• Robert (3/5): I will not be staying at Best Western again. - I was not impressed at all. I have stayed at your hotels before. This one is an old renovated motel. That was not complete in renovations and very expensive for the offering. Have you ever sat on a paint can to use the toilet. Extremely small. Like sitting on a toilet in a SW Airlines plane. bout he size of a paint can. several unrepaired items, cracked sink, wide crack at the bottom of front door Breakfast was sad. I could see why. The motel was filled with workers, However no one was eating breakfast. Parking lot was not properly paved. It was like cobble stones. Very hard for older people to walk on or anyone for that matter.

• Brogan (8/5): Clean, affordable and centrally located. - Property was clean and central area There was a man clearly there for work and was up around 3 am walking around above us and you could hear every step. Only lasted for an about 35 minutes but at 3 am….it might has well been forever.

• Ann (3/5): Awful hotel, great desk lady - Lady at desk very accomodating 2nd floor walkway, seriously slick..type of tile with natural dust make it quite dangerous. Beware of step in front of your door. Room floor not level. The breakfast was very disorganized, eggs and sausage cold, no milk was out, machine out of orange juice, cranberry juice watered down a lot. Hot water was cold. Containers holding cereal looked old worn and accumulated dirt.

• Russell (8/5): Breakfast Buffet only thing not to liking - The Breakfast Buffet changed to heated freeze dried eggs and bacon. The eggs looked like the plastic kind that kids get with their play kitchens and they had very little taste and were the consistency of rubber. The bacon was paper thin, looked like bacon imprinted on cardboard. The orange juice tasted like watered down Tang. Luckily the bread was real as was the butter for it.

• Kenneth (6/5): Pleasant - AC unit was so loud that it was impossible to watch tv and difficult to carry on a conversation. Fortunately we had a suite with a second AC unit. We cooled everything down then turned off the unit in the main sleeping room and cranked up the quieter unit in the other area which kept it bearable for the one night we were there.

The person who took care of the breakfast was great, paying attention to detail and being really helpful with questions we had. The property sat right on the edge of a busy highway, so it was noisy. The way the property is laid out made it easy for the noise to reach nearly every room door directly. Also, the property appeared quite old, with a down-at-the-heels look.

• Michael (6/5): - Hotel is a dorm for dozens of construction workers and mine workers. Doors open as they wander from room to room laughting and drinking until late into the night. At 10:30 I asked them to take their loud foul conversations elsewhere and they moved to another area. Pitty that guest. Limited hotels in the area drive the price over what you would pay in Hawaii.

• j0suku (8/5): Not bad for Safford… - Not bad considering the limited choice in the little town of Safford… The room was OK (but the floors could use some cleaning;-), equipped with a basic coffee maker… (not the kind that makes ‘real’ coffee;-(The breakfast is served by the lobby - it offers an OK selection of cereal and breads, there was also some fresh fruit. Don’t expect to swim in the pool (at least not until the summer). The wi-fi works well… In general OK, but if they addressed a couple of small issues, it would be much nicer…

• ThePatriot72 (2/5): Horrible experience! - By far the most ghetto hotel I've ever stayed in. They allow drug dealers to live here. There must have been 5 people in the room above me that literaly screamed and yelled, laughing and partying all night long. Cars coming in and out with loud music and exhausts. The rooms are way overpriced, at $206 when I stayed. Safford, AZ is a dump in general but this hotel.was rough, more so thanks to the trash they allow to stay here.
