Location was good for getting back on the freeway to our destination The bed was very soft and old sheets and mattress pad wouldn’t stay on the corners. They kept coming off, making a frumpled mess to sleep on.

- Jessie (10/5): Clean comfortable stay in Sonoma County - The room was very clean. The location of the room was nice and quiet. I heard a few loud cars on the freeway but nothing abnormal, it’s not right up against the freeway so it wasn’t loud. I was able to bring my dog and there was no carpet in the room which was great for him. Lots of convenient parking near my room. The beds were firm but comfortable. The pillows were hard and lumpy. The breakfast was really weak- only carbs, nothing with protein. At least it was free, and it was something to eat before getting on the road.

Dealt with some flies buzzing around and also the toilet seat was way too low. These should be replaced with newer higher toilet seats!

We did end up leaving right after check in and the staff gave us a full refund. The area seemed quite creepy. The pictures listed were misleading, the property was a quality inn motel remodeled to a new brand and renamed. The room was not super clean and had multiple things broken inside like the lampshade. The website pictures do not represent the actual rooms well.

I asked them to come to my room but they never showed up because I couldn’t get the body wash out of the bottle and the person said “Do you want me to do something about it?”

When i arrived, the room i rented was given to someone else. I was then given a 2 queen beed roo. For five people AT SAME PRICE as the 2 king plus one sofa room. I was told too bad. Same price. No discount offered. No attempt to make it right.

It was perfect for our visit to our daughter who is attending/dorming at Sonoma State University. There are plenty of businesses nearby (fast food, restaurants, shopping). Included breakfast was good and the attendants were very helpful. Could use modern charging/USB ports. Furniture was a little dated. The wooden luggage stand was wobbly. The non-slip shower pad was torn.

The pictures of the hotel when booking the room were a lot better online than in person. The hotel needs repairs and maintenance.

The front desk didn't have current information that we had changed the dates of arrival, although they had confirmed with us. We were tired after a long drive and had a hungry toddler with us.

Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, Monterey brand breakfast burritos, yogurt, cream cheese, bagels, English muffins, assorted cereal boxes, hot cocoa & oatmeal packets, bananas. Good assortment but limited as in no hot breakfast :( unless you heat up the food! Clean room. Very Convenient location. Hotel is a maybe 5 minutes away from practically everything.

- John (4/5): Disappointing - Good pillows No toilet paper in room, none delivered after call, went and retrieved it ourselves. Pool area and water not the cleanest. Extremely limited breakfast. Overall, a facility somewhat run down.

- Debbie (3/5): Never again - Nice breakfast Location was supposed to be 0.9 miles from our day excursion at Dillons Beach but ended up being @ 23 miles away which took 45 minutes to get to. Escort girls (4) getting dressed out of the trunk of their car next to our room. Hair in bathtub.

- Bettygene (6/5): - The grounds were not clean, stains on the sidewalk from spilled liquids and grass areas outside units were weeds. Our room lock was broken where we were unable to open the door and had to call maintenance, thankfully it was not an emergency or we may have been trapped. Staff was very nice.
- Tiffany (4/5): Just pay the extra and go to a nicer place. This one has gone downhill tremendously in the past year - Love the location Cleanliness…hard beds..no hot tub..shower pressure..DAYTIME STAFF

- Hans (4/5): First time and last. - The breakfast was nice. Many choices. Lovely, friendly, staff person keeping everything stocked for guests. We enjoyed our breakfast. They stuck us in a section of facility that was dark, dismal, and smelled like mould. I asked for a different room,and she put us just next door, same section. Same smell like mould and mildew. We were going to stay longer, but couldn't wait to move on. Also the bathroom fan was sooooo noisy, I didn't even use the tub. My husband found the Internet connection was difficult All in all we would never consider using that motel again. There is a nicer section on the other side with better rooms, but not for us apparently.
- Tiffany (2/5): - We used to stay at this hotel everytime we had to travel to Santa Rosa for a Dr appointment which is at least twice a year. This hotel has gone downhill so much since Best Western no longer owns it. The manager there during the day is always so rude always has an attitude. The beds are like rocks and we always stay there bc we enjoyed the hot tub. The past 2 times we have stayed the hot tub has been out of service. The first time due to cleaning and she said it would be closed all 3 days we were there and another employee told us the day before we left it was just that one day. This time it was closed bc the city shut it down for not having the correct chemicals. We will definitely take our business elsewhere from now on. Sad to see such a reasonable great hotel go so far down hill in a matter of just a year or so
- Naveed (4/5): - Keys did not work, get 2nd set, the same. She unlocked with master key and we are stuck in the room. If we go out, we have to get ger to unlock the room.

- Diane (1/5): - We did not stay there. Tried to find confirmation for stay, never received. Called 2 different numbers and they said we did not have reservation. So we stayed elsewhere. See above. Just hoping we were not charged for rooms they said we did not have.
- Si (6/5): just OK - The room was clean in general. The bathroom was clean but bathtub was very slowly drained. The refrig was moldy. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was facing out to a fence and that area had urine smell unfortunately. Next time I would request room from a different building
