- KAYOUNG (10/5): - 방과 화장실은 생각보다 더 좁았지만 어메니티가 훌륭하고수건도 원하는만큼 주고 대욕장에 자유롭게 다닐 수 있는점, 위치등이 좋아서 아주편안했어요. 조식맛없다는 사람들 있어 걱정했는데 저는 아주 맛있었네요. 다음에 간다면 또 이용하고 싶어요!
- Taishi (8/5): - 夜大浴場に行きましたが、脱衣所に敷かれたマットが水でびしょ濡れで、気持ち悪かったです。 あとはサウナの水風呂が冷たくなかったので残念でした。
- CHING WEI (8/5): 會再回訪 - 2大2小睡得下2張小床，床鋪舒適，冷氣不吵而且可調整溫度。走道位置勉強可以打開2個行李箱。SPA池可使用時間算長，而且戶外SPA池可以看星空。飯店位置離地下街入口走路約7 ～8分鐘左右。1 F就是客美多咖啡可以吃早餐。

- Verified traveler (6/5): 期待したのですが。。。 - お風呂が大きく快適に過ごせそうに見えますが、そうでもない広さです。洗い場は６つくらいだったかと。サウナは２段の８名くらいは入れます。 露天に椅子が２つ、あとは地面に座るしか方法が無く、露天風呂の先のスペースが有効利用できていない。もったいない。 更衣室も掃除が行き届いていない感じでしたね。次回に期待したい所です。

- Man Man (10/5): - This is a great facility for it's view from the onsen. They post sunrise time daily so one can use the rooftop outdoor onsen to enjoy sunrise at the right time. This place is great for travelers that drives. It's slightly far from the train station (about 15-20 minutes by foot), but has buses that could get you there. Limited selection of restaurants around. Traditional breakfast provided is tasty.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 総じて満足 - 駅から徒歩約5分、途中にコンビニ1件、通り過ぎた所に1件あり、大通り沿いの割には静かです。 裏路地に路面の飲食店がありました。 ホテル1階にコメダ珈琲もあります。 大浴場は洗い場が6ヶ所程度の為タイミングによっては混雑します。 お部屋は清潔で、廊下の音も気になりませんでした。
- SUSUMU (10/5): - 2025/6に４泊滞在しました。 チェックインフロアが9F、浴場が10F、下階が宿泊施設の構成。部屋の広さは十分にあり、街中ながら騒音もさほど気にならない。風呂は大きいとは言えないが、混み合う時間をさければサウナもあり十分（洗い場が6席か）内湯と外湯もある。朝食会場は広々し、眺めも素晴らしい。気になったのは、室内のエアコンの稼働音、止めると暑いし、動かすと結構うるさく聞こえた（個人感）。

The staff agreed with our concern and took action to solve the problem, albeit the following day. The bathroom towels are lovely and the hotel wear outfit, great.

- Yoonjung (10/5): 아담허지만 모든걸 다 갖춘 호텔 - 텐진에 쇼핑하고 호텔 뒷쪽으로 맛집도 많고 교통도 편하고 예전에 이어 두번째이고 후쿠오카에 여러 호텔들를 이용해봤는데 이곳 칸데오도 꽤 좋아요 청소상태도 깨끗하고 루프탑 목욕탕도 아담허지만 좋아요 위치 청결 방음도 우리방은 좋았어요 일어를 잘허지만 그래도 리셉션에 친절한 한국분이 계셔서 좋았어요 다음에도 여기로 숙소 해야겠어요
- Ryoko (6/5): - 立地は天神のほぼ中心にあるため駅にも近く文句ない。部屋や施設はとても綺麗。しかしアジア系の客が多く、朝食会場や大浴場は騒がしかったのがすごく不快だった。特に大浴場の脱衣場は狭くて蒸し暑く、全く落ち着かないので夜は利用しなかった。早朝に大浴場に行ったら、シャワーはきちんとかけておらず、椅子や風呂桶がなぜここに？という場所に散らばっており、日本人からして常識を疑った。定期的な点検と清掃が必須と感じた。スタッフは日本人の方々はとても丁寧だが外国人スタッフは気が利かず、日本のサービスから著しく劣る。スタッフの教育が行き届いていないと感じた。

