- Crenshaw (10/5): Super - Loves the smoked salmon soup and the breakfast. Also the amenities in the room were first class.
- Ralph (10/5): -
- Rainier (7/5): Good hotel for a shorter stay. - Just a good no nonsense hotel with a very nice bed.
Clean room as well and a well functioning air-conditioning.
Very nice staff. As a European, the breakfast was quite average.
No sliced cheese or cold cuts like ham for the toast, no croissants and very week and quite tasteless coffee.
Also a bathtub which is only 1 foot in height was quite a disappointment. Could hardly get my feet under water.
- Christine (8/5): - Amabilité du personnel, confort et propreté de la chambre et laverie nickel La qualité du petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré
- Steve (7/5): -
- Daniel (9/5): - Staff, location, great bed. A bit loud on Saturday night.

- Rebecca (9/5): - The breakfast stayed open longer than most and I didn't feel rushed. The food was the same as all the others.
- Fuller (7/5): - Staff very nice Location wasn’t the best. Views were ugly and driving in seemed a bitch sketchy
- Michelle (10/5): - Where else can you get customer appreciation smoked salmon and chowder at 5:30. It was amazing. Staff was excellent. Facilities were clean. Great alternative to something more expensive in town.
- Margene (10/5): - The room was huge, comfortable, best view of any room there, loved all the windows for viewing the Bay. Friendly and helpful staff The toilet was very short and more for a child. Needs to be replaced.

- V5937NRmarieb (10/5): A charming, clean, inexpensive stay in Astoria, Oregon right on the river at a great value. - If you are looking for charm and good service right on the waterfront in Astoria, Oregon, this is the hotel for you. We had the King with the electric fireplace and the spa tub. It is not a modern hotel. However, it has a warm charming atmosphere like having wide molding on the doors and was very clean and had great attention to the little details, like his and her robes in the closet. When I asked for a couple more pillows, the manager brought them to the room herself. In the lobby, they offer complimentary fruit and herb infused water, cookies at 3pm, and Salmon chowder at 5pm, as well as hot breakfast in the morning. The price I paid was a great value compared to others in the area and I had a corner spa tub and an electric fireplace for a price similar to a room elsewhere without. And a river view from my room on top of it. Honestly, I usually don't write reviews. However, this hotel deserves one. If you stay here, you won't regret. My husband and I didn't.

- tinatD7475KW (10/5): My favorite place - I really love it here. If you get a room overlooking the water, you can watch the pilot boats and cargo ships head out over the Columbia Bar. I brought my binoculars to get a better look. Even saw an eagle! They always have salmon chowder in the evening. I have stayed before and will again.

- X4823QVjessical (10/5): Clean comfortable amazing staff easy location - Great location, quiet, staff was great easy to deal with, clean comfortable room
- Christopher (10/5): - Everything here ia top notch. We wont ever stay anywhere else in Astoria. We actually own a home.in Ocean Park Wa and have stayed here on short trips to the coast to explore Astoria & Warrenton. Great place. Great location. Great staff. Nothing8
- Flyer14141587893 (10/5): Wonderful Stay - Always a wonderful stay at the Lloyd. Very clean room, nice hot breakfast, great view of the water, quiet rooms. We will always stay here when in the area.
- samanthatK5105XK (10/5): Worthwhile stay. - The young lady at the front desk made the entire experience worthwhile and she was extremely friendly and is truly the face of your establishment. She listened to what I needed from my stay, and I got exactly what I needed and more. Give this lady a raise! Also the bed was amazing!
- devino162 (10/5): A Delightful Stay in Astoria - The location is excellent for exploring Astoria and the surrounding areas, and is quiet while being near the road. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi tub! It was the reason I chose the Lloyd, quite honestly. It was the best value to amenities in Astoria. The swimming pool and hot tub are clean and easily accessed. I'm already planning my return visit!
