Location across the road from the beach, facilities lovely, breakfast also good. What lets this Hotel down is the staff, except for the pool guy who was an absolute gem and made our stay. Reception staff not helpful, could not converse in english when asking questions about checkin, or advice about tours, transport, amenities, local attractions etc. They definately missed the opportunity for add on business and provide guest services. During our stay we accidently broke a glass and they didnt hesitate to charge us $3. Happy to pay for our mistake, just a shame they understood how to charge us but not able to assist with anything else. Expect a nice room and facilities but no service, felt like a serviced apartment with no real care for guests.

- Keithw532 (6/5): Nice but noisy and busy - This hotel is situated right in the centre of Nha Trang, a very busy area with a constant flow of cars and motorbikes beeping their horns at all times of the day and night. Initially we liked the place with its high-quality room, pleasant staff and a good breakfast. But were soon disappointed to find the private beach area (a main reason for booking) had been removed, the swimming pool was constantly busy so difficult to find any seating space and the sheer busyness of the area made getting anywhere safely very challenging. The surrounding area always was filled with constant traffic noise, beeping horns and smog so we just became exhausted with the place and was glad to leave after 4 days. OK so 8 out of 10 for the room, staff and breakfast 5 out of 10 for the swimming pool 0 out of 10 for the non-existent private beach and traffic levels

- Flyer30223661062 (10/5): Best hotel room on a tour of Vietnam and Cambodia! - We visited this hotel for 2 nights during a 3 week escorted tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. We were allocated a corner room on the 15th floor and were blown away by it on entering, with the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city and the bath in the corner. We're not really bath people but we definitely made use of it and took some great photos with the views. We also spent time by the roof top pool which was also lovely and I used the gym facilities while my husband swam. We ate at a local restaurant so can't comment on evening meals but breakfast was fine with a good selection. We stayed in about 6 hotels during our trip and the room in this hotel was the best.

Really nice hotel within a block of the beach (can’t get much closer in Nha Trang). Hotel has section of the beach, but get there early if you want a lounger. Breakfast had many options. Pool was nice, but doesn’t get much sun, or for very long (at least in early March). Highly recommend.

Breakfast was included and was so wonderful so many choices and great fruit each day. Everything was refilled before they were emptied. Location was across the street or at least about 200 meters away. There are a lot of food choices around and even a mall very close by. Don’t hesitate to book a room at this hotel.
- DUONGHOANGNGUYEN1985 (10/5): Cleanliness rooms and wonderful staff. - We stayed here during festival of 100 years anniversary of Nha Trang with my family, we booked 3 rooms for 6 adults and 3 kids and we had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the rooms was clean, comfortable and great location, it is very city center, convenient to go everywhere with walking distant and only 100m to the beach, someome will say it is better to stay opposite to the beach but to me,this location is more convenient because we can avoid heavy traffic everytime (if stay on beach street). Hotel staff wonderful, friendly and very supported. Breakfast was good and delicious. I highly reccommend for your family stay, you will have reasonable price for ballancing with others expense to discover Nha Trang.

- W0zza (8/5): Liberty Central, Nah Trang, Vietnam January 2024 - Liberty Central, Nah Trang, Vietnam January 2024 Pros: good Location – a block away from the beach area and hotel zone downtown of Nah Trang with good views from the pool/bar area; Breakfast was excellent and the staff were attentive, helpful; Excellent service attitude from the hotel staff; Spa was very clean and competitively priced to the spas we saw in the surrounding area; Overall - Good value for money for our 2 night stay in Jan 2024; Cons: Can be noisy at nights - especially weekends; Rooms need better sound insulation; Very heavy traffic flow along the beach strip - which makes crossing the road to get to the beach a risky business; apparently the trick is to walk confidently across while gambling with your life that the traffic will somehow avoid you! As I somehow survived and am writing this, it seems to have worked well for us! Final thought, is that we (unfortunately) took a 4+ hour luxury limobus to Nah Trang. For anyone with a weak constitution, or heart problems, the answer is NO!! I can only describe the experience as “…imagine taking a roller coaster ride WITHOUT being strapped in… ALL of the safety measures are OFF…and YOU have NO control over what is happening.” !! If you want data to back this up, look at the traffic fatality stats for the past decade…available from the web.

