The room was beautifully made up with very nice shower, amenities, body lotion, lovely towels, and a Keurig machine by the sink. Beautiful breakfast in the morning. I really had no issues with the property. The only problem is the Wi-Fi wasn’t working on my laptop. I think my browser was probably blocking the sign-up page.

• P3487FTgeorgeh (10/5): Home away from home!!! - I have a huge group of family that lives in the Calexico area so obviously we tend to travel there often for different events for the most part we've stayed at the Best Western in El Centro because of its ideal spot for restaurants and stores and just overall shopping and we've never had any issues staying there I most definitely will continue to stay at the Best Western in El Centro because of its convenience and hospitality...

• Andrew (6/5): Voted best hotel in Imperial Valley - can’t say I agree - The breakfast was limited but tasty, the TV selection was good and there was complimentary water and fruit The rooms had no bedside lights and table lights/light-switches were the other side of the room. You had to stumble around in the dark at night. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work. The pillows were tiny and were more like cushions and the towels were not that clean, one had large black hairs in it.

• Lorraine (8/5): - I travel to El Centro quite a bit and I have stayed at other hotels but this Best Western is my favorite. It’s very clean, comfortable and plush, safe. a great place if your alone or bring you decide to make it a family outing. They have hygiene products in the room and it’s more on the fancy side compared to other places I have stayed at. When you get a little hungry there is a variety of choices available within walking distance and when it’s time for your morning coffee there is a Starbucks close by, not to mention Best Western has a great range of breakfast foods available for any kind of palate. This is my home away from home.

• slappomatt (6/5): likely the best value in El Centro from the big chains - I am out for work monthly here, so I have tried all the large chain hotels in the area. this is the one I have landed on, decent breakfast. clean enough, reasonable price for the area ( which is oddly high for some reason) nice smart TV. biggest issue is the wifi is a little slow.

• Alaina (4/5): After staying in this hotel several times per year for several years - I will never stay here again! - Location is good - right off freeway. Very clean. Breakfast is passable. This time I was on the ground floor & it was more noisy than when I have a room on the 2nd or 3rd floors. Bed was very hard - could barely sleep all night. TV programming was changed from the passed viewing program of Direct TV to what I guess is streaming - terrible shows! Plus, it also keep going off & on every 5-10 minutes so viewing anything was very annoying. There is nothing else for me to do when in the room so if I cannot watch TV what can I do, but get angry!

Room smelled musty. Then when I opened the door to the bathroom, there was an overwhelming smell. (A cleaner but too strong). Took me a couple of hours to get used to the smell. Hard to breath at times..... I had no HOT water in the morning for a shower. This was unexcusable..