- jeremyrQ6389ZH (6/5): Cozy place - The sauna and the salmon chowder made it worth it
- angelapB3921HP (10/5): Definitely NOT a Motel 6! - He arrived a little later than expected, but we're still greeted with a smile, smoked salmon chowder, cookies, and fruit flavored water! There were fluffy robes, coffee, tea, and waters waiting for us in the room, but we quickly changed into our suits and headed to the hot tub (pool and sauna). There was a library we didn't use, but we were able to check out a game to play. We slept in comfy beds with 5 pillows each and woke up to a wonderful buffet breakfast. They had eggs, delicious sausages, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt, beverages, everything. After another soak, we grabbed a few cups of flavored water and checked out for a lovely day of exploring Astoria on the trolley. We will be back!
- Angela (9/5): Wonderful stay with lovely amenities! - The cookies, chowder, flavored water, robes, breakfast, hot tub and sauna. Staff was lovely, rooms were clean, and beds comfy! Parking lot may have been difficult to locate if it's didn't have GPS, but I did, and so does everyone else. A river view would be lovely, but what can you do?
- Wayne (4/5): For the price, we most likely will not be back.... - Breakfast was great with good choices, very friendly lady and very attentive.... The driveway entrance SUCKS, nothing like driving through pot holes and mud puddles to get to your destination. Our room was on the bottom floor 132. Up stairs from us was a family with little kids that were jumping off the beds thumping the floor, dropping toys on the floor until 11:30PM.... Your gal at checkout asked how our stay was and I told her our story. She said I should have called the front desk because quiet time is 10:00PM. So I said it was OK for all that to go on from 7:00PM until 10:00PM....... Should I say more. OH, and it is nearly impossible to make a left hand turn onto 101 North.... we finally went left to the round about.....

- jimp349 (10/5): Great place to stay - We chose this hotel for our two night stay in Astoria, and we were not disappointed. Our king room was on the 4th floor with a view of the river, and it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and the salmon chowder they serve in the lobby every day at 5:00 was amazing.
- Compass512601 (10/5): Must Stay Here - Great location, staff and service.
- 558sheenad (10/5): Beautiful hotel and people - Everybody was extremely friendly and personable. If we needed anything they were happy to assist and in a very timely manner!
We loved the pool and hotub. Food was great too! Room had such a cool view!
- Samantha (1/5): - I was only at the hotel for a few hours and I paid for 2 days I would like my money back I didn't like that the doors were outside and that you could hear the neighbors having a normal volume conversation in detail to the point where it feels like your safety is that question.
- Kelley (9/5): - Everything. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and inviting. The rooms cozy. Linen was hypoallergenic. The pool was not over chlorinated the clean! The beds were a little on the high side. We kept having ti lift our toddler up.
- Adventure68082206995 (10/5): Nice hotel overall - Comfortable hotel. Nice view of the river. Breakfast buffet was good.
- davidkR4994ZM (10/5): The perfect hotel for a peaceful stay - This is one of the better hotels we have stayed at in Astoria. The pool wasnt over chlorinated, it wasnt chilled, staff was friendly, the bedding and towels were hypoallergenic. No loud noises. We would stay here again!
- H3604UGsharons (10/5): The Lloyd Has It All! - I have been to most area hotels for business and The Lloyd is by far, my favorite! Perfectly located, continental breakfast, free parking... The Loyd is the complete package!
From the pool and cozy library to the river view and fire place lounge -- this is a lovely place to serve as a launching point to enjoy the Oregon coast. Another point of difference is the delicious... and free dinner of smoke salmon chowder and cookie. This is my home away from home. When I travel for work, I know I have a clean, warm and friendly place to stay. Thank you to the entire team!
- Cheyenne (7/5): - Good stay- solid hotel- very friendly staff! I didnt really enjoy the location, it wasnt as close to attractions as we wanted. The pool was nice, but they maintenanced it during the morning pool hours. We waited a couple hours and the hot tub was cold. We left a bit disappointed. A suggestion, to Maybe schedule maintenance before or after the time to pool / hot tub opens.