The management and staff are polite, very attentive, always smiling and ready to assist (thank you to Mrs Dang and Mrs Thao Vy). Pool area is so nice. Room 10/10 (clean, comfortable, quiet with nice view) The breakfast buffet is amazing. Location is perfect - close to restaurants, cafes and massage. We didn’t used the beach club - just not enough time. We plan on coming back. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Accommodated with complimentary beach towels and padded chairs. The room was comfortable and roomy. Modern, clean with a comfortable bed. We were sure to get a room with an ocean view for a small daily premium that was well worth while! A tremendous view from the higher floors. Free breakfast buffet had ample choices. Friendly staff in the restaurant and at the reception counter. The front desk arranged inter city ground transportation which worked out perfectly. There was nothing more we could request or require of this hotel. Full marks from this retired couple that stayed three nights.

And in particular, the front desk and housekeeping staff did their best to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

- Greg (4/5): Disappointed - Stayed here three year's ago, can not believe how much this hotel has gone down hill. The only saving grace is Mr Elvis who was there last time we stayed there and still is, he is fantastic. When we stayed last time they had the executive club which was on the second highest floor with wonderful views and service for 2 hours of free cocktails and mini buffet, free afternoon tea and breakfast, which is closed now. This is all served now on ground floor and is disappointing to say the least, service is unbelievably bad . Food is terrible music is so loud you can not sit outside and sometimes they wont allow you to sit outside even if no one is sitting there. We were on the 17 floor and could not sleep because the music was so loud till 11-30pm every night on the ground floor asked could they turn down the music at 10-30pm to no avail, totally unacceptable . Since we were there the rooftop bar has been closed for 12 months. I do not recommend this hotel

Also some luggage stands would be helpful, as none were provided. Overall the stay was very pleasant and would consider returning again if they offer western style coffee at the buffet... Ha!

- Lay (8/5): Good - I like the private beach facilities where you can get free sunbed and towel at the beach near hotel. Breakfast is quite good relatively but the buffet hotpot dinner is not good. Overall clean and good service. There is a weighing machine at the reception for your convenient. Need better coffee in the room.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - I got my nails done at the spa, it was gel nail as well. The next day the paint on my nails already chipped off ! And it wasn’t cheap to get them done. I went the next day at least 4 times to get it fixed and there were only excuses saying the lady wasn’t in, they were closed, pleas come back later the nail girl is busy, and then come back at 8pm. I mean I have plans I can’t cancel my plans because no one was around to fix this mistake. Also, I have high expectations from hotel buffets and honestly it was disappointing. Not many varieties. Although one good thing about this hotel is it’s customer service at the reception and the guy that carries the luggage to my room and opens the front hotel door for customers. I do give that a 5 star. And the hotel room was always kept clean which was good. Although the room I got was “ocean view”, the ocean view was only 30%, so I don’t really think it should even be called an ocean view but a city view. Apart from that, the hotel was great and it’s facilities were great as well.

- MP (4/5): - It’s a walkable area. The staff were wonderful. The spa services were wonderful. Too many international visitors that have no manners, the hallway was very stuffy without air conditioning, the shower trays for soap are molding with thick black mildew, and the corner by the waste bin has black mildew.
- sally (8/5): Liberty Central Hotel - Nha Trang - The hotel was really lovely and we really enjoyed our stay, perfect location near beach and shops, restaurants - definitely recommend The Lemongrass Restaurant - excellent food perfectly presented at a reasonable price. Hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff very polite and professional. A special mention to the girl on the Tour Desk, think her name was bween or breen ( sorry if the spelling is not correct), who organised our flights and advised for our Tour to Ho Chi Minh City to see the Chu Chi Tunnels and War Museum, well worth a visit. Just one negative is the amount of sunbeds both around the pool (about 25) and on the beach (about 20) - no way near enough for the capacity of the Hotel. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. guests.

