• Angela (4/5): - The free breakfast is great. It's a very nice breakfast. The location was good. It is tiny. With four adults and four carry-ons there was nowhere to even open them except right in front of the front door and we couldn't even open all of them at the same time. We used the ironing board for extra table space.... These are ridiculously small rooms and there was no seating except on the bed, with dirty clothes from traveling all day who wants to sit on the bed and make it dirty? The hallways are exactly like being outside. You have to have a parka and a scarf and it's freezing cold on the way to breakfast and even just from going from the room to the front desk or to anywhere else. We had no hot water in our first room, so we had to be moved to another room. But we found this out after we had tried to get comfortable so we had to pack everything back up...

• Albert (5/5): This was our third stay here and the first for more than one day - adequate but many annoyances - Room and bed were nice. Staff in breakfast room went out of their way to help. Breakfast, as usual, was excellent Shower design doesn't allow convenient setting of temperature. Bathroom ventilation was poor and no deodorant spray provided. Request for fresh towels and empty wastebaskets was acknowledged and not fulfilled. One of the key cards did not work even after resetting. Hallways were extremely cold. Room not well insulated against traffic noise. Refrigerator froze everything.

• Charlene (1/5): Horrible experience all together😞😓😥 - Nothing 😞 I had my reservation made and confirmed through Booking.com and via message. The reservation was to be paid at the hotel, but upon arrival, they told me they had canceled my reservation without any justifiable reason and without notification, even though it still appeared confirmed on Booking.com. There was no manager available to resolve the issue, and although they eventually found a room, after a long wait, they charged us much more than my nightly reservation price on booking. The room was poorly cleaned and smelled bad. This hotel was a horrible experience all together😞😓😥

• Liz (8/5): Perfect for what I needed, a clean, safe place to stay for one night to attend a family event. - Good location (hard to find decent hotels in that part of Brooklyn). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was better than expected The bed was like a brick, my back didn't like it!

• Arnél Almaden (8/5): Marvelous Bay View - The room is comfortable, clean and spacious. Very nice selection of restaurants are all accessible by walking. Breakfast met my expectations. The room is cleaned every day. The hotel is located on a street corner, so expect lots of transport noises, horns, and sirens. The elevator is old and slow but acceptable.

• Theresa (4/5): - The entire hotel smelled of cleaning products. Very overpowering and awful. Security was lax.garage access door was propped open. Bathroom toilet leaked and had no ventilation. Front desk was very friendly.

Received call 1 am from front desk asking where did I park my car even I filled the car form. It is unacceptable when you come to hotel and need to sleep at least 4-5 and you receive disturbing call at 1am
• Irina (2/5): - Terrible stay. Hotel don’t advertise that first floor is basement. I could not sleep and saw people’s fits in the window and cars weels. Breakfast muffins was steal. Hotels should be penalized for dirty carpets and withholding information from customers. Staying in half basement room is not acceptable.