- Karen (8/5): Nice but don’t stay in room 206! - Rooms were nice, beds were great, chowder was excellent, cookies warm. Staff was friendly. We checked in around 5 and they put us on the 2nd floor above the pool. It was extremely noisy until 10:00 pm. Shared concern with room location with staff and
told to contact manager the next day who was aware - but never responded or followed up to my concerns.
- terrygH1827PA (10/5): Most pleasant surprise! - Opened my choice rewards app while traveling up the Oregon coast to look for a place to stay for the night. This was the only choice near Astoria. But it couldn't have been better! Very clean, very friendly staff, and nicely appointed. Would stay here again in a New York minute.
- katiesN3680PB (10/5): Amazing - This was an amazing place to stay! Super clean. The food was very good and the staff was helpful and kind.

- catherine (9/5): - Comfortable and roomy. Good breakfast. Loved the afternoon cookies. Enjoyed the hot tub. Quiet. Wonderful view. It's a bit hard to find.
- 842russella (8/5): Good basic motel with a panoramic view of the river front. - This is a well-presented basic motel located in what feels like the industrial end of the riverfront. To access it you have to drive down a narrow alley between several storage buildings. The city has limited the size of the signs by the road that they can put up. They are small and hard to see. The rooms were very clean and comfortable but a little small. They had cozy bathrobes hung in our closets that we could use. They also had glass coffee mugs (not paper) and lots of shampoo and other amenity bottles in the room. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and efficient. We will stay here again.
- FrequentFlier747849 (10/5): Wonderful Hotel! - Love this hotel! Was in Astoria for the Fisher Poets Gathering and it was perfect.
- 714pollym (10/5): A delightful visit.... - I have stayed at the hotel several times and have always found the staff to be professional and pleasant .
- Stacey Wallgren (7/5): Great value - Great location! The staff was very friendly. The beds were really comfy. There was plenty of parking. We enjoyed the welcome cookie. We didnt try the chowder. We had a roll in shower. When you take a shower, you got water
everywhere. It was nice to see the available HBO and Cinemax shows. I dont think they had other apps like Netflix, Prime, etc.
- brittanysA9146BX (10/5): Friendly Staff with Good Amenities - The staff was helpful, informative, and friendly and the hotel had good amenities.
- Dawn (9/5): -
- Tamara (9/5): -
- Wanderer48723232863 (10/5): Very Very Comfortable - Great atmosphere and room inside and out!! The front staff was exceptional providing superior knowledge and professionalism. I felt like they (3 persons) went well above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. Great location….!! Very affordable and appreciate the business discount while working for one of the local area companies…. Looking forward to continuing my stays at this hotel in the future. Thanks!!!
- Amanda (8/5): -
- X7654UCdiannem (10/5): Excellent! - This was a dightful surprise. Very clean. Comfy bed with nice linens. Great view. Good free food. Excellent service. Wonderful stay! This was a GREAT choice.
- jessicadS2463ZD (10/5): always wanted to go to Astoria and explore, i have went and passed through but never stayed and explored, did some amazi - great location, quiet atmosphere, clean room, pretty good service.
- Escape11240806330 (10/5): Dark Arts Festival - Great staff. The room was very nice and quiet. The included breakfast buffet was great. Would definitely recommend this place
- Jalyn (10/5): -
- Charles (9/5): - Large room and 2 tvs and kitchen made it feel like home. Power went out and elevator was unusable the last day. We were on the 4th floor and my wife has trouble negotiating stairs.
- Bonnie (9/5): -
- allisona749 (10/5): Wonderful visit - Wonderful hotel with friendly staff, free cookies and chowder, and great view also. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub.
This was our second visit and we look forward to returning!
- justinmX327GF (10/5): Booked a last minute room with you because Jessi was so delightful over the phone. - Jessi is a wonderful member of the team. The breakfast was dope and the woman running breakfast was also super sweet to my kid. The complimentary salmon chowder was so good I went back for a 2nd round.
- 674jordang (10/5): An Excellent Visit - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I believe the price was fair given the facilities offered. Our room, #200, was right above the pool, and the pool users were loud, but when the pool closed, our room was quiet again. My spouse and I enjoyed the hot breakfast. Elly (sp ?) was very helpful, and the food was hot and tasty.
