• Maxine (8/5): Airport hotel. - They let our group store our bags while we went on a rafting trip. Many of the rooms have no exterior windows but have windows that face the interior hall walkways. They let us switch to a room that faced outside.

• Janet (7/5): We needed to stay close for the conference center. - Location, noise all good The room was dated. The bathroom was a handicap bathroom that was ok but not what we needed. The toilet has a very bad hard water ring that could be removed by using pumace on a regular basis. The shower curtain had staining on the bottom and the mirror was clean on the bottom but not on the top.

• Mashel (3/5): Room was filthy and price was high for the conditions - The staff was very nice There was hair and crumbs in the sheets when I pulled back the comforter. And the outlet the side table was plugged into had no power.

• Jennifer (7/5): if you don't mind light coming into thew room all night, stay here - The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of pillows. I did not like having the room window looking inward rather than outward. Also, the black out curtains did not do their job - light still flowed into the room in the middle of the night from the hallway around the entire window, making it impossible to sleep. Also, the thermostat could not be adjusted and it was burning up in the room all night.

Very misleading online description. Every towel was dirty, the bed and pillows had pubic hair on them. Nothing was clean.

I enjoyed the holiday decorations making the lobby & walkway very festive! I liked the friendliness of the staff! I can’t think of any complaints!

• Bev (3/5): Will never stay there again ! - It didn’t look great so waited and ate at the airport. It needs a makeover. Electrical plug are loose, so things don’t plug in well, the one chair was uncomfortable, the tv did not work until the maintenance man came. Doorways are small.

• Claudia (8/5): Pleasantly surprised, and now on our "stay here" list. Thanks! - Best Western Vista had a GREAT breakfast! Their fitness center and pool were conveniently located and adequate. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff for the most part were friendly and welcoming. (The morning gentleman was the only exception and appeared a little grumpy. No eye contact, no smile and so we didn't address him) Other than that, it was located right next to the airport and their shuttle was available every 15 min. We were able to leave our vehicle at the hotel for 12 days at a very reasonable price. My husband and I both agreed that this will be our go-to place whenever we have flights out of Boise. Honestly, aside from the older gentleman that might have been working the front desk, but we only saw in passing in the breakfast area, and looked as if he would rather be anywhere but there, everything was great! We were really impressed with the breakfast. The cheesy scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked, the choices of bread to toast was excellent, and the yogurt machine was a first for us. Appreciated to be able to add fruit and granola to the perfect amount of greek yoghurt.

• Kathryn (6/5): - Definitely an average place. Room is clean, small and a little dated. Some rooms are interior access and most are exterior. 2 stories, no elevator. Hotel is built in late 70’s? Room was small, can’t imagine 4 people in it. Breakfast was good, staff were really friendly. It is a “budget” friendly hotel at 125.00 a night.
• Sharon (4/5): - The staff were friendly/helpful. The room we were given was not very clean. Corners and carpet not well vaccumed well. Crumbs on the floor and on the coffee tray ( how odd). We moved a chair from a corner to in front of the TV, and the carpet under it full of debris. Refrigerator was shut off. It was not what I expected from a Best Western hotel.

• TWO (10/5): - The staff here were absolutely stellar! Bed was super comfy. Room was exceptionally clean, but did have a slightly funky odor, but nothing too overwhelming. The included breakfast was adequate, food was fresh with a fair selection of items. Nothing crazy fancy but certainly put fuel in the tank and so I was happy. The waffle iron with batter was my favorite, scrambled eggs were nice and fluffy and warm with just the right amount of cheese. Would stay here again!
