- Esther (8/5): - Overall a good room for $90/night. Only real complaint is that I did not see there was a $25/night pet fee on Expedia. I likely would have stayed elsewhere if I knew that. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, but no stoppers for the sink or bathtub, had to go buy one. Would stay again but would also look for other options.
- SUMNER (4/5): - This is an old facility badly in need of remodeling and upgrading. I do not enjoy staying here, but do so because their rates are lower than others in the area. I'm very tight with my money; and their rates are lower than most others. However, you usually get what you pay for, as the saying goes.

- Andy (10/5): Very clean, basic accommodation - Hotel is a bit older, but very, very clean. Appeared to be recently updated. I enjoyed the rocking chair in my standard room. Basic accommodations, but very clean. Brand new asphalt parking lot provided easy off street parking, and I was able to park long truck and trailer on a safe side street next to my room. I’ll stay there again if ever passing through .

However, we did not get clean bed linens the entire 5 nights we were there. We did get clean bath linen on request, which we needed. The staff was friendly when we saw them. We really liked the staff at JBs restaurant, right next door. We were there to attend a conference--when a meal wasn't provided we ate at JBs==good food, good service. They gave us a gift certificate for next year when my husband at least will be there. The cost was a bit pricy, but it is a conference that fills up all the lodgings in town, so we understand that. Motel would be much improved with a refresh.

There was a sign in the lobby visible to guests that said “Fuckery will not be tolerated”. Room door did not lock. No Smoke Detector in room. - an unpleasant experience.

- Jamie (8/5): - Firm matresses, good sized rooms. Its an older hotel and has been going through updates. Breakfast is not served, a discount is sometimes given for a nearby JBs restaurant instead. The only thing that was odd was being pushed out before the 11am checkout time. We had to drive to slc for an evening flight so we were just hanging out, killing time, and we had a knock on the door with someone trying to get us to leave and make 11 am more urgent than it was. This was before 10 am. We felt like we were being pushed out. If they don't mean 11 am for checkout they need to change thwir policy to earlier than 11.

We could not park in the parking lot the entire time. Paving woke us up every morning and went on until dark. Our room was stifling because the AC unit is hidden behind a closet and we had to ask for a fan to move air. We couldnt open the window because of paving and other guests. There was a designated smoking area w chairs set up right outside our room and every night there was a loud group of men drinking and smoking fir hours. Why in the world do they not designate an area away from guest rooms?? Our room smelled like smoke too. The room definitely needs a deep clean and time to toss out some of the stained towels. Maybe paving indicates theyre going to give some attention to those things. But I'm disabled and having to park a block away way very inconvenient.

- JoAnn (4/5): - I ended up getting a third room in addition to the two I had booked. That room was nice. The two I originally booked were not. They did upgrade my daughter’s room because her door didn’t lock. That was also nice. Mine however looked nothing like the pictures. There were stains all over the carpet and dust built up on the baseboards. I paid for this trip and ended up in one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I have pictures and a video of the room. I’m not sure if I can trust Expedia and the pictures of the properties after this. I know for sure I will never stay at this place again and will tell everyone I know to steer clear. The pool was nice and so were the upgraded room and the more expensive one. But for me, this dump of a room really put a damper on the family trip I planned. I am glad my family didn’t have to stay in a room like mine, but it still sucked for me!

It looked like they were remodeling after the name change and instead of shutting down rooms and finishing the room completely they just cleaned up there mess and rented the room.

The photos are very deceiving, the rooms are nothing like the photos and the pool was clearly not maintained the cement was breaking. It was a let down. I understand buildings get old but it felt like there were no standards.

- Tour13132635954 (4/5): Taken to the Cleaners, by the Cleaners - We happened upon the Antlers Inn, in Vernal Utah after a long day of travel. We were looking for a decent hotel, to shower and sleep. We were greeted by a zealously friendly desk manager, who welcomed us and offered us a room at a decent price. The room was outdated, meaning the carpets were in tough shape, stretched out, bubbled, stained and filthy, the chairs were dirty/stained/old .. the shower curtain had stains, the tub was dirty and the grout had mold, the toilet seat was broken and the shower gel was half empty. Usually, this would cause me to take pictures, but we were so tired I simply showered and went to bed, thinking, well, you get what you pay for. Our room looked nothing like the pictures online. Prior to leaving, I checked the bed spread to make sure our bare feet did not cause dirt stains, as the carpet was that bad. The hotel offered a voucher to the eating establishment next door for free breakfast. The service was great, great salsa, however, the food...was nothing to rave about. After returning home, we noticed we had incurred 2 extra charges from the hotel. After calling the hotel to inquire about the extra charges we were informed that we had stained the comforter. After requesting the pictures twice, we received pictures of a blood stained comforter. We only have their word, and not any photo proof on our end. Either they made a mistake on the room number or we are being scammed. Book at your own risk.

- Suni (10/5): - This place is a hidden gem. It’s quiet and safe, but has all the wonderful accommodations you need. The wonderful woman that owns and runs this place is so easy to work with and sweeter than pie. The rooms are nice big with very comfy beds and chairs. I would stay here again just to come stay here.

- Jim (8/5): - The room was good and the bed comfortable, but there were a few things that need attention. The shower tile grout is showing signs of mold. I scraped some out with my fingernail. The front door had a big draft of cold air coming in from under it. I put my coat along the bottom to block the draft. There are not enough electrical outlets to charge phones, iPads, watches, and to serve our CPAPS. The electrical outlets by the bed were so old/loose the plugs could not stay in the outlet, thus every move or roll in the bed caused the plug to fall out and turn the CPAP off. They did have a power strip that helped with the devices, but not the CPAPS.
- robert (8/5): good room with a nice price - the room was above average and unique. it was a bit dated but for the price it was very nice. the bed was good and the staff were helpfull.

- Samantha (6/5): - Staff was kind, and check in was quick! But once in room, shower had dirt in it. Like it wasn’t washed. Some left over beard trimming in the sink. Bed was soft and enough pillows, for 3 to lay with an extra.
- Michelle (2/5): - I simply asked to cancel the 2nd night, and you had to get mad about it...Why???...you made me feel very uncomfortable...then i agreed to just let it go and you still kept complaining about it..then we went to check out this morning..you gave me a dirty look as the door was locked..then you just stood there..so i left the key cards as we had to get going...no where on your website does it mention a 25.00 hold for 7 days...my card is showing i wont get it back for a week..bo worries..we wont be back.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is a really nice hotel. It was wonderful room that felt like a little bungalow. The staff was great. You get a coupon for %10 or %15 off breakfast at the restaurant next door. If you book directly, you get a free buffet at the restaurant. I used the laundry facility, which was good. The gym looked nice, as well as the pool (I didn't have time to use either).

The lady that checked us in said it was an incidental fee but receipt said deposit. I thought it was just a pre authorization but it was an actual charge.

The room was nicely decorated and had good supply of amenities better than most hotels of the same price range. The hotel is located on the Main Street with lots of traffic but I didn’t really hear any noise. There are also many dinning options nearby.
