Auswahl, da es keine frisch zubereiteten Speisen hat. Was da war, war gut, vor allem der Kaffeautomat hat überraschend guten Kaffee gemacht. Die Zimmer sind relativ gross und sauber. Die Teppiche sind etwas ins Alter gekommen, aber für Amerika ganz ok.

• Bonnie (9/5): Overnight respite - Appears that this Inn has been refreshed lately. New carpet, new bedding, towels, paint, etc. The Inn was clean, no odors. Breakfast was a nice morning boost. Waffles, eggs, muffins, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. Tables were cleaned after each use. Our king size bed was very comfortable. I heard doors slamming in the middle of the night. Not sure if this was staff, or other guests letting their doors slam. That would be my only downfall of this pleasant stay.
• SULLIVAN (10/5): We explored the area, and still had a good time. - The place was clean, the staff was very friendly, gave good advice on places to eat. They answered questions on what to see in the area, and gave us the locals information on what was going on. We went up to see the Elk at the Elk reserve several times, and different look out areas and there was none to be seen, we did hear one, off in the distance. The mountain views were very good for the leaves to be changing. The Elk Center had some nice lookouts, walking areas, and a gift shop. Never came close to seeing an elk and was told to watch the camera on the web site and when you see them drive up and look. We live three hours away.

• Jorge (8/5): - The hotel deserves high marks for cleanliness, friendliness of staff and spaciousness of recently renovated rooms. A special praise for a very comfortable bed. The only thing I would fault is the breakfast, which was limited even by the usual standards of chain hotel complementary breakfasts. The surrounding area had nothing to offer, with all due respect to the area's residents.

The Flat screen tv was huge. You can still smell the new carpet smell. I would definitely recommend and will be back again!

• T3516PNbeverlym (10/5): Another Great Stay - This is the second time we have stayed at the Best Western Plus Executive Inn in Saint Mary's, PA. It was even better this time with the newly remodeled accessible bathrooms. They replaced the tubs with very nice walk-in showers making it so much easier for those with mobility problems. The room was clean and hotel staff is wonderful. They offer a nice complimentary breakfast with lots of both hot and cold food items. We will definitely stay here again.

• Alan (6/5): Surprise renovation work, it should be much better when this is finished. - The rooms were being renovated when we arrived, they were busy with the ground floor - we did not know about this work. Our room was newly done and pleasant, it had a view of the reception canopy (as we only stayed 1 night this was not an issue. There were building materials and carpets in the lobby and under the canopy. We should have been made aware of the work before we arrived. It has an awkward turn-in off the main road.
• Blake (10/5): Excellent Stay for Christmas Week - Overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful when requesting towels or toiletries. A hot breakfast was served each morning and was very delicious. There was a variety of breakfast items available for different dietary needs. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the walk in shower. A shower caddy or shelf to put shampoo, conditioner, and body wash would be helpful, but overall I’m pleased with my stay! I would recommend to anyone!

Free breakfast was very good, with two hot items that changed daily (bacon and eggs Saturday, biscuits/sausage gravy and mini cheese omelets Sunday). Items available each day included bagels, English muffins, make-your-own waffles, fresh whole fruit, yogurt, cereals, instant oatmeal, danishes and more, along with a variety of hot and cold beverages. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would certainly stay again.