- K761FHdeanj (10/5): Get away - Beautiful place, loved the salmon chowder, the hot tub and sauna where the best! We will be back again. Great area quite!!
- Kayla (10/5): - Quiet, great pool for kids, nice staff
- B3979NFnicolem (10/5): Family beach off season vacay - This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and it was fantastic. The pool is the best. The service and staff were super helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff was on top of their game, I needed a sheet change mid stay. We accidently left some boots behind in the room. They were amazing in getting them UPS 'd back to us and it didn't cost too much for shipping those heavy things.
- Pioneer41843343513 (10/5): Will be back - Wonderful experience. Loved the hot tub. And we forgot some items in the room, and the staff called us and held it for us until I could return a week later. So helpful and kind.
- Uzeir (10/5): -
- K6568UGsusans (10/5): Highly recommend. - Everything was fabulous! Rooms clean. Staff very friendly. Evening chowder excellent. Hot tub is in need of replastering.
- Manuel (9/5): -
- Patricia (9/5): -
- Chelsea (8/5): -
- Andrew (10/5): -
- Traci (10/5): Short but full of comfort and great memories. Definitely coming back - They serve fresh cookies and smoked salmon chowder nightly and a good variety of items for breakfast on top of having board games to borrow to past the time It can be a little challenging to find at first as it is behind another business that shares the entrance but once you find it the hotel is great
- John (10/5): Don't miss out on a great experience stay at the Lloyd Hotel. You won't regret it. - We stayed here because of the comments on the great breakfast. They were not exaggerated they had eggs with cheese, biscuits and sausage gravy, fried potatoes, oatmeal. Muffins and much more. My wife eats only oatmeal and I like the rest. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we wanted to take them home with us. The staff was outstanding and helped us find many interesting things to do. Also I never liked clam chowder, but the smoked salmon chowder was great. If we ever get a chance to vacation in Oregon again we will stay here again. Nothing it was all great.
- Samantha (9/5): -
- Damon (7/5): -
- Chelsi (1/5): Not worth the price. - Amenities offered The price for quality was unbalanced. I can get the same quality at the Motel 6 for way less price.
- Alison (10/5): -
- timothy (10/5): Had a great room and the amenities are fantastic - Clean , very friendly staff excellent continental breakfast Nothing
- Patricia (10/5): Excellent Property & Wonderful Amenities - As someone with dietary restrictions, I loved that there were lots of options for breakfast - especially protein (eggs, sausage, etc) as well as cereals, pastries, etc. There were warm cookies, chowder and fruit infused water in the lobby. no negative things
- Hendrik (9/5): A very enjoyable stay and a great value; I'll stay here again. - Enjoyed a nice breakfast and loved the riverfront location.
Something should be done about that fog though... The entrance street to the hotel is potholed and should be addressed.
- James (9/5): - The rooms were very clean and the whole hotel had a cool classy vibe to it. The breakfast was great too!
- John (8/5): Worth the money - Great staff. Great Breakfast. Clean comfortable room.
Close to all important places. Nice view of the Columbia river Location is not the best. You have to drive through the U-Haul lot to get to the Motel.
- Jeff (10/5): -
- Kaytlynn (10/5): -
- Christopher (9/5): -
- Go53458831553 (10/5): Great place! Will stay again - Great place! Clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly.. next time will request a higher floor as 'neighbors' upstairs were quite noisy. Only complaint was only one wine glass in the room. Would have been nice to have 2.
Will stay again. Great location.
- Rachel (9/5): -
- Kristie (10/5): Great sray - The staff were awesome, rooms were nice No waffles, the window didnt open much
- Charles (7/5): Convenient - Quiet Nothing
- Ginna (10/5): Receptionist was a gem - very kind and we got to check in early. Breakfast was even better than the Hilton we stayed pre - The location was in a corner tucked from the madness of crowd :) I wish there was a separate sink inside the bathroom.
