I choose on the website for an earlier check in and I still wasn’t able to check in until after 2. It was fine, not a huge deal because we ended up getting to our destination at about 1-ish and we only had to wait an hour.

• Deborah (10/5): Very Pleasant Surprise- I’d Recommend. - Everything was better than I expected. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff welcoming and property immaculate. The breakfast was good more than a basic continental breakfast with staff keeping it tidy and stocked. Location is great for area attractions. This was arguably one of the nicest Best Western stays we’ve had.

En el cual no pudo dormir por que el colchón era casi inexistente. La habitación te oa limpian cada tres días, las toallas y sábanas huelen mal y las almohadas parecían las de mi abuela.

Also the options for gluten free breakfast are very limited and the menu was exactly the same day in and day out. And one of the pillows smelled like was never washed or changed the pillowcase.

• Kevin (9/5): Great place to stay when visiting Orange CA - The cleanliness and the location are perfect for a visit to old town Orange. The breakfast left a lot to be desired e desired. The selection was minimal compared to other Best Westerns and the food was cold.
• Anastasia (1/5): plus sale que tous les motels que nous avons fait en trois semaines de road trip - Le petit déjeuner était plutôt correct, c'est l'une des seules choses positives que nous avons à dire sur cet hôtel. Lors de notre road trip de trois semaines, nous avons séjourné dans une multitude de motel, qui tous, sans être luxueux étaient plutôt corrects. Un soir de fatigue, nous avons choisi ce best western, plus cher pour passer une nuit confortable. ça a été de loin la pire ! Dès le check-in, la personne de la reception nous a pris 200 euros de caution par peur que nous fumions dans les chambres ... soit ... Mais la mauvaise surprise nous attendait dans la chambre : nous avons découvert le lit complètement tachés, les draps très sales n'avaient clairement pas été changés. Quand je suis allée le signaler à la reception, on nous a transféré dans une chambre qui sentait extrêmement mauvais (encore une fois, nous connaissons les motels et avons l'habitude, mais là cetait pire que tout. Plein d'insectes morts dans la baignoire. Lasse et fatiguée, j'ai dis que nous gardions la chambre précédente mais j'ai demandé qu'on me change le couvre lit taché. Je me suis retrouvée à faire mon lit avec le monsieur de la reception dont ce n'est pas le job et qui n'avait clairement jamais fait ça de sa vie. En changeant le couvre lit, nous nous sommes aperçus que tous les draps en dessous étaient tout aussi sales et tachés. Le monsieur désespéré est allé me chercher un dessus de lit en me certifiant qu'il s'agissait d'un drap housse ! Bref devant cette mascarade et mon insistance, nous avons fini par être transféré dans une troisième chambre, avec un lit queen size quand nous avions payé pour un lit king size. Celle ci etait loin d'être propre, mais cetait la moins sale des trois alors nous l'avons gardée, avec beaucoup de regrets !

• Mark (9/5): Very close to Angels stadium! - The woman who seemingly ran the property, Johnna Jolley was fantastic. Helpful, full of information about the area and just pleasant! Typical best westerns are bigger properties, this one was smaller. But overall not bad at all.

• Patricia (9/5): Util - La habitacion esta limpia, linda, equipada (solo nos falto una toalla, ya que eramos 4), cuenta con shampoo, jabon corporal, acondicionador, jabones, toallitas desmaquillantes, plancha, burro de planchar, frigobar, cafetera. La television no la pudimos usar ya que el control solo la encendia y apagaba pero no le funcionaba otros botones. Nos hospedamos 2 noches y supuse que la limpieza incluia tendido de camas pero no, solo cambiaron toallas y agregaron jabones de mano. las camas son comodas. El desayuno muy completo, alimentos muy variados y ricos. Todo el personal muy amable. El desayuno incluye waffles y no sabia como usar la waflera(cada quien se los prepara), la chica de servicio no se acerco a preguntar si necesitaba ayuda, imagino que supuso que todos los que llegan al hotel ya saben usar una waflera. Pero fuera de eso, a todo lo que le preguntabamos o requeriamos, nos atendio amablemente. Una sugerencia seria estar al pendiente con clientes nuevos para recibirlos y explicar lo del desayuno.

• Brittney (8/5): - Overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay. The floors were dirty(white socks turned brown) when we arrived. They don’t clean rooms every day. We were out of shampoo when we arrived and I had to physically find a cleaning person to get a bottle because no one came to replace it after 4 hours from calling. Parking is small, came in from Disney at 11:30 and there was 1 small spot left. On check out the guy couldn’t give me a receipt because of the printer but didn’t receive an email like he said he would do. Breakfast was your typical breakfast. I would stay again because it served the purpose as a place to sleep and that’s it

I was traveling with my 2 year old daughter, and was originally booked a 2nd floor room, the lady checking us in, offered a first floor room to make it easier on me with a child. The night shift front desk attendant was constantly walking the grounds to make sure everything was in place. We felt very safe. Clean room and grounds. Super close to Disney! 10/10 would stay again!

• Angie (8/5): Good location for the Food Festival - Very friendly and helpful front desk staff! The room looked to be recently remodeled & was attractive and clean. It was an easy walk to the Orange International Food festival. Parking was easy. My only suggestion would be to bring your own pillow.
