- Adam (7/5): - The location I got 2 bags of chips and a soda from the vending machine and one of the chips expired in August 2025. I unfortunately saw the expiration after eating it and after I saw that I was skeptical to drink the soda because I could not find a date on it and decided to just throw it away.

Also the water pressure on the shower head was barely coming out. We were happy to have a mini fridge in our room, and the location was very convenient to getting quickly getting to various destinations. To have a nice continental breakfast or at least coffee and muffins.

Wonderfully clean (soaked up water I spilled on the floor and the towel was still white clean) and quiet hotel located close to downtown. All hallways are locked with key card access to assure safety. The heated pool and hot tub were clean and the perfect temperature. The staff is all friendly and ready to meet your needs. The only downside we had was that we paid extra to get the balcony room, however, the balcony faced the wall of the adjacent building almost close enough to be able to touch. Next time I will be sure to call an make sure we do NOT get a balcony that was such a bummer. FYI-it was room 308 and we stayed in late February

- NotG700 (6/5): Quiet, clean and safe - They have interior hallways, so I felt safe. Very clean room. Hotel doesn't offer breakfast so I felt I lost value in my booking. Pillows were small and bed could've used a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. Liked the convenience of a hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room. Adequate plugs for technology and sleep equipment.

Had a quick stay in Napa and I was considering this Best Western and a few other hotels in the area that included breakfast. I decided to stay here because every Best Western Plus I've stayed at includes breakfast. When I booked my room directly through Best Western the website lists breakfast as included and it is also stated on 3rd party booking websites (hotels, priceline, expedia..). This is false advertising. I booked a king room with a balcony and the balcony faces a wall, which is about 10 feet away, plus there is scaffolding and support poles between the wall and my balcony. No view, no breakfast and false advertising. Disappointing.

- Lisa (8/5): Quite lovely motel with updated rooms and was pleasantly surprised by the location. - Ease of check in and location was close in proximity to the Blue Note Summer Session at the Meritage. Lots of places nearby as well. Parking was a breeze, but only one elevator in the middle of the property. Pool and spa area were not used during our stay but the area looked clean and I would definitely enjoy the space if we had the time. Honestly, it beats some of the other local hotels (Napa Marriott I'm talking to you). It was just as comfortable as downtown Napa, etc and the price can not be beat. I would 100% stay there again. We had a room for three people, but there was only enough kcups for two people and no creamer. A nice keurig is provided but not all the coffee comforts.

We asked for a room upstairs and for a small difference in price, we moved to a room much quieter. Avoid rooms downstairs. You can hear all the noises from upstairs and outside. The restaurant connected to the hotel is closed. We were offered vouchers to get bagels from a bagel place next to the hotel. I’m not sure why Expedia still offers to include the breakfast option.
- Happiness56118012134 (6/5): This is a good stay for a short stay. A few upkeeps need to be addressed. A little over priced . - The location is central to downtown Napa. The hotel room was on first floor and noisy above us. Ceiling had heavy footsteps and dropping noise. Rug was torn in one spot and tripped over it in middle of night. TV was not able to stream channels as advertised. There is no restaurant or food provided for a fee as advertised. There is not enough closet space for a week plus stay. The room was clean and everyone was very friendly. The outdoor pool and hot tub were adequate for when we were in between activities. They also have a gym with enough equipment to a good workout. Business computer and room good feature. Also have a guest laundry room that we were unaware they had, and I would have brought less clothing if I knew about it. Coffee and espresso and latte and cappochino machine available 24/7 in the lobby. Very good feature. Plenty of parking.
