- Erica (6/5): Unprepared Rooms and Understaffed - Rooms were as described with a good breakfast and plenty of facilities. I loved the fire pits and seating areas, and the landscape and surrounding area was lovely. I had booked 3 rooms and, even after describing how many people were in each, my third room was not prepared or fully clean. We had an exhausting check in and I found out that there’s no housekeeping in the evening to help with things like sheets and towels. My friend and I ended up fully making up 2 beds on our own because no linens were provided like they promised. The poor (new) staff member was trying to help but my goodness, he struggled for over an hour to manage the entire property by himself and get us things like towels and linens. I also contacted the property weeks ahead of time to request a special gift in one of my rooms for a birthday, and was told they could do that (think birthday card or towel animal). This request was not honored when I got there. Lastly I had to pay the surprise parking fee which is required at every property now I guess. $10 per vehicle per night.

I am thankful we picked the best western for our stay in Glenwood springs

Prima bedden.Gewoon een overnachting op doorreis is prima, hier ga je niet je hele vakantie doorbrengen. Het ontbijt valt wat tegen, geen koffie opties. Weinig brood opties. Weinig beleg opties. Wel prima wafels. Geen flesje water in de koelkast als welkom. Een beetje onderhoud is nodig op verschillende puntjes, bijvoorbeeld tegeltjes missen bij zwembad, verroeste staanders van de railingen bij trappen .

Grandkids enjoyed this a lot. Recently added parking fee, and the checking attitude that I should have known about this as it is in the fine print. Maybe so: my question was why the change, and this was not answered. Even with the charge, the price here is good.

Hundreds of bites, countless of laundry, bombing my car, suitcases in garbage bags. What a hassle. Now, infected bites and new ones that keep showing up a week later. Praying we did not bring them into our home.

The breakfast was very poor quality, everything made from frozen likely cooked in plastic, highly processed yogurt that tastes nothing like yogurt, nothing freshly made. We were also very disappointed to see plate ware was all disposable — we would happily pay the few extra dollars it would cost to hire someone to wash proper dishes. The beds were very uncomfortable and pack and play cribs need to be updated.

Charged for parking despite at time of booking it indicated free parking. No TV service available. In wall air conditioning unit sounded like a diesel locomotive and could not be turned off. Wife found a quarter sized metal washer in the bed.

- Brent (8/5): - We like the best western in Glenwood the location is right near the hot springs and the rooms are decent in size and comfort. We found the room a little dirty which we don't believe is to their standard but was mildly disappointed.

- Good (8/5): - The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and linens and pillows were great! The room could have had a more "aired out" smell. A bit musty, but soon went away with opening the windows.
- Deborah (8/5): Great value - The property had many activities that you could do, you could pickup equipment from the lobby. The kids loved the breakfast. Lots of options, eggs, potatoes, breakfast meat, waffles, muffins, cereal. Location was great, very close to downtown, could walk to Glenwood Hot Springs Pool, but we had grandparents, so we drove. everything was about a 5minute drive. The rooms were a little bit dark for me, not quite enough lighting. We had rooms next to the stairwell, so we could sometimes hear people talking.

- Amanda (7/5): An ok stay - Location and facilities One lady on reception on check in wasn’t very helpful, she had just received a food delivery, and was eager to carry on eating it. All other staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms need more attention.

- Athena (9/5): Nice comfortable stay - I love all of the different amenities, available to guests. The hot tub was great, though a little on the yellow side. The swimming pool was heated, which was fantastic. I love all the different seating areas, playgrounds, bikes, available to use. Fire pits would have been awesome, but they had no propane tanks so they were not functional. The shower and tub in the room is also fantastic, but the water pressure is low. It took a very long time to fill up the tub. Also, the size of the room is huge! I didn’t love the room. My bed was pretty lumpy and hard as a rock, the walls had quite a few patched holes that were not done properly, the bathroom was probably the worst. There were a lot of mismatched paint colors were patching was covered up. It didn’t affect our stay, but it did make the room look less clean.

- Kimberly (1/5): This not a place we will stay at again. - The location was great. The TV didn’t work because the HDMI was missing. They only had one person working so they couldn’t fix it. Our next issue was the bottom sheet was either dirty or stained. Finally, we only had two towels.

I was really hoping to swim in the pool, it was too dirty, and I didn't appreciate the surprise parking fee. I don't think its right to charge a 30 early check in fee, so we came back and it took some time checking in. The guy at the front desk was rude!

Rooms are big and clean Check-in process could have been better. the doors open in a certain way could be told by the staff at checkin rather than we trying multiple times, going back to reception to check the keys and the lady at recpetion told me to open it upwards and also stated others had the same issue.

Pills amd mouse poison found in both rooms they put us in...6 month dalmation puppy found both on unvcuumed carpet. down graded immediately upon arrival because bookings showed pet friendly suits... they dont offer pet friendly suits... so instead of taking a cancelation fee of over 150. We tried to stay...wish we would t have. Ruined entire trip.

- Jessica (8/5): - It was a great location! We are a family of five with kids age 7, 10, 12. We were able to walk to the Hot Springs pool and downtown. The facility was also family friendly with a pool (open in March), cornhole, play area and fire pits.

- Kushagra (5/5): - The staff was excellent The rooms were dirty and dated. Approach to the rooms looked like a shady hotel. I booked a suite room but it was nothing like a suite. Just two chairs were kept to mimic it as a suite. Sofa bed was dirty and not cleaned. Overall hotel needs an overhaul for rooms. Breakfast was very bad
- Michelle (7/5): Great place to stay but needs and upgrade. - Great location. Easy walk to downtown and the hot springs pools and adventure park. Staff very friendly. Liked the option of 3 queens in one room. Lots of amenities-free breakfast, pickleball, heated pool open in March. I have stayed here before and while I like the hotel this time I noticed the rooms need a facelift. Room was clean but baseboards falling off, bathroom fan noisy, front door lock stuck, and the rooms are dark. Overall just felt old.

- Climber178756 (10/5): Perfect - We had a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival! The room was reasonably priced and while it was not luxurious it was very cozy, clean and comfortable. We would definitely visit again . Also super convenient to shopping and restaurants.