- Marta (10/5): Fair 5, exactly what you're paying for - The hotel is fair 5 out of 5. It's exactly what you're paying money for and even more. Very clean room and hotel in general, good and helpful staff, nice small gym together with the pool area. There were SOFT towels, which I didn't see long time already in even more expensive hotels - my skin definitely liked it! Breakfast contained big variety of fruits, which is my main morning meal. Also the bar with a DJ downstairs was nice place to chill in the evening. Area is full of good places to eat and supermarkets, beach is just 2 mins away. Also high quality beach towels. I've also forgot something in the room and their customer service was very fast to help me. There are a lot of Russians in a hotel, however they all were fine.

- Son (2/5): I am unhappy and not going back - They are charging everything if missing such as key, laundry bag, and etc....they dont have enough umbrella for guest during raining whole week. I booked a room for oceanview but its not what i get.... misleading by title!!!!

- Matthew (4/5): - The hotel facade was very modern, hotel lobby was well furnished, front desk staffs were friendly, and I thought I would enjoy my stay. However, when I first stepped into the room, I was welcomed with a musty smell. I believe a wide gap between the toilet sliding door and its partition wall facilitated hot water vapor from the shower to waft into the bedroom even though toilet exhaust fan was switched on whenever a tenant enters the room. Worst still, all window panels are fixed and cannot be opened to air the room. In general, this hotel is new and modern, the room was clean, breakfast was splendid. I stayed only one night in this hotel, and would have extended my stay if it were not for the musty smell. This is why I selected "disappointing" for the Cleanliness rating even though the room and common areas were clean.

- Qiang (10/5): Comfortable and clean - The hotel is as good as advertised. The only complaint I got is the weather which rains for the whole 5 days that I was there. That means no beach, swimming pool,sky bar, island hopping or scuba diving. Breakfast is great, the lounge is also great offering free snacks, desserts and drinks. The area is also great, it takes only 5 minutes to walk to the beach and right in the middle of everything.

- Lori (10/5): Great stay, fabulous room - We had an executive room, which was lovely. A freestanding bathtub with floor-to-ceiling windows, walk-in shower, king sized bed, and executive lounge privileges. We could hear the music from the bar upstairs, but it was not too loud - earplugs easily blocked it. The street noise was a bit annoying, with the constant honking from buses, but that died down around 11 pm. Bed was a bit firm, but not too bad. Pillows were good. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection of Asian and Western food. Only a block from the beach. Overall a great place to stay.

- David (10/5): Great Country , Great people .Loved it. - As above Vietnam,s Nha Trang and the local people are excellant. Liberty Hotel is well placed and Management could not have been better. Felt really safe in this area and recommend this holiday destination. Stayed 17 days and that was perfect , we did not feel that we had over booked time a this place. This is the second visit to Vietnam and we probably do Hanio and Hoi an next year.
- Mathew (10/5): - Stayed in the higher end signature rooms with executive lounge access, it was a new experience for me who normally goes for the value for money but this was one decision I was happy I made. Sheraton or Liberty Central are my two hotels I go to - Liberty Central for the value for the type of hotel you're getting and Sheraton for the pool basically.
- Connie (10/5): - Had an amazing 9 night stay in an executive suite and the only disappointment was that it was not long enough. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff were lovely and helpful. Buffet breakfast was everything and more than we expected. If I am lucky enough to go back to Nha Trang would not hesitate in staying there again

- Daniel (8/5): Value for Price - The Liberty Central Nha Trang is acceptable value for money spent based on it's close location to the beach and facilities. The pool is a definite highlight of the hotel with great views of the ocean and plenty of beach beds available.
