Jin (2/5): - While the property is newly renovated it’s not a good experience. At the Siena primo, there’s only one restaurant and no coffee shop or any other dining amenities. You have to go across the parking lot for two other restaurants which aren’t that great. Also, the pool policy is crazy. They require you to wear a cap to go into the water for sanitary reasons. So stupid. What about people peeing in the water? Also, the location is not great. Away from many things. We would never recommend this place. Stay somewhere else.
Kayoung (4/5): 공연 멋졌어요 - 패밀리룸은 좋았습니다~ 그런데 수영장과 다른 건물이어서 날씨가 추운데 이동이 불편했습니다. 그리고 케익 서비스를 예약했는데, 2시간 늦게 오고 엉망인 케익이 와서 속상했는데, 변경해주고 할인해주어서 다행이었습니다. 이현우, 바비킴 공연은 정말 좋았습니다.

Christie (6/5): - Pool was closed but we got to use their sister resort's pool. Their pool had cool laser shows with sauna facility. The room was big and clean with 2 washrooms. They needed to know if we woule join the breakfast night before. Smoking booth by the entrance was not very kid friendly. We didnt get to enjoy their free fishcake and sweet potatoes since the pool was closed. The hotel is a bit far from other touristy attractions and you definitely need a rental car.

Keren (4/5): - This is the worst location in Jeju, there are hardly any taxis around, and the front desk staff were extremely rude to foreigners. Completely unhelpful and frankly pretty rude. Would not recommend not because of the awful front desk, but because the location is so out in Booneyland. Better off sticking with Parnas or Lotte, where there are a ton of things to do around the property.

Hyoung Seok (10/5): 유아와 함께한 여행 - 21개월 아기를 데리고 처음으로 여행을 다녀왔는데, 여러모로 만족스러웠음. 키즈자동차침대가 설치된 방이었는데 부엌세트, 블록 등이 있어서 장난감을 가지고 가지 않아도 아기가 놀거리가 많았고, 따뜻한 온수풀에서 수영하는 것도 부담스러워하지 않았음. 신관에서 온수풀까지 비를 맞지 않고 왔다갔다 할 수 있었고 가운이나 수건 반납도 편하도록 세심한 배려가 느껴졌음. 조식이나 바도 알찬 구성으로 좋았음. 결론적으로 숙박기간 내내 비가 왔음에도 불구하고 아기를 동반한 가족들이 머물기에 너무 만족스러워 가까운 시일내에 재방문하고 싶음.
Hyeonjung (10/5): 아기 데리고 오시는 분들 왕추천! - 19개월 아기와 3박 4일 머물렀어요. 일단 아기들이 방문할만한 관광명소와 대부분 가까워서 위치적으로 마음에 들었고 (공항에서도 30분이면 가요) , 키즈패밀리룸이었는데 방이 너무 귀엽고 침대도 편안했어요!! 조식이 더 감동이었는데, 가격도 부담스럽지 않은데다가 아기 식기는 물론 아기 김까지 있는거 보곤 정말 세심하다고 생각했어요 ㅎㅎ 먹을 것이 많아 아기김은 먹지도 못했지만요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 또 아기랑 제주도 온다면 머무를 것 같아요! 아기데리고 오시는 분들 정말 추천이요!

Janna (10/5): - This hotel is the best hotel I have ever seen for young children. I have a two-year-old son and a baby. They had the best time here! This hotel is perfect because the rooms have toys for children, the pool had toys and free popcorn and cotton candy. They also had a movie playing! There is a kids play room, outside playground, and everything here is child friendly. The rooms even had stepstools so my son could reach the sink. And Nesquick chocolate milk mix next to the coffee. :) Breakfast was very child friendly as well and my son loved it. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. It is the best for young children!
Bora (4/5): 공사장뷰라고 사전공지필요할듯하고 비품관리에 신경쓰셔야할듯... - 수영장은 너무만족했으나 체크인시 남직원의 방배정부터 기분이좋지않았습니다 바다뷰방배정을 해주셨는데 바로앞쪽은 공사중이여서 공사장로 하룻밤 . 다음날다시배정받은방은 수영장뷰가아니라 그냥 정원뷰였네요 그리고 첫번째방에선 바디로션이 텅텅비어있어 쓰지못하고 두번째방에선 공기청정기 에러메세지때문에 밤새 잠을설쳤네요. 두번다신 가지않을것같습니다

