Our Room was very, very OLD....Bed needs to be replaced, I'm not sure what was on the floor, but, my socks where so dirty........I'm sorry, but, when made the reservations I got it under Handicapped Accessible, in which we really didn't need, but I didn't notice that right away.......we were so tired at this point...........Hotel needs a BIG UPDATE.

• Rose Marie (9/5): It was pleasant - Loved the breakfast the lady working there was very kind and helpful. Loved the location with everything around the hotel very convenient. Didn’t need to travel fair to buy whatever we needed. Housekeeping was very friendly and kind. One of the front desk lady was not very friendly. We didn’t ask for cleaning every day just clean towels but the lady in the front desk didn’t gives us any until they cleaned the room. We never have a problem getting clean towels from other hotels.

• Glenda (9/5): Exceptional location. Great value with breakfast! - Very good breakfast with rotating proteins. Grounds are kept very clean. Daily room cleaning. Location was exceptional! Close to Superstition Mall. Far enough away to have no noise. Very nice pool. Didn't check out if they had an exercise gym. Our shade was torn. That make you feel like some other parts not kept up. Grounds are clean.

• Susan (6/5): My stay was ok, don't think I would stay again. - It was convenient location to where I needed to go. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and made sure everything was stocked and clean. The bed was uncomfortable and there a a lot noise outside that woke me up. You can control how loud guests are coming in late. The room had an unpleasant order when I first arrived but dissipated after time.

• Karen (9/5): Overall we liked the hotel, our room, location and amenities - Loved the location, the room/amenities, and the breakfast was great. The main front desk clerk wasn’t the friendliest, and a housekeeping staff member told us that they couldn’t clean our room (change or make our bed) cause we had something on the bed (two jackets) and they couldn’t move them, therefore we didn’t receive housekeeping services while there even though the other days we didn’t leave anything on the bed.

Negatives: the beds were extremely uncomfortable they need to be replaced as only the middle is comfortable because of the usage on the edges. Overall central to everything, close to highway and pretty good experience

• Magali (10/5): - Our AC had gone down and stayed here for a few nights. Initially got 2 nights but then had to rebook and they let us have the same room which helped a ton with our ASD son.

The management team and Laura, went above and beyond to meet our needs. The pool area was clean and at night perfect temp for a refreshing swim. Entertainment, dining, shopping mall on the same property. Breakfast was excellent. Always greeted with a smile; fresh eggs, bacon sausage, biscuits to take to your room or dine in.

• PAUL (6/5): Subpar for BW - Hotel refused to modify booking in any way because we booked from hotels.com. When all I was simply trying to do was add an extra day We had to wait until the entire next day and check out completely and check back in which put a strain on our plans because we weren't having to go back into the office the next day. Hotel would also not give us extra towels without waiting for room service to clean next day . The towels in the room were raggedy and short . Overall condition of the room was very subpar compared to previous stays at Best Western. Lady at Front Desk said they did not have water for guests despite having water bottles in room at every BW except for this one. Lady at front desk made us feel second class because we booked via Hotels.com and literally said thats why we were being treated in such a way. Every question we asked was met with a rude loud response even when simply asking for an additional key or where is the breakfast bar etc.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 2 thumbs up! - The front desk clerk was very nice, personable and made for a pleasant check-in. The breakfast was nice, simple, clean, several options, and a friendly breakfast staff. The pool was perfect. Its a good size and had a hot tub. This hotel is great for the traveler. We were there to visits our kids and grand baby for the night. We appreciate parking in fron of our room, with exterior entrances. It fit the bill. Literally our only complaint, if you can even call it that, is the bathroom (toilet/shower as sink is outside of it) is very small, talking the bathroom door when it closes is like 1 inch from the toilet seat, so you have to go in and kinda tuck yourself over by the shower to shut the bathroom door, to use the toilet. But that being said, we will most definetely keep this property as a hotel for us when we see our kids. Really decent location, right off main road, by a Dennys, McDonalds and a shopping mall.

• Dream24861908492 (2/5): BAD REVIEW - During breakfast I had overheard a conversation with two front desk employees where the lady yelled at the young man also at the front counter, the lady at the front desk was very loud that I could hear her all the way in the dining area. Her demeanor and tone with her fellow coworker was very unprofessional, he tried to deescalate the situation but she took no prisoners and persisted.I had my toddler with me who was frightened. This experience made me think about not coming back to this establishment.