- MAYUMI (8/5): - 大浴場と露天風呂とサウナがあって良かったです。ただ露天風呂への扉がすごく重かったです。朝ごはんは洗練されていて、料理も美味しくて良かったです。 寝具は清潔で、寝心地は普通でした。 値段とのバランスは良かったです。 屋台おかもとが歩いて２分くらいの所にあって屋台で夕飯を食べようと思っていたので良かったです。 レンタカーを借りてたので駐車場はホテルのすぐ近くの南天神パーキングに停めました。前日夕方５時位から翌日９時位までで1,100円でした。（ホテルのパーキングが予約制で2,500円）

- Verified traveler (4/5): 酒店執房很離譜 - 酒店職員服務態度良好，地點很方便，但執房水準有大問題，除咗清潔程度不太理想，例如洗手間牆上面有污漬，當我最後一晚回酒店（住4晚）發現床頭櫃上面的單據不見了，還有我自備的毛巾枕頭cover也不見了，於是向酒店職員投訴，他們說幫我check吓，大若一兩小時後回覆我找不到，買過新陪給我，但我明天要離開酒店，唔想煩，便說不用。雖然唔見嘅嘢不是很重要和貴重，但枕頭cover唔知買唔買得番。重點係執房無可能抌或整唔見客人嘅嘢！住過不下數十間酒店，從未試被抌一張紙，今次很離譜！

- MAASA (10/5): - 小学生2人を含む4人家族で利用しました。子連れでの天神エリアの買い物にとてもいい場所です。綺麗にされているし、朝ごはんも美味しいです。子供分の枕と旦那(逆流性食道炎のため２つ枕が必要)でスタッフの方にリクエストしたところ、快く対応してくださいました。お風呂も夜中入れるので、子供が寝た後にゆっくり入る事も可能です。また利用すると思います。

- Miho (8/5): - 朝食時のスタッフの対応が素晴らしく気持ちの良い朝食になりました。大浴場も時間帯では混みますがそれでも旅の疲れを癒すには十分。 ひとつだけ言うなら部屋の洗面の排水溝口の汚れです。見てわからないわけはないと思います。せっかく素敵なところなのにこれでマイナスはもったいないなかったです。ティッシュで掃除しました。

- Verified traveler (4/5): カンデオ福岡滞在 - 正直どんどんひどくなっていると思います 客室はかなり乾燥しています 前回宿泊時はウォッシュレットが使えず滞在途中で部屋の変更となりました 今回は清掃されてもベッドメイクはされていないなど謎なこともおきております ゴミの片付けもきっと忘れてしまったのでしょうがビニール袋が置きっぱなしでした 深夜廊下の電球が消えていて真っ暗な時があり少し恐怖でした 廊下に出ると客室の話し声が結構響いています 浴室のシャワーは6台中2台故障中で使えず時間のない中取り合いが発生します サウナはロウリュ禁止になっており、コンディションはとても悪かったです。 扉の立て付けもギリギリ締まり切らない感じでした また水風呂の蛇口もグラグラしています 朝食時の席取りやエスカレーター移動などは海外のお客様に横入りされるなどマナーの悪さが目立ちました

- Verified traveler (10/5): Clean, comfortable and great sky spa. - One of my favorite hotels in Fukuoka, with a great hot spring bath and Sauna on the roof. Will stay again! In the exciting Tenjin neighborhood with so many great restaurants, bars and cafes.
- Alexander (10/5): - This hotel feels modern, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop onsen is nice. The soap is nice too. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only negative point is that the slippers were too small for me.
- leah (10/5): Wonderful property to experience while in Fukuoka! - We love Candeo properties in Japan! This property is located within walking distance to many places to eat and see. This property is a little older than the other properties we have visited. We had the best customer service from Kohei W. upon our check-in. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our room, provided extra towels and pillows for our family and overall was incredibly service oriented. He helped us anytime we needed assistance. He is a great asset to Candeo Fukuoka. We will be back because of the exceptional service we received from him. The only suggestions I would give is that you provide water to drink in the womans onsen as the other properties do. I would also add that you may want to consider adding the cold-water plunge in the womans onsen like the men have on their side.
- Lorena (10/5): Nice hotel chain! - Love the Candeo hotels this is our second one and highly recommend them. Clean, modern, new, high quality bedding and amazing roof top outdoor baths! Breakfast is good, enough variety to find something to get your day started!
- WendyT (8/5): - Good location, abt 3 mins to the subway station. Another 2-3 mins to reach Tenjin area (plenty of shops & restaurant). Small onsen bath in the hotel - which was great after a long day of walking around. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Would stay here again.
