Le personnel était accueillant et serviable : une mention spéciale pour toute l'équipe de réception (y compris le réceptionniste de nuit) et pour Mme la Directrice tous très agréables. C'était super d'échanger avec vous, nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! 🙂 J'ai adoré les crêpes au petit déjeûner et nous avons bien profité de tout l'espace de notre Suite. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de tester le hammam mais ce n'est que partie remise... 😉 Petit détail : un "minibar gratuit" était indiqué dans le descriptif de notre Suite. Mais je ne l'ai pas trouvé une fois arrivée en chambre... Dommage 😕

Le confort du lit a été notre coup de cœur ♥️: AU TOP. Nous avons aussi très apprécié le petit déjeuner : le personnel restait à l'écoute des besoins des clients et ne laissait jamais un produit en rupture. l'endroit malheureusement où se situe l'hôtel . Nous avons un peu eu peur en sillonnant les ruelles avant d'arriver à l'hôtel. Dommage que la piscine et le sauna n'ont pas fonctionné

- claude (9/5): Mieux que 3 étoiles. - Il y a des 4 étoiles qui ne sont pas mieux. Le côté agréable et l'ambiance feutrée de cet hôtel. Il est vrai qu'entre deux fêtes Noël et 31/12, il n'y avait que peu de clients. Cela dit il est à recommander. Le seul bémol est sa situation dans un zone d'activités.

- Ambre (9/5): - Nous venions à l'occasion d'un concert au Zénith l'emplacement idéal à moins de 5 min en voiture, La réceptionniste a été d'une efficacité exemplaire, La chambre était parfaite très bien insonorisée,la literie était très confortable, les oreillers supplémentaires ne sont pas de trop. Le temps au hammam compris dans le prix de la chambre est un plus. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, hôtel silencieux. Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour sûr. L'hôtel est un peu vieillissant,mais il est en cours de rénovation . L'espace spa est également vieillissant, le sauna non disponible, ni le jaccuzi ce fut dommage. A chaque douche c'est l'inondation dans toute la salle de bain dommage. Une lumière de la tv qui clignote toute la nuit.
