Guest Reviews
- a c (8/5): Very good - Staff was good at check in, but a bit grumpy. Room was very clean but the floor was a bit gritty, it needed to be swept. Bed was great. But the best and the greatest thing was it had a shower chair. I walk with a cain & need to sit on a shower chair, and their it was. Breakfast was very basic, but good. The area that is was in, was bad. A closed up, falling apart building next door is what you see when you drive up to the hotel. I'm sure the owner can't do anything about that. Pool was closed.
- Lancaster (8/5): Great stay! - The room and hotel very clean. The bed and pillows provided an awesome sleep! Breakfast was on point; grits, sausage, gravy and eggs
- Ruvym (7/5): -
- Tricia (10/5): A Nice, Comfy Stay in Arkadelphia - The room was large and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and took care of everything we needed! Honestly, the value for money here is off the charts.

- Beck (7/5): - Overall stay was well. Safe and comfortable. One very rude unprofessional employee. The other staff conducted proficiently
- Beck (10/5): - Clean rooms, quiet , very restful, dog walking area, and clean washer and dryer that works well It was a great stay.. but I wish since the laundry takes quarters, they were accessible. The price was perfect and machine cleaned my clothes well.
- Suzan (10/5): -
- Melba (10/5): - Bring with nonsense clean bed with very comfortable swimming pool was clean. I had a good time. Breakfast could have been better.Sausage was cold eggs were not good.Biscuits were not done all the way.
- Neumann (6/5): Fair. - The location is very close to the freeway exit. There is a gas station next door. The furniture in the room has probably never been cleaned.
- Belinda (10/5): Good jokes - Desk clerk was very personable Nothing

- Cheryl (7/5): Friendly staff and clean rooms. - Clean and some updates. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. I thought this was an interior corridor hotel, but it is a motel. Disappointed about that.
- HAROLD (7/5): -
- Rory (10/5): A great place to stay and the best value - We travel to Arkadelphia/Caddo Valley at least 10 times per year to visit our son in college. We have tried all the hotels in the area. This is by far the best priced for the quality. The beds are great. The service is awesome. The rooms are very clean.
- JASON (3/5): I am glad it was only one night. - The room itself was old and cheap. For example, the baseboards were popping off of the wall. There was hair in the sheets of the bed. The carpet was old and the TV was old as well. I could definitely hear the people on the second floor walking. The couch in the bedroom was old and dirty.
- Linda (4/5): - The room #115 STUNK of Must. Barely breatheable. Worker came & sprayed refresher, but... the smell was in the walls, furniture AND bedspreads!! Thank God that I brought my own blanket and pillows!! No other 1st floor avail & I couldnt walk to 2nd.
Front desk worker-excellent!! Breakfast was very good! Good AC.

