• Jennifer (8/5): Very good - The location and the girl that checked us in was fabulous. They are also very dog friendly. The man that was shutting down the pool and spa was very rude and unprofessional.

• Berenice (8/5): Satisfaisant - L'emplacement Le confort du lit Enfin un hôtel avec des rideaux opaques ! Pas d'ascenseur, plutôt embêtant pour porter une valise de 23 kg. Machine à café limitée, qui fonctionne une fois sur 2. Une douche très précaire, qui fuit, avec un jet de pression très limité, ce qui peut expliquer le fait de devoir rester bien plus de 5min sous la douche pour se rincer une longue chevelure ! L'hôtel peut donc placer des chronomètre pour nous inciter à réduire notre temps sous la douche ... lorsqu'il n'y a pas de pression, on va y rester bien plus longtemps ! Pas judicieux du tout.

• Deborah (7/5): - Das freundliche Personal, Tee und Kaffe die man sich immer holen konnte, gratis Waschmaschine, die Aussicht, die Lage, sehr nahe zum Yellowstone Park. Die Betten und die Bettwäsche waren fantastisch. Wir hatten ein älteres Zimmer welches sehr feucht war/roch und streng nach Putzmitteln roch. Zudem war der Wasserspender in der Lobby defekt, wir konnten unsere Flaschen nicht auffüllen. Das Frühstück ist nicht inbegriffen. Die Preise im Restaurant auf dem Gelände sind dann doch eher hoch. Grundsätzlich schönes, aber doch in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Bilder sind schöner als das was wir hatten.

• David (8/5): Check can take a LONG time, but nice place and location after you get through thr front door - Great l9cation comfortable facilities The hotel never could find our Booking.Com reservation even though I had a print out from Booking.com. it took 45 minutes to check in because they could never find our res in the system. No reservation numbers matched up. They eventually found a res that matched ours but with someone else's names on an offside computer system

• Kristi (10/5): Hotel stay was great, billing was not. - Hôtel was great. Front desk staff was nice. Billing error that still is not fixed :( The park was mostly closed so we asked the hotel if we could check out a day early. She said yes but to tell booking.com We did. Neither the hotel or oolong.com adjusted the amount we were charged and today I see I was charge the entire amount. Both the hotel and booking.com told us we could check out early and only be charged one night. So we left early and STILL got charged the entire thing.
• OLIVIER (7/5): Good room but noisy if you have someone above - The view on the river was amazing At the reception when I knew that we had a room on the ground floor I ask to have something at a upper floor. The hotel was obviously not full but the answer was NO. We had two nights and twice we were up at 4 am because the guy above was walking in his room
• Wendy (10/5): Great place to stay that is budget friendly! Most of our time was spent exploring! - The location was perfect, overlooking the North entrance to Yellowstone. The room was nice and clean with comfortable needs and a huge TV. The windrow view was blocked due to a wall, but it was understandable as it was the parking lot. It was all made up for by the awesome fire pit and couches in the patio that overlooked the mountains. Elk were a common site in the grass area by the parking lot. We had stuck a great time and will be back! It was nice to have the restaurant and casino on property. Not sure if the restaurant is part of the hotel, but it was nice. The streaks we had that night were mediocre, and not really worth the 44 dollars. This is the only detail I would improve on.

• Diana Lee (10/5): It was relaxing and invigorating all at the same time. - I parti cularly liked the patio and the fire pit. Then, to even sweeten the deal, they supplied us smore kits, and the guests got together around the fire to chat, share travel stories, and eat smores. After all that fun, we enjoyed the Jacuzzi! It was a relaxing stay. There was nothing I didn't like

The Rusty Rail saloon next door has great food and engaging atmosphere. Good value all around. The “Mountain View” rooms on the first floor are actually right on the parking lot so request second floor. The Internet was spotty and dropped often.

• nataliewriteson (10/5): Great Stay in Gardiner! - We loved our stay at Ridgeline! Not only were the views fantastic and the location great for accessing Yellowstone, the staff was friendly and the amenities were great. We loved the s'more kits and sitting by the fire on the patio. Though we didn't use the pool, hot tub, or game room, we checked them out and will use them on a future stay. The rooms themselves are a bit outdated (walls, doors, floors) but the beds and linens were new and comfortable and the TV was large and easy to use. We brought the binoculars and walking stick into Yellowstone as well. We can't wait to stay at the Ridgeline again!

Blackout roll down curtains made the room really dark for sleeping. The fire pit at the main hotel/check in area was great. The other fire pit in the building we were in was not working.

• 131alainat (10/5): Solid Choice - Pleasantly surprised with the comfort and cleanliness of this small hotel in Gardiner. For perspective, my family and I have pretty high standards when it comes to travel. We are the Ritz, 5-star type. Our Yellowstone guides suggested we spend the night in Gardiner so we could have an early start in the park, and recommended The Ridgeline. We were only there for 1 night and would absolutely return.

On request they give you a package to make your own smores. The only slight problem was the view - our window was facing a wall.
• Gobeach56 (10/5): THE Best Hotel Accommodations in Gardiner - We recently returned to Gardiner for a trip into Yellowstone, and chose to stay at The Ridgeline Hotel in one of their cabins. The other lodging options (outside of the Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel inside The Park) leave a lot to be desired. However, we were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed our cabin stay. With a little more room, a mini kitchen, and living area with fireplace, the overall experience felt very homey. The spiral staircases take you to a personal deck for wildlife and sweeping views. We were able to cook breakfasts, make lunch and prepare simple dinners during our stay. Bathrooms had nice amenities with fluffy towels and a large shower. The hotel is within a very short walking distance to the town’s only grocery store and an 8-minute drive to The Park entrance. The check-in/check-out was speedy and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and informative. We’ll definitely stay here again.

• Wilkie (8/5): Ridgeline made a great base camp for our visits into Yellowstone. - Location was excellent. The s'mores around the firepits were a nice surprise and lots of fun. Staff were superb, helpful and friendly. Complimentary laundry facility was a bonus. The restaurant was amazing, wonderful selections, carefully prepared, friendly staff. Lack of an elevator was surprising and made transporting luggage more difficult than expected.
• Gregory (10/5): I would definitely recommend Ridgeline as a great place to visit. - Ridgeline was a great place to stay. They offer many additional immunities at no cost. They are in a great location and the staff was awesome.
• lizlubee (6/5): Pretty basic motel - We stayed here with a photography group (we never would have chosen it ourselves). The check in was very slow and the female employee was very abrasive. The beds are comfortable enough but the rooms are very dated. Our view was of the parking lot. The WiFi was quite poor and no complimentary breakfast was provided. We wouldn't stay here again.

We got to see wildlife in the hotel parking lot and throughout the town. Breakfast at the attached restaurant is not quick. The food was great but don't choose them if you are on a tight time line.

• Katherine (5/5): Disappointing compared to last year. - The room had an odor, perhaps mildew. The heat unit was loud and went on and off unpredictably. A remodel should be done.
