• Temoralee (6/5): Very pleasant, maybe bring your own soap? - The large apartment, with its own garage was very convenient. Plenty of beds, storage and seating for everyone, both inside and outside. The apartment was clean and in a good, quiet location. All of the hand soaps and body soaps were empty, except 1. The main bathroom door did not stay latched. The carpet was thin and of poor quality, and I could feel the nail strip underneath on one of the stairs. Unfortunately (just being extra picky) the TV only had access to Netflix, Stan and YouTube. It would have been nice to access other streaming services or even cast our devices.

• Gross (10/5): very helpful - Booked this apartment for my aged parents, the staff were very accommodating and changed our booking to a ground floor apartment. Mum and Dad were very comfortable and appreciated being able to shop across the road. They were very attentive to address a concern that my parents had. Thankyou for looking after them.

• Jan (7/5): Decent property but weird smell - We stayed here previously. It was always clean. Quiet area, not too far from the beach. There was a distinct smell on the whole ground floor when entering the unit. Sweet and oily - like someone cooked large batches of donughts in oil. Everything was clean though. I suspect the smell came from pest control. It was rather unpleasant. Luckily upstairs there was no such smell.

• Jess (9/5): Very comfortable and super tidy! 👌 - We liked the whole experience staying in this apartment. The apartment was very clean except for the 2 small issues i mention below. We were very conformable and will definitely staying again!! The bathroom upstairs had a used face washer with some black substance on it, we left it where we found it. The bench in the laundry felt like it hadn't been wiped but that's no big problem, just thought you might like to know.

• Kristin (4/5): Not impressed!!! - It was in a good location and the grounds were lovely. Most of the town house was lovely although a few things really let it down. Downstairs air con smelt musty, upon inspection the filters were caked in dust and there was mold inside the fins. We cleaned this out as we all woke up the first morning with stuffy noses and sore throats from breathing on dirty air. The court yard was messy with weeds and there was construction items laying around. There was mold on the curtain in the main bedroom, no washing basket, left over flooring staked in the cupboard under the stairs, 2 plugs for the bath that neither fit, dining room chair broken causing my partner to fall off of it. I will be sending an email with more details amd photos.

• Sarita (7/5): Convenient Location with Good Amenities - The apartment is in a very convenient location, directly across the road from ALDI, a pharmacy and a few other stores. It’s also less than a 10-minute drive to Kawana Shoppingworld and the Sunshine Coast Stadium, which made getting around easy. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The complex itself is gated, which added security, but we were not provided with a PIN code for the pedestrian gates. This meant when walking back from the nearby shops we had to go around to the main vehicle entrance to re-enter the complex. There is also a nice pool area with a barbecue and seating, which was a great addition. The apartment included undercover parking in a single garage. The property, although nice, does feel quite tired in places and some areas could benefit from repair or updating. The living area furniture was worn and visually unclean, and the floors did not feel particularly clean when we arrived. The garage parking was very narrow and quite tight for our 4WD vehicle.

Thanks for the staff find our kid's lost watch and keeping it in the reception The only air conditioning is downstairs, and the upstairs bedrooms are so hot that we can't close the bedroom doors at night, even with the ceiling fans on. We end up leaving the air con and ceiling fans on all the time, which is a way of wasting lots of electricity, but the only way to avoid the unbearable heat in upstairs. At least one air con should be installed upstairs.

And I booked room with bathtub but couldn't find a room with bathtub because they put the sing for like don't use this room.Then I called reception she is not helping me at all like not feeling apologies from her. They don't know how to speak with clients. She doesn't even want to check my room there is bathtub useable or not .She said sorry men there is fully booked we can't help you anything .I told her it feels like im wasted my time, and she said SAME. Also there is not enough light conditions in the living room because they took off some lights for saved electricity idk ?It was very dark in the living room at night. Plus it was terrible stinky smelling like nappies upstairs room..just worst experienced ever had in my life.

• SUSAN (8/5): Great location & excellent staff - Location was great & staff were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly & helpful. 2nd bedroom fan would only operate on high or low speed. Low speed was not enough to circulate the air adequately & high speed was nearly cyclonic. The higher speed caused the window blind to bang so was not conducive to a peaceful sleep for guests staying in that room.
• ELIZABETH (9/5): A great place to stay for a couple of days. - Great location, walk across the road to a coffee shop, Aldi, bottle shop, bakery etc. Quiet location, not a lot of traffic. Unit was fresh and clean. It is a duplex, so steps. Comfortable. Bigger than we thought it would be. It was hot upstairs, there is one aircon downstairs and one upstairs in the main bedroom. The aircon was not powerful enough to cool the upstairs lounge or second bedroom. Its very hot and humid at the coast in December, I can't understand why the owners did not put in a third aircon. It would make a world of difference upstairs.

Didn’t get any wifi password or information about anything access close to different destinations etc. No I just got two room keys and that was it. No wifi. No air conditioning in the other rooms only 1 room out 4 had airconditioning made it very hot for our children. Requested a cot and wasn’t provided with one. Also just a broken dust pan no brush. No lock on the garage door.
