- Dang (10/5): - Upon arriving we were greeted by the most nicest lady Polly. She help us get our rooms and even changed our first room because the fridge wasn’t working. Through out our 5 day stay for the music festival in Sacramento she and her staff greeted us warmly. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, with lots of options. This was the cleanest place I’ve seen and everything was well kept. Would stay again next year for the next music festival.

- Therese (10/5): - Breakfast did have several options. It didn’t start til 0630, and could have started at 0600 for travelers and workers that need an early start. Plenty of safe parking. Didn’t get in hot tub or pool. Intake staff very pleasant and social. I would definitely stop here again on my travels.

The entire staff was extremely nice very friendly. The continental breakfast delicious the pool area very nice. It was just overall very very nice. I know I would highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back

The hotel was clean, the pool was clean, the breakfast is decent, and the staff is amazing. Definitely stay here if you’re in the area for a tournament.

Guillermina, the housekeeper, is a sweet person & will help you with anything you might need for your comfortable room. I recommend this property if you’re in Galt, California or surrounding cities.

I love the Free Breakfast, it was awesome a buffet and a lot of choices to choose from. It served from 6:30am but on the Expedia is stated 7am so that needs to be corrected. I love the Jacuzzi in our room. Nice and Big and Great. The room had excellent lighting and had the basic amenities in it which is Great. I disliked that the Television had only cable. I mean, come on it’s 2024 that needs an upgrade. I disliked that the quality of toilet paper was thin and cheap. When we checked in we had a used toilet paper roll in it. I didn’t want to make a big fuss but hellloooo Hotel/Inn, Service. That needs an improvement. Apart from that I would gladly stay book again at this same Hotel again.

The bathroom was just as bad ( there was a leak coming from somewhere maybe the toilet). The fire sprinklers started dripping on our last night. We booked three nights but only stayed 2 ( it took everything in me to stay that long). Not what I expected from a Best Western.

- Verified traveler (4/5): A sad Best Western - I often stay in Best Western hotels on trips, which totals probably around a week a year spread out over a few different hotels. This is probably the worst Best Western I've stayed at. We arrived at 8pm to check in, the agent told us how lucky we were that one room was left. We booked the room months ahead, so I'd hope so. I confirmed we still had the bed selection I booked and paid for. He chuckled that it was a couple dollars extra a night for a king bed. It was $20 extra a night, and even if it was one cent, I paid for it so I expect it. We received the room right next to the manager's room, across from the laundry room, and very close to the lobby and breakfast area. It was loud day and night with check-ins, the lobby TV running, housekeeping setting up their carts, breakfast being set up. The room itself was very dirty, spiderwebs and clumps of dirt in corners, hair on pillows and towels, etc. As someone who typically loves staying at Best Western and appreciates their customer service, this visit was extremely lacking. I doubt I'll have a reason to go back to Galt in my life, but if I do, I'll certainly stay elsewhere.

- Melanie (8/5): - Quiet, clean, smaller hotel. Staff was friendly. My room was cleaned during our 3 night stay but my friend’s room was not. Also, we had a lot of trouble getting our luggage in and out of the front doors. They don’t stay open and maneuvering the luggage cart was almost impossible for 2 people. One person couldn’t have done it. We asked staff for help but he held one door open then stood and watched. There are 2 sets of double doors and needed 2 people to keep them open. Somehow that needs to be fixed. I’d stay there again though.
