François (5/5): Décevant par rapport au prix payé. - L'emplacement dans la ville et le parking gratuit. Les sanitaires dans la chambre et la déco au sous-sol. Les vitres s'ouvraient totalement ce qui nous a permis d'aérer la chambre à notre arrivée. La chambre aurait du être calme à cet endroit mais nos voisins du haut ne nous en ont pas autoriser la quiétude. La qualité du petit-déjeuner n'était vraiment pas terrible. Certes il y avait le choix mais les petits pains au chocolat n'étaient pas assez cuits par exemple. Les oeufs brouillés étaient d'une couleur très pâle et pas vraiment le goût des oeufs, le café n'était pas terrible non plus. Pas de plateau pour prendre le tout . Dans la chambre, la literie et le coussin ne nous a pas permis de nous reposer comme il se devait. Les voisins du dessus avaient un enfant qui courait dans la chambre tard le soir et tôt le matin, tous les pas résonnaient dans notre chambre. La déco de la chambre mériterait un coup de neuf.

Daniela (10/5): Wir wurden erfreulich überrascht. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut und aussergewöhnlich reichhaltig. Das Hotel liegt zentral und ruhig, unweit des grossen Platzes mit Bars und Restaurants und den Gebäuden, die mit alten Fotos die Bedeutung Bastogne im 2. Weltkrieg dokumentieren.

Uitgebreid ontbijt met alles erop en eraan. Royale eigen parkeergelegenheid. Op loopafstand van het centrum Badkamer was modern en nieuw maar erg klein en moeilijk te betreden naar het toilet. Ontwerpfoutje??? Behalve de eigenaar niet zo attent personeel in de bediening. Menukaart is niet uitgebreid genoeg voor een meerdaags bezoek. Maar t centrum van de stad is zeer nabij

Evaristo (8/5): Pudiera ser mejor - Nos ofrecieron un upgrade de habitación, por lo cual accedimos a una con antesala, muy amplia y cómoda. Parecía que la hubieran habilitado recientemente. El desayuno fue bueno, aunque con poca variedad en el menú. Muy cerca de todo. La habitación no tenía servicio de café, aunque había una máquina en el lobby. Las cortinas dejaban entrar toda la luz y lucían viejas, lo que hacía que la habitación se desmereciera. De verdad sugeriría que las cambiaran.

Luc (9/5): Très bon séjour avec un petit déjeuner au top. - L’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. Très bien situé. La décoration de l’hôtel et des chambres. Faible Insonorisation des chambres et oreillers un peu durs.
Debby (9/5): Consigliatissimo - Ottima posizione, a piedi abbiamo raggiunto tutti i museo. La camera spaziosa con un letto enorme. Pulizia eccellente. Colazione molto buona sia salata che dolce, fanno delle uova strapazzate fantastiche!!!!! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa..... Il cuscino piccolo e troppo molle per noi.

Blaž (6/5): - Lokacija vredu. Absolutno predrago za urejenost sobe vse je dotrajano in potrebno obnove. Spa welnesa ne deluje. Skozi okna je pihalo ker je bilo polomljeno. Pri zajtrku sem pogrešal pečena jajca (na oko).
