- june (9/5): Thank you! I appreciated the nice room, hot tub, pool and very helpful and efficient staff. - Location was fine. Staff very helpful and kind. The breakfast was good for most tastes. I would like to see greener options like re-usable or recyclable silverware, instead of plastic. It would also be great to see whole grain options and some plain yogurt instead of all with sugar. One morning there was a cow's milk alternative. Thank you for that !

- Cornes (10/5): Great place to atay - The staff once again was very friendly and accommodating. I stayed there multiple times now and they are always great! I think it's Ella if I'm remembering right at front desk. Young blonde girl that has helped me with loaning me a couple things I forgot and needed. She's always very friendly and professional. The rooms are always clean. Never any noise. Just a nice relaxing stay. Thank you! Nothing really I didn't like.

- David (10/5): The staff politely friendly and helpful and the property beautiful and clean - It's a perfect location for me and my ohana my son is a in coming freshmen at pacific university and the hotel is close to the college stores food and gas stations my ohana will be staying at the best western university for the next for years infact I'll be back on October 25 2025 for my son's home coming football home game at university see you guys soon. Stayed in the ADA compliant room and it was great except for the shower curtain hung out over the floor tile (past the edge of the shower pan) so all the water dripped onto the tile floor making it extremely wet and slippery.

- Kelly (7/5): - Like that the hot tub and pool are open 24 hours for adults only in the later hours. Free breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff was friendly. Our room had a big jetted jacuzzi in the room, which was fun. Dated furniture and rooms. The better door was looking aged and worn. There was what looked like water damage along the bottom of the bathroom door. The room was literally DOUBLE what we paidn a few nights before at a swanky downtown hotel room and it was far inferior. There incidentals hold is also double.

- Sherry (4/5): Basic…would stay if I had to - Could use an update, very basic rooms and amenities. Didn’t love the homeless man in his car outside our room window the whole stay. Pool was freezing cold, two other guests came to try and swim while we were there and touched the water and immediately left. Hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on either.
- Serenity (10/5): - The pool is available 24/7 to adults but kids aren't allowed in past 10pm. The hot tub was nice and hot with powerful jets. The breakfast was outstanding and tasty. The beds are absolutely soft and comfortable and the rooms were cold to sleep in which is everything to us.

- larasD1174NG (4/5): Do not stay here. - Good things: super comfy mattresses, hot tub was hot, really cool that juice & coffee are free all day. However I was refused the $50/10,000 point credit for a 3night stay, even though my stay was 3 nights. Fun side activity: I also had several deposits held on my card, and had to check in & out every day. Our room had loud, pounding music all day & night - turns out we were above the pool. I was told how sorry they were, and that was it. We had to try to work & take meetings with a constant, loud bass in the background, as well as try to sleep through it. After several texts and complaints, on the last night, somebody finally turned it off at 7PM.

The seats were not changed, accidentally left a new pair of shoes, and the hotel did not try to call me.
