The carpet on the stairs is torn and needs to be replaced and the chair in my room had stains all over it making it look nasty so I just didn't use it. Other than that I would say it is a pretty good hotel

I could hear EVERY word and felt I was in the same room as my neighbors. So asked to move. That room was quiet but NO INTERNET. I could not work at all. Then if I left room for ice etc. LOcked out! I had to walk a city block to get the key redone. So absolutely frustrating. Overall very nice peaceful pool area until after 3pm. Beautifully done. Just not for a business traveler All of above

Weaving (3/5): It was really a nice day. There’s just a few improvements. You guys need to work on. I would most likely come stay again - The kitchen staff was really friendly. The food was great. The hot tub could use some working on cleaning and cleaning and the pool was way too cold and it was really crowded with no supervision with no supervision of the other children. there was no washcloth and no toilet paper and it was very hard to get towels delivered to the room. We had to go get them ourselves. There was no soap shampoo in the room. You had to go to the front office sometimes people have anxiety and don’t like to face Public so maybe we should put it in the room

Andrea (8/5): Your transformation of the hotel for artists and the auction was incredible! - The transformation of the hotel space interior was incredible. The plaza and the artists. It was unique and signature I attended the 3 day event schedule in connection with the Russel Museum. The water with ice in the main entrance was mostly empty all day. Every day. The cash machines ran out of cash. The trash cans on the second floor were overflowing. Trash and food scraps adjacent to the fine art displays looked terrible. Trash was spilling onto to the floor. And was like that for over 24 hrs. I wanted to assume that the the hotel was perhaps understaffed for the event. It would be wise to consider how these gaps could be addressed in the future.

Andrea (3/5): Disappointed. - Our room wasn’t clean, there were stains on the office chair, dirty washcloths in the shower, and stains on the bed spreads. The beds were really uncomfortable and loud, like there was plastic on them. We also tried to eat at the Max restaurant and even invited friends but after sitting for 30 minutes without being acknowledged by any of the staff we left. We have stayed here before and had a good experience so this was very disappointing and we will not be staying here again.

Staff was friendly, and the pool area is very nice. I was surprised to find no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. There were 2 tiny bars of soap and a tiny bottle of lotion. Someone told me you could ask for shampoo, but I still thought that was weird. Also, the pool and hot tub were closed the whole weekend “for maintenance” though they looked fine and no maintenance was done that we saw. That was disappointing.

The first room had no mattress and was in disarray from an art show. The second room faced a brick wall. Not what I paid for. Mattress was worn out and not comfortable. Bathroom needs a redo. No soap or shampoo etc. Hallway carpets are worn out with big wrinkles creating tripping hazard. Pool was shut down and covered over. We have stayed here many times but this is our last last. Prefer comfort inns.
