Margarita (8/5): I liked the place, very friendly stuff. There was miscommunication between booking.com and stuff, it was showing that my - Spacious corner room with 2 king size beds. Pool, a hot tub was great. The window screen in the bathroom was damaged and mosquitos came in.

Marcel (10/5): Super Unterkunft mit sehr guten - Man wurde sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen, so freundlich wurden wir hier selten Empfangen. Zudem gab esreichlich Empfehlungen und Informationen für die Umgebung von Monterey. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig.

Lorraine (7/5): Our stay was pricey, yet accommodating and we had a pleasant stay from start to finish. - The staff was amazing! Friendly environment, the pool and spa are both heated, and the rooms are very clean. The pool towels are tiny in size! The price for the hotel was 300z+ for one night. I felt that the hotel was pricey.

I came to the office to complain, but it didn’t help a lot. We had almost a sleepless night. The linens didn’t seem clean, hope I was wrong. The location is very good and popular, that’s why it is very crowded. The place for breakfast is tiny in comparison with the amount of children.

Jennifer (8/5): Overall, we had a good stay, just the few points I pointed out, but I do recommend this hotel, it’s budge friendly. - I liked that it was in a great location, and room and restrooms were clean, and great price. We didn’t got new towels, we were asked if we wanted housekeeping and we said no, but we did said all we wanted was new and clean towels and we didn’t get it. The type of bed made my fiancé hot and made him sweaty throughout the night even though we had the heater off. But the sheets and blanket were fine, it was something about the bed.

Luckily, none of our belongings got wet. The staff made sure we had plenty of towels to place under the door for the next night's storm.

Location is relatively convenient. Once asked, there was housekeeping every day. Our room was by the pool and it was a bit noisy, even though it was on the second floor.

La chambre est simple, un peu vieillotte, mais confortable. La salle de bain est très spacieuse et bien équipée. L'endroit est calme et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment sommaire et peu diététique, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix et la qualité des produits proposés est moyenne.

The hotel was a 5-10 minute walk to some of the historic buildings of Monterey and main street. The pool was smallish but heated and there was also a spa pool. Parking right outside our room. Good stay to end our US trip. The yoghurt machine at breakfast wasn't great. But several other choices including waffle makers.

Martijn (8/5): Fijn hotel met prima ontbijt. - Vriendelijk ontvangen, fijne bedden, ruime doucheruimte en vooral een prima ontbijtbuffet met voldoende keuze. Doucheruimte kent geen afzuiginstallatie, dan moet er een raampje open en dat is op straatniveau toch wat gek.

Great location; rooms were a bit pricey for a Best Western - Loved the remodel of the rooms especially the fact that the floors were NOT CARPETED; room was good size for 2 adults considering the king size bed; staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location, close to many things that we needed planned to go. Breakfast was just ok, although eggs were terrible. My coffee in the room was not replenished; found hair in shower; bed was not comfortable and pillows were TERRIBLE (too soft & small especially for king size bed); we could hear our neighbors and people talking outside. Also both air condition and refrigerator were quite noisy which made it difficult to sleep and hear while watching tv.

Patricia (9/5): Pleasant stay and close to most attractions - Room recently updated. Nice damask striped linens on the bed. So thankful the bed was normal height and not like the craze lately of having beds so high you need a step ladder to get into them! Also, the bed platform had rounded corners which eliminated any nasty sharp bumps. Microwave and refrigerator in room. NIce sized room with table and 2 chairs. Thick light blocking outer drapes with sheer inner drapes in the window. Breakfast was available but I had other plans and did not go for it. I was very satisfied.

The room was a good size — perfect for a family of four with plenty of luggage — and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was also a good size. Breakfast was decent, though there wasn’t a huge amount of choice.

Jennifer (8/5): True to their word and advertising - The staff was attentive, friendly and true to their word. We had one small maintenance issue and someone was there within 15 minutes and fixed it on the spot. The room looked exactly like the picture. Solar panels make the property more energy efficient and we appreciated that windows could be opened to allow fresh air in the room.