- Jeffrey (2/5): - Air conditioner did not work.
- Barbara (10/5): Nice stay - Room was clean, smelled good, parking was great, breakfast was very nice, staff was super sweet
- Jason (10/5): - This was the perfect place for a quick night sleep with the family on our way to Dallas. All staff were extremely helpful and happy. The room was spotless and in great condition. As this was an older motel style place, the cleanliness truly stuck out. Bathroom was gorgeous.
Definitely on my list of places to stay for a quick night when travelling through the area.
- Schearer (5/5): Passable - The breakfast was bland to tasteless and very limited.
- Cynthia (10/5): Enjoyed will be back - Nice Nice and clean
- David (8/5): - For a hotel in Arkadelphia, it’s not bad. The property has been updated and decently maintained. Our room was clean and nice enough. The clerk who checked us in was friendly, and the clerk who helped me re-key my card when it didn’t work was helpful enough. I literally didn’t see another staff member during our stay. That’s not so great when the breakfast food items are out or low less than an hour into the service window and there’s no one around to refill or replenish them. Or, as my wife and daughter experienced, the person who is there seems to have an issue with people asking for or actually eating the items offered. I have no issues with this being a fairly low-budget stay or limited breakfast selections. A little more attention and cheerfulness would change this review from “good enough”” to “great”!
- Shannon (8/5): Very dec - An older hotel but clean and the beds were comfortable
- Brian (6/5): - Not sure when the room was last cleaned. There were cobwebs in a couple of the corners and one near the door.
- Jose (8/5): Very good -
- Jose (8/5): Very good -
- Debbie (8/5): - On day 2 of our stay, internet went out. It was very inconvenient for us to keep in touch with our family. Internet was still out when we checked out.
- Hawthorne (8/5): Very good -
- Debbie (8/5): Don't let the outside fool you, nice rooms! - Love the room, has recently had a refreshing and it was nice.
Showers are great , bed was comfortable. Breakfast, hot & cold food. The outside of the property needs a refresh. Don't let that fool you about the room.,
No elevators.
- Stephanie (6/5): - /
- Floyd (10/5): - Easy check in, clean room for a reasonable price. Free breakfast was a plus.
- ermagertz (8/5): Good location, comfy beds - Good location, plenty of parking, bed was super comfortable, shower was good. My room had a fridge and microwave as well. Nice breakfast. There were a few loud people but they didn't bother me, I was near the truck parking (by the pool which looked wonderful but I didn't use) but it was not an issue. I will stay here again if I the area, the staff I encountered were very nice. The wifi was not working during my stay, the man at the front desk apologized but it was not an issue for me. I enjoyed my stay very much.
- Erin (10/5): - Staff was great, everything was clean and looked new. Breakfast was typical stuff, but well done and kept stocked and clean. The wifi was out, but i arrived late and was informed immediately. I was only there to get away for a night, so it was perfect.
- Jesus Eduardo (10/5): - The principal reason for staying there was travelling. Crossing the state and visiting Catharine Lace. A simple and comfortable room, offering amazing amenities to enjoy and rest. Nice location, fast to arrive. The staff was really friendly and professional.
- Cole (4/5): - This is a motel. Exterior/open doors to parking lot. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was terrible, the night worker was great. All of the hotels in this area are the same except for the Hampton Inn.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Nice room, great pool area, and exceptional breakfast for the price!! Expensive for just 1 night
- william (10/5): - Very clean hotel!
- Barbara (8/5): - Good nights sleep, needs updates desperately.
- Jesica (10/5): Friendly staff, really good breakfast options, and extremely clean room. Cant wait to come back. - The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were extremely clean, housekeeping was on the ball every day with fresh towels, and extremely nice when we needed more. even though this is an older property, it is well worth the stay. To be honest, I really don’t have any complaints.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Darla (10/5): - I didn't like the noise from the interstate.
We were a few minutes late coming coming down for breakfast but staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we wanted.
- Gerald (8/5): - All was good, but I would suggest a night light and a bathroom door stopper.
- Ethan (8/5): Very good -
- Danny (6/5): - Ok
- Kervens (8/5): - N/A
- Karen (6/5): Good enough but probably would try a different motel if I’m ever in the Arkadelphia area again. - Close to the highway, easy access. Walking distance to a terrific Mexican restaurant. Front desk person was fine for check in but no knowledge of what was nearby or where to get a map of the area when I asked. Later I discovered there was a link to one on the motel website.
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Holloway (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (8/5): - Ok
- Nora (3/5): Poor - It was clean, and the staff was friendly. It should be clearly advertised as a Motel. Due to being so close to the Hiway and being a Motel, it was so much noise. You can hear all the vehicles passing through. When we shower, we had to move the shower head towards the wall. Otherwise, the water will splash outside the tub.
- PAULA (6/5): Might reconsider - Wouldn’t stay here again unless I was desperate. Check in was very friendly. The room left much to be desired. It opened to the outside, which is fine, but there was about a half-inch gap under the door and you could see daylight. The facility is aged and in need of upgrades. I found the bed hard and woke up with sore hips from sleeping on my side. The walls are paper thin, and we were awakened both mornings at 6:30 by the conversations and yelling of the kids and adults next door. Walking out the door, there was a clear view of the stairwell and the open storage space underneath it. There was lots of stuff tucked in there, and it should have been secured with a lock or at least shut. The linens and towels did seem clean.
- Virginia (8/5): - Overall it was fine for our overnight stay. Clean, quiet, and comfortable beds
- Gloria (9/5): Superb - Good location clean and close to Crackerbarrel. All good
- Susan (8/5): Very good - Decent room for the price. Pet friendly, good breakfast. Excellent shower. Rooms looked a bit worn.
- Cathy (7/5): easy place to get to, and clean - right off the highway, friendly staff. there were 2 restaurants right next door, both local and they were fantastic
- Ryan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Aniello (10/5): - Clean and modern: tv service non functional though
- Bishop (4/5): Disappointing -
- Lauren (2/5): Very poor -
- Nancy (6/5): - Property was a bit run down. Room was clean. Could hear neighbors clearly through walls/ceiling. Staff was friendly.
- Ludgerio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debra (9/5): Nice stopover - It was a very nice property. Clean rooms and friendly staff Nothing
- Douglas (10/5): - It was cold to go outside to get to rooms but inside was nice and comfortable.
- luis (10/5): - i like the employees very nice and helpfull....very good breakfast...i definitly will stay agin in this location
- LandAndSea77 (10/5): Fine place to stay for a trip on the road - This was a fine place to stay for a trip on the road. It's been updated nicely with clean vinyl floors. The bed wasn't perfect (box and springs perhaps) but it was OK for a night. Other facilities were fine. Breakfast included eggs, meat, and yogurt. Navigation to get in and out of the lot was tricky. Even tho it looks like all rooms are interior from the front of the building, most the rooms actually are on exterior access. I would stay here again.
- TuA_12 (10/5): A good value in Arkadelphia! - We have stayed at this hotel before, but this trip was amazing! Our ADA room seemed to have been recently updated, the hotel was completely non-smoking (great for our allergy issues), and our room was very clean. Due to our allergies, I always check a room's AC filters, which I then clean if necessary; this room's filters were spotless. Thank you to the person who pays attention to that level of detail. This is not a new hotel, but the management has worked hard to keep it nice, and it was a good value. The breakfast was also good, and the lady at the front desk was kind and helpful. We hope to stay here again. Thank you, Quality Inn!
- Debra (7/5): Good -
- Angela (10/5): - Breakfast
