- Lorrie (10/5): Very Comfortable - I appreciate the fact that the internet work continuously without connectivity interruptions. My room was perfectly located for handicap parking, The room was comfortable and spacious. I was honestly very pleased with the entire establishment, I have no complaints.

- Wilson (1/5): More of a homeless shelter than a hotel - Nothing - aside from the male desk clerk was polite and agreed that our reservation should be canceled without charge. Hotel was overbooked with no available rooms and a big crowd (12-15 people) waiting in the lobby. The hallways had a bad smell and handwritten signs were posted stating no clean linens were available, residents must pick up their dog waste (poop), and no walk-in nor reservations were available. Two police cars showed up as we were leaving.

- IvanR (7/5): - Při příjezdu elegantní architektura celého Amador Inn. Uvnitř krásná recepce. A chodba spojující jednotlivé pokoje už jako ubytovna. Pokoj s koupelnou a WC čistý. Hotel má dokonce i venkovní bazén. Večer po příjezdu jsme se chtěli občerstvit a napít vedle v zařízení, ale nic z toho nebylo, jen jsme nakoukli a rychle odešli Snídaně byla v samostatné místnosti kousek od recepce. Obsluha se snažila seč mohla, dokonce se myslelo na svátek matek, to bylo milé. Ale jinak podávání snídaně na jednorázovych papírových talířích s plastovým příborem otřesné, působilo to tak lacině horší jak v tom nejlevnějším bufetu! To raději snídani zrušte. Nevkusné.

- Nancy (2/5): TERRIBLE ~ would never purposely book a room at THIS, or any BEST WESTERN again. - room - liked breakfast - we enjoyed night sleep - terrible because downstairs neighbors were playing guitar and signing until about 4AM - and, we specifically stayed at the hotel for the night, to get up early to be in an event in the area at 6AM ?!! :( Neighbors in downstairs room were disrespectful of other guests. There was no easy way to contact the front desk. There are three buildings, and, I wasn't going to walk down to the front desk at 1AM. Also, the counter guy when we checked in was clearly overwhelmed and sassy. Other workers called in sick and left everything for him to handle. And, the phone in the room, was all the way across the room and not on the nightstand, and, there wasn't an easy way to call the front desk, like a specific button for front desk, etc. We were extremely pissed off and tired for our the event the following morning. We came back for the breakfast, so we could at least get something that we paid for. And, we did mention what all occurred to the front desk girl upon checking out ~ which she seemed so NON-concerned and didn't even offer a discount, or refund for our stay. We will NEVER stay at a BEST WESTERN again, and will tell all our friends about this!

- Shelly (5/5): Staff was friendly and helpful, Pamela was a bright spot at the breakfast buffet. - Check-in was quick and simple, receptionist was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was top notch. Lots of choices, fresh food, Pamela was AWESOME! There was a dried macaroni in the bathroom sink, and the faucet handle had some sort of residue on it. It was kind of gross. Also, the desk chair was nasty. I had to put a bathroom towel on it to feel comfortable sitting. The seat was stained and dirty and the arm rests were both sticky.

I just needed a good place to stay for 1 night before traveling home. Bed was comfortable, it was a Saturday night and hoped there would not be a lot of noise or drinking going on and all was quiet all night. All was good!

- Steve (7/5): I’d stay there again. - The location was great for our needs. The breakfasts were good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was green. The security doors on either end of the building, which should require room cards to open, wouldn’t shut all the way. The ice machine in our building was brand new—brand new, as in still wrapped in plastic and unusable (I had to go to the furthest building to get ice). We were there for five nights and by the third night the room was starting to smell musty. The pillows were small and lumpy. They ran out of eggs at the last two breakfasts.

- Justin (4/5): Not satisfied - Breakfast was decent Pillows were flat and uncomfortable Cleanliness was good The room was infested with cockroaches from big to tiny all over the place I should have said something to the staff but if it’s like that in one room it’s likely throughout the whole property and that alone will be enough to keep me from going back nor will I recommend the facility to anyone It left a bad taste in my mouth and as much as I like the location I will likely go to days inn on my next trip Not sure if tenting is going to be the best option but something definitely needs to happen to room 109 I stayed there 3 days and ate the breakfast provided but the question is if it’s that bad in the room I stayed in that’s right next to the kitchen/breakfast area I’m sure there’s some in there as well I didn’t make a scene about it but definitely a total turn off for a returning visit The cockroach infestation was more than discussing with the amount of cockroaches from big to tiny meaning that they are breeding and spreading

- Michael (7/5): It started out rough on the first night, but got better for the next 3. - Good location. Liked being able to exit on foot to Broadway & right into Main Street. Convenient to shopping, dining, and to easily visit our family in Sutter Creek with a short drive. Showing it’s age with noticeable wear & tear in public areas and in our room. Requested a move from our first assigned room after one night as the sliding glass patio door had leaked enough water long enough into the carpet & pad that it was both soaked and smelled musty. Work crew guests sharing rooms adjacent to our first assigned room were pretty noisy talking & moving in & out of their rooms throughout the evening, mostly died down by 10PM. Nothing outrageous or wrong, just very active & at times pretty noisy. We were happy to be moved the next AM to a room in better condition in a much quieter building. We were disappointed that the Denny’s restaurant had closed.

The breakfast is a "real" breakfast and the food is great! Only 1 thing I had found could be improved. They need some roll-away beds.. however, we found this out before the stay so we just brought our air mattress with us :) no biggie really..
