philippe (6/5): Best Western dégriffé, devenu Ibis Styles en l'état. Ne cherchez plus l'hôtel des Barolles.... - Agrément "Best Western" dégriffé ( pour cause de défraichissement non corrigé). Notre chambre n'en souffre pas. Ce qui trahit le déclassement est caché par les rideaux. L'espace est suffisant pour deux. Bonne literie. Silence très appréciable. WC séparé. Salle de bains sans reproche. TV exploitable sans un doctorat en informatique. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant, car il y a peu de clients (quid de l'accès à l'heure de pointe...). En l'état, bon rapport qualité/prix. Parking vaste, mais non gardé. L'expérience kafkaïenne du début: entre la réservation du 28/03 et le jour d'arrivée du 01/05, l’hôtel a changé de nom ! Et ceci sans que le client en soit informé ! Le GPS est formel, et à la réception, dont le réceptionniste est absent (il est 19h, il faut l'appeler au téléphone, une mini-vignette informe que c'est l'hôtel des Barolles. Devant mon irritation, le réceptionniste ayant mieux à faire ailleurs et que le client a dérangé, affirme contre l'évidence que la dénomination "hôtel des Barolles" perdure en grand à l'entrée. On peut y lire, tout au contraire, "Ibis Styles". Pour couronner le tout, le même personnage m'informe que deux chambres ont été réservées à mon nom, au lieu d'une chambre pour deux personnes....Oui, oui, bien sür, on va rectifier, bla, bla, bla. Bref, face à ce bazar, on m'explique qu'avant, c'était Best Western, et que maintenant, c'est Ibis Styles. Booking n'était pas au courant ?

Petit déjeuner riche et varié. Chambre spacieuse, sdb très agréable. La baignoire demandée était géniale. Personnel très agréable et serviable. On nous a accompagnés à notre véhicule avec un parapluie. Je recommande.

Richard (9/5): idéal pour un séjour d'affaire en sud ouest lyonnais - Premier séjour dans cet hôtel pour affaire, situé à 2 km du siège de ma nouvelle société. Une excellente surprise, bel hôtel confortable avec grande chambre, très bonne literie, grande douche, bien insonorisé. Produit de qualité au petit déjeuner. Parking gratuit facile. Restaurant sur place + plusieurs chaînes de restauration en traversant la rue. Accessible facilement en transport en commun. Personnel sympathique sans être invasif, très bien. Seul petit bémol : propreté perfectible au petit déjeuner (j'ai écarté 2 assiettes avant d'en prendre une acceptable, tables poisseuses), ce qui m'empêche de mettre la note 10/10

Romain (8/5): Très bon hôtel pour quelques nuits. - Chambre propre et spacieuse, la douche était grande aussi, plusieurs oreillers, lit confortable. Chambre bien équipée. Accès rapide à l'autoroute, juste en face d'une petite zone commerciale. Parking privé. Par contre si vous devez vous rendre à Eurexpo: le matin avec la circulation comptez une bonne heure. Petit-déjeuné moyen: le choix n'était pas terrible. Hôtel qui commence à prendre de l'âge et qui aurait besoin d'une rénovation.