SUNGHEE (10/5): 만족스러운 여행이였어요 - 처음에 정리가 안된 방을 배정해 주셔서 당황했지만 다행히 직원분들이 빠르게 조치해주셔서 깔끔한 방을 다시 배정받았습니다. 더불어 관련하여 사과의 의미로 풀장 선베드 쿠폰도 받았네요. 직원들이 전체적으로 매우 친절하고 대접받는 다는 느낌이 드는 서비스를 해주셨습니다. 저녁에 갔던 까보스코도 전체적으로 파인다이닝의 느낌이 나는 좋은 경험이였습니다. 음식의 양이 많아서 먹는 페이스 조절에 실패한게 아쉽네요. 풀장은 아이들이 약간 많았지만 그래도 성인들이 놀만한 깊은 풀과 아이들이 놀수있는 안전지대가 구분되어 있어서 많이 불편할 정도는 아니였어요. 청결하고 전체적으로 풀장에 특화되어있는 객실구성이 맘에 들었어요. 특히나 건조대나 여분의 타올이나 잘 채워진 어메니티 등 전체적으로 만족했습니다. 아쉬운점은 룸서비스를 주문 할 메뉴가 한정적이라는 것입니다.

MINWOOK (10/5): 재방문 가즈아~ - 8살 아이가 물놀이를 너무 좋아해서 갔는데 직원분들도 너무 친절하시고 시설도 깨끗하고 대체적으로 만족했습니다. 단점은 내부에 편의점이나 마트가 없어서 조금 불편했고, 둘째날 객실청소와 어메니티 추가를 부탁했으나 잊으신건지 어메니티 추가를 하나도 해주지않아서 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 다음 재방문시에는 더 좋은 서비스가 있길 바라며..^^

Susy (10/5): Perfect winter stay - Really amazing stay-- a spacious family-sized room, bathtub, plushy duvet covers and pillows, and access to an outdoor heated pool. Went swimming even in blizzard weather and it was so fun. Highly recommend the pool-side bar food (lobster ramen and fried chicken by the pool after a long swim, wrapped in their super soft pool robes-- like a dream!). Best part was their staff-- incredibly accommodating and super nice, from their room cleaning ladies to their pool service people to their pool bar cooks.

The Italian restaurant was delicious with reasonable price. The only downside was the location was middle of nowhere so must rent a car. There is no store in the property or convenience store in a walkable distance!

Though it rained during my stay the professionalism of the staff combined by the ambiance made the start worth it. Also, they provided free Covid19 test kits, swimming pool water resistant masks and normal masks to assure extra safety measures during the pandemic.

HYEYOUNG (6/5): 친절하지만 별로예요 - 직원들은 굉장히 친절한데 방이 좀 낡은 데다가 가구가 필요한 것은 없고 쓸데없는 서랍만 많아요. 샤워기헤드가 고정이 안돼 있어 만졌더니 벽에서 샤워기가 뚝 떨어져 목욕하다가 벽에 맞춰 끼워넣느라 고생했어요. 무슨 공사판도 아니고...화장실이 반투명으로 되어있어 뭘 하는지 대충 보이고 소리도 다 들렸어요. 욕조 밑바닥 필름이 벗겨져 있고 샤워할때 물이 바닥에 넘치도록 되어있는 것도 이해가 안되네요. 저는 다시 가고싶지는 않아요
Joo Hyun (10/5): Five out of Five stars! - *Cleanness Hotel room is very well maintained with clean room (love the wooden floor) and spacious bathroom and the balcony (would have been nice to have a chair in the balcony). *Food Breakfast is definitely worth paying for; food is very tasty and mostly use Korean ingredient, there are enough kinds of all sort of dishes for different tastes. *Staff Staff are all very attentive and professional, willing to help with anything. *Swimming pool I would like to especially mention their specialty - warm swimming pool - that is cleaned every morning for hygiene and Covid-safe purpose. Water temperature is so warm that you almost feel like swimming in the hot springs. Water quality is also very good, you cannot smell any unpleasant deodorising detergent. Highly recommend this hotel!
